Plastic Surgery Center and Medical Spa of Fairfield

PA-C Aesthetic Specialist Gabrielle Pino (Troisi), PA-C is a Connecticut State and National Board Certified Physician Assistant. We welcomed Gabrielle to the practice in 2013 as our Aesthetic Specialist who provided injectable services such as Botox, Dysport and various dermal fillers. She also oversees other non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation such as laser and skincare services that are provided at our facility. Gabrielle has over 9 years of experience as a Surgical Physician Assistant, the majority of which have been spent in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery. Gabrielle works closely with Dr. Sofer to provide patients with all of their surgical and non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation. Throughout her career, Gabrielle has established an excellent rapport with her patients and is viewed as a top provider in her field.

LPN Aesthetic Laser Nurse Specialist Melissa joined our Medical Spa in the fall of 2013 as a certified Laser Nurse Specialist. With years of cosmetic laser experience in laser hair removal, IPL, leg/facial vein removal and skin tightening procedures, she will ensure your treatment is customized to your needs. Extremely attentive to our patient needs, her compassionate and friendly demeanor will ensure a personal experience. Melissa is currently continuing her education from LPN to RN at Excelsior College. In her spare time she enjoys watching her boys play hockey, cooking and horseback riding. It is not unusual for our patients to find one of her treats in the office.
