I am 47 yo and before my procedures I weighed 135 lbs and height 5'7" in March 2021. Due to weight loss, everything deflated in my boobs and I was about a 36A / B cup (full) and now 2 months post op I measure a 34C. More when I have my period. It seriously makes a difference! I had to gain about 10 lbs to get enough fat to do the procedure but even then it wasn't enough fat to really make a difference, since I had a very, very saggy lower belly and that is where all my fat goes. Always has. I had a tiny but noticeable lower belly even in my teens even though I was thin. I believe, but don't know this for sure, that I might have had a lot of good fat cells or stem cells in the belly. I believe the fat was resilient. It wouldn't look good if he took a lot out of the belly or else it would sag too much and he said I wouldn't be happy. We decided to add on a mini tummy tuck because I really don't want implants or breast scarring. He was able to pull about 1800 cc of fat, but if I didn't get the tuck, it would have been 1/3 of that or so. I got 230 in one breast and 290 in the other to correct asymmetry (but now the opposite one is bigger, so I may get a second one in the future, not sure if it's that big of a deal. He also put about 70cc in each hip and 100 in each butt cheek. Additionally he put about 10 cc on the edges of a large abdominal scar that had "indented" over time and weight and 2 pregnancies. I can't believe how it filled out and with the tuck it's transformed in my abdomen. My contour is amazing. My boobs look really good and my goal was accomplished: full breasts again. But the crazy part is how much the Tummy Tuck impacted it all. Had I not done the tuck, I don't think I would have been pleased. He was honest with me the whole time: should get an implant for fullness (because low fat availability) or the tuck. He said he could maybe have put 100cc in breasts only, not the butt or hips. And the math clearly showed that due to loss, my best bet might have been a half-cup. I tried a 75cc implant in my bra and it was negligible at best. The staff were great. They held my hand the whole way through the process and answered my distressed calls (just nerves) before surgery. I love Dr. Malek and will use him exclusively in the future. Best of luck to all who endeavor down this road. Listen to the BOARD CERTIFIED doctor, trust them, and pray. No one can guarantee results or experiences for any of these procedures, really. I just decided to trust the process and my doctor, and all turned out very, very well! I don't want to add the naked "after" photos until I hit 3 months

Dr. Malek has done work for me since I was little and needed warts removed. I always remember he and his staff being so nice. Recently I had the PrecisionTx on my armpits, which is a one time Procedure to reduce the sweat glands. I've had problems with my armpits sweating since puberty. It's gotten so bad to where I would sweat through hoodies & even my winter jackets. It's been about a month now since the procedure & I'm so happy with the results. I haven't had sweat marks since. Thanks to Dr. Malek and his staff the procedure was pretty much painless! I would recommend this procedure a million times and I would recommend Dr. Malek and his staff for ANYONE interested in cosmetic surgery.

I have been had many procedures done by Dr. Malek. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedure that you may be considering. He loves his work and the staff are super friendly and caring. I will be seeing Dr. Malek for a long time! Hopefully he never retires!! Lol

This was my first time getting Botox. Dr. Malek spent a great deal of time going through how Botox injections work and discussed my options for how to eliminate the scar in the middle of my forehead. He uses a topical anesthetic so it was a relatively painless experience. I ended up getting 50cc. I'm very happy with the results and will be back for continued treatments.

I decided to get liposuction on my flanks, abdomen and lower back. I'm please with my results considering my size, although I'm still swollen, my results are coming along, I recently started doing light exercises not too much because I'm alittle sore. I'm looking forward to the continued process. Unfortunately I didn't take measurements for my personal use but clearly my stomach went down quite a bit, I may need to do a touch but only time will time, in 6 months I should see my final results. I've always been the one out of my friends with no butt and no boobs. I have been thinking about doing this for about a yr. I am VERY VERY VERY AFRAID and nervous but I want it done. My husband SAYS he don't care one way or the other but he LOVES big nice booties which is another reason I want it done. I have sooo many different things goin through my mind like this is how God made me, what is it doesnt turn out the way I wanted, am I able to handle the pain and no sitting, or laying on my back. Cn u lay on ur side atleast? I am 5 2" about 149-150 lbs. I don't really hav any cc's in mind I just want a butt. Any advice ladies I jus want my mind and butt to be at ease

I went in to see Dr. Abdollah Malek for a tummy tuck, lipo around my upper back and inner thighs for around $11,000. About 2 months I've notice the hugh scaring under stomach area and around my belly button, my inner thigh was sagging more on one side then other. I was very disappointed and embarrassed on how the procedure came up, he kept telling me I am swollen and it will look great give it some time. 1 year later it still looks the same he said he would revise it for $1,900 which I thought was messed up that I had to pay for something I thought would come out looking great since he is "consider great at his JOB". I paid and my Belly button looks 10 times worst. I will never recommend him. I have to see someone else to fix's his horrible mistake.

This is the worst place to get a tatto removal ! do not I repeat Do not go to his facility to get a tattoo removed! I try to get a professional recomendation from the doctor before the procedure, the result left some visible scarring that makes it look worse than when I had the tattoo in that particular place.
