Dana, who assessed my skin, was exceptional. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided a personalized solution to correct and reverse my age spots and prevent further damage. Her expertise was evident, and her kind demeanor made the process so much easier.

The laser treatment she recommended was exactly what I needed. The procedure was quick—just about half an hour—and caused very little discomfort. Dana thoroughly explained the aftercare process, recommending products to help my skin stay healthy and look youthful.

We are going the distance with AviClear for my 16 y o daughter. About to go into the second of three sessions. Just wanted to say that the flareup that they say can happen after the first session is real. My daughter has never had worse acne in her life than she has these last four weeks after her first session. Not easy for a teen!! I think I will ask the doctor today if she can be prescribed a topical and an oral antibiotic to get her through the next eight weeks. I am still very hopeful that the next two sessions will do the trick and give her some relief, but it definitely takes patience! Dr. Nichols office has been wonderful to work with, and Allison, who performs the treatment, is terrific, and has such a nice way about her. Wish us luck!

I had the new SECRET treatment with PA Katie French. The numbing cream was absolutely amazing. I had zero pain. I read reviews online from people compaining that they experienced high levels of pain. Obviously, they did not have their treatment from Nichols MD. The results are amazing and I cannot wait for my next treatment. My skin has been transformed from Dr Nichols and her staff. I absolutely love her entire staff.

I started to notice the skin on my neck more and more. At the consult we discussed skin tightening and Ultherapy. I liked that it was non-invasive and i liked the before and after photos. It also helps that the staff is extremely professional and very personal. Excellent results, very happy.

I've Botox & filler for my lips with Katie French for the past 2 years . She does a very artful & natural procedure with injectibles. It is relatively painless & quck . Katie makes sure I am pleased at every step in the procedure & ensures that I feel Comfortable with her work. She is not only a lovely person, but she is an artist with a needle.

I love the location and new office space! I went in for a Vitamin IV drip because I was feeling extremely tired. The staff made me feel very at home by giving me a face mask and with their outstanding service. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. After getting the Vitamin IV I felt energized and slept soundly. It was such a great atmosphere to be in and the staff was amazing. I also did the Fraxel treatment and noticed immediate results that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend.

I started seeing Dr. Nichols in 2015 for cystic hormonal acne which I never experienced as a teenager. I tried EVERYTHING before investing my time and money into Dr. N (proactive, retinol, microderm) etc. none which led my to consistently clear skin. So, after 2 years (of picking, putting make-up over the breakouts, and always having a red face) I realized the scarring from it all. I went to DrN desperate who tried a conservative approach for 1-month until we both decided to try Accutane. The monthly check-ups with her were great, she told me what to expect, how annoying accutane would be but how worth it it is for not only face acne but full body acne (like on my back). In month 4 out of 6 she prepared me on a full regimen on what we could do to help with the acne scarring. I told her I was on a budget and we started light (trying heavy duty chemical peels). With some improvement, I told her my goal was to wear no make-up and not hide my face with my hair. She recommended Microneedling with growth factor with alternating Fraxel treatments. I needed 6 treatments, which she said I would but I only budgeted for 3. Since I bought the package, the office gave a discount. The whole office staff is SO friendly, and today, I'm wearing limited make-up (SPF with a tinted color). While I'm not 100%, the B/A picture says it all. SO grateful for DrN because she heard me and helped when I was most desperate... (and not every doctor has the gorgeous space she has, the easy availability b/c i usually got an appointment within 3-days, and DrN + her staff was available for me on the weekends.) THANK YOU! highly recommend for cystic acne patients.. just know it's not cheap, you need to be invested, but this feeling of having clear skin makes it worth it!

I have not one complaint about NicholsMD! Dr. Nichols is an absolute doll. The staff is incredible, they are all so personable and always make you feel great about yourself. The office is always extremely clean. Not to mention my results have always been fantastic! I recently got Botox from the PA, Katie and she did such a great job that I have refereed several friends since. I can't wait to go back to NicholsMD!
