Dr. Mangat's priority is the satisfaction and safety of his patients. He listens to each of their hopes and questions, review their medical history and assess their overall health to provide treatment plan and the best results possible.
I saw Chloe for some jawline and cheek filler plus a little botox for crows feet. I'm so enthralled by the results! Chloe's aesthetic was perfect for what I look for in a treatment, a simple natural looking enhancement to my features. I definitely recommend seeing her, she's by far the best in the valley!
If you are a breast cancer survivor go see Dr Copit!! He is amazing. I had 2 surgeries with him to correct someone else mistakes. I wish I would have seen him from the beginning. If you are getting a mastectomy, please not your plastic surgeon is just as important as your breast surgeon.
I was going to wait 1 yr for a final review but I want people to know my follow up care sooner. First I believe a this early stage the surgery was a success. After the surgery and money has been collected, Dr. Mangat is finished with his part. From there on out you will be seen by a "fellow". This is ok for me occasionally but every post op appt. I mean, you never see Dr. Mangat again after....
Dr. Mangat has the skill and expertise to provide impressive outcomes in the arena of facial plastic surgery. He is unquestionably one of America's top surgeons. He has also surrounded himself with a staff that is dependable and professional which means a lot when someone chooses to have elective surgery. I felt that I was in capable hands and my results Have been spectacular.
Diet and exercise couldn't do it because of muscle separation. Was very worried about having surgery and if I could justify it to myself (people complimented my weight/size). But I didn't like how I looked, size of stomach especially at end of day, and worried muscles would only get weaker as I got older. Pain management has been very good on medicine prescribed. Wears off a bit about 30...
A: The bumps on your upper eyelid are exactly what you describe as Milia. These are tiny cysts that can form along the suture line. They usually go away by themselves but if still present after 3 months they can easily be “picked off” in the office on your next visit.
A: As one of the other doctors already advised, your profile view is perfect. I also would not recommend a Rhinoplasty or other procedure. You would be taking an unnecessary risk and ruin what you currently have.
A: It does appear as though you have a residual hump on your nose but even though it feels hard, there may still be some swelling. It is not a good idea to go back and rasp for at least six months and preferably 9 months to allow complete healing to occur before inflicting additional surgical trauma.
A: Scars in the upper eyelids after Blepharoplasty will rarely respond to Kenalog injections or laser treatments because of the very thin skin. The only effective treatment is to remove the old scar and meticulously close the incision to get a better scar. Using subcuticular suture is frequently helpful to get a more favorable scar. This can easily be done under local Anesthesia. The only caution is that the surgeon needs to make sure there is enough skin in the upper eyelids so that you don’t get dry eye issues later. In looking at your one photograph it appears you do have enough skin but a live consultation would be necessary.
A: Wearing a compression dressing is not critical in keeping the neck area smooth and tight. It is a helpful tool in the post surgical period. At 3 weeks, you still have a lot of swelling and the neck is likely to improve over the next 2-3 months. If at 6 months you still have loose skin or lumpiness under the chin, then there may be reason to be concerned.
