I got a tummy tuck back in Aug 2023 & my results are awesome Dr.Saunders took great care of me & still is taking great care of me. I’m now 8mos post op & loving my Stomach!!! Dr.Saunders will till you the truth before I could even get a surgery date I had to lose 30lbs in lost 42lbs in all I hav lost 83lbs before my surgery was done.

I have thought about getting a tummy tuck for years. I finally made the decision to see Dr Jonathan Saunders. On my consultation I was scared and embarrassed but he made me feel at ease. Surgery was scheduled and now 7 months later I look and feel like a different woman. Dr Saunders and Tina his assistant along with entire office staff were wonderful. If you are on the fence about having cosmetic surgery don’t wait like me, call and make that appointment I guarantee you will be glad you did.

Fabulous. There aren't enough stars! I love Dr. Saunders. Talented, gifted and caring surgeon/artist! From the beginning, when we first met him and through out the whole process... he was great! The staff was very helpful as well. We had other consults lined up but decided that Dr. Saunders was definitely the one we wanted; we cancelled other consultations. I am still happy with all of my decisions.

Omg it has been 10 years since I have been trying to have this procedure done and my my was it worth it. So so painful but I am very pleased so far with what my new body is starting to look like and it's only day 4. Updated on 1 Oct 2021: I'm falling in love with this new body. He did an amazing job. I am 6 days post op, I got 500cc gummy bear. I was really hoping for them to be bigger but unsure if they will "drop and fluff" even more. My only regret thus far is wishing I went bigger. For the recovery, it reminds me of being engorged with milk when I've stopped breast feeding abruptly. Sleeping elevated has been one of the biggest struggles for me personally because I like to sleep on my belly. my left boob is dropping quicker than my right, but my surgeon said this is normal because they may not heal at the same rate. I am overall so happy with my experience so far. my confidence has gone up a lot, which is what i was hoping for. Updated on 17 Sep 2021: I am loving them more and more each day. Some days my right breast is still sore, and it’s still slightly higher than the left. The surgeon said this is normal and to give it time. They are beginning to feel like mine! Updated on 30 Nov 2021: I am loving my new boobs even more each day. They keep getting better, looking more and more natural while they drop more and more. I am glad I did not get a lift because I like the way these look and would not want them to be any higher.

I waited 12 years to go through with the procedure. I am more than pleased with the results. After 3 c-sections and menopause, I didn’t think that getting a shape back would be possible. Dr. Saunders was incredible and I recommend him without reservation.

Yesterday made 2 weeks for getting my implants. Wish they where a little bigger but guess what I'm alive Thanks Breast Cancer. Dr.S is the BEST wish I find him sooner. He tells you everything he is going to do

9 years ago(2010) he performed my TT. After two kids an csections my muscles were basically shredded I had terrible excess skin and stretch marks, after tons of research I chose him and I'd do it all over again! My results were far better than my expectations. I even work bikinis again!

I am very happy with Dr Saunders he did my panniculectomy 10 day's ago. I will post pictures once I am all heal but the experience was amazing and I am so glad I picked him. Everyone in his office was so kind and VERY HELPFUL thank you Stacy so much you help made this possible my Insurance Company covered the surgery. I can not wait to get my next procedure a Breast Lift. I really feel like Dr johnthan Saunders is the best plastic surgeon in Delaware REAL TALK I did A LOT of research and I made the right decision. Meet with him first before you decide who you want to work on your body. Updated on 26 Oct 2019: This is something I have been WANTING to do for 36 years and I am very happy that I finally did it. Dr johnthan Saunders has changed my life for the better. He did a panniculectomy fleur de lis and I could care less about the scars REAL TALK I FINALLY see what I have been working so hard to see for 4 years I loss 100 lbs after WLS sleeve and it was the first best thing I did for myself having this skin removed was the second. I have a few pictures to add the morning of my surgery and 25 day's after and I am feeling more like myself EVERYDAY. I can not wait to get a BREASTLIFT next but my Doctor said I have to wait at least 6 months and I agree with him. Thanks again Dr Saunders for doing a great job on me I am so PLEASED. NEXT Breastlift in a few more days October 12th I CAN'T WAIT Updated on 16 Oct 2020: I did it yesssss and I'm so happy so far so good. I had my breastlift no implants done on Monday 10/12 by Dr Saunders and he did a awesome job as I knew he would, I'm going to post a few pics but I am still swollen and have on my bandage but once I completely heal I will post more pics. Updated on 16 Oct 2020: Had my breastlift done on Monday October 12th and so far so good NO PAIN still swollen but VERY HAPPY had the drains removed after only 48 hours so happy to have them out. To me that is the worst but still worth it

I chose Dr. Saunders after seeing a few reviews here so I want to thank all those who took the time to post the reviews. I can’t tell you how wonderful i feel now , my confidence back , recovery wasn’t easy but I would do it all over again ! Muscle repair, tummy tuck , and implants replaced ( only replaced no lift ).
