2nd Review for Dr Zadeh. Montreal, QC

This is my second review of Dr. Zadeh and the third body part I've entrusted him with so I feel that a candid review is at the very least what I owe him based on what he has done for me. Let's be honest, breast implants and nose jobs are common place now and there are many able-bodied surgeons who can help you with those procedures in Montreal, Dr. Zadeh included. However, when it comes to the more complex surgeries, you need a different caliber of surgeon; one who not only understands your needs but the very real implications and limitations of the procedure(s) you're requesting. Finding a "yes-man" could lead to serious regret and complications. Instead you need a surgeon who hasn't necessarily built a practice solely on implants and nose jobs but rather someone who has tackled the more extreme and challenging cases. A surgeon that sits on various boards and wears different hats and isn't just a miracle-worker to the rich and famous. Having lost over a hundred pounds and needing my body to be cut up and sewn back together was no small endeavor. I didn't just need a surgeon, I needed an artist, a realist and a friend not a robot, Dr. Zadeh is all of those and way more. He's not going to tell you what you want to hear and agree to whatever you ask; he doesn't just see dollar signs when you walk in. He's a man of integrity, expertise and sincerity which is hard to find in a world made of plastic. For me, he has performed a full tummy tuck and muscle repair, an upper arm lift and has reconstructed my breast that was botched by a previous surgeon. Dr. Zadeh's work has changed and shaped my new life and deserves my praise, please think twice before picking a surgeon haphazardly or worse; based on price and not experience and expertise.

Male, 62, Information Security Professional - Montreal, QC

I met Dr. Teanoosh for a consutation related to the possibility of having him perform surgery on my left hand for a condition known as Dupuytren syndrome,, which if not treated could restrict the movement of your fingers. Dr. Teanoosh first of all took me into his office right on time, not two seconds later than the appointment was set for, secondly, he took the time to explain the condition and the stage at he diagnosed I was at and recommended not perform any surgery at this time, since in his opinion, the condition might not get worse and therefore the surgery would be futile and unjustified. Dr. Teanoosh is an excellent health professional that I am sure is well trusted by his patients and the level of satisfaction on his treatment and patient approach speaks by itself on the reviews that you find written about him. Excellent doctor, will recommend to my family and friends!

1 Week and 1/2 Post Op! Looking Great Feeling Great! - Westmount, QC

Hi all! I had 325 cc silicone implants done under the muscle a week and a half ago. i was a 36 A before the operation and i got measured yesterday and i now fit into a 36 B or 34 c. I am absolutely happy with them now that the pain is almost all gone. ( I recovered wonderfully). For me, the first 3 days were the worst but it got better sooner than I imagined. Make sure you have someone with you for those 3 to 5 days .not only to help you do basically everything for you, but also to have someone to talk to, and put up with your mood swings caused my the general anestesia and also to help out with your boredom you'll go through. Anyway! all that was worth it, my boobs look super natural and feel awesome! I wanted these boobs so bad that i almost forgot about the pain sometimes:) After my 7 day post op, my PS said it was ok to consume alcohol, so I went out for a few drinks with my girls that same night and reallllly enjoyed it! but the day after that, i noticed on my left boob side ( close to my arm pit) there was a lump. about the size of a pea, it got me super worried and kept feeling it. then i noticed it hurt a little....not sure if it was due to the fact that i kept on touching it or what so ever, but anyway, i took an appointment with my doctor right away! i'll let you guys know what it was as soon as I can...but if someone had the same thing, please let me know! Otherwise, my surgical tape fell off last night in my shower! I kept on scratching the sides cause it was sooooo itchy! Im super happy that they fell off on their own though! I only have a picture of my boobs at this stage with a bra and without. they are still a bit sore and still reallllly firm but they have fell down a bit already.., i'll show you guys more pictures later on when the scars will be less apparent :) if you have any questions about my experience, don't be shy! good luck to all of you! :) Updated on 26 Aug 2013: i touched my sideboob and i noticed the lump is still there... i'm pretty nervous about it... it feels like a pea or something! please someone give me feedback asap ! Updated on 28 Aug 2013: Hey! I just noticed that my LEFT boob ( the one with the lump) seems smaller than my right boob... is this normal? the weird thing is that my LEFT boob was bigger than my right before surgery....and there was the same amount of silicone put in both boobs! I know my appointment with my doc is tomorrow, but i'm still worried! would anyone know why this is happening? ps: it's hard to tell in the picture but I'm not crazy.....left one is smaller Updated on 31 Aug 2013: So in the end, the lump on my left breast is nothing to worry about. Basically, there's a lump there because the pectoral muscle covering my breast isn't as thick on that side. Due to the fact that I am right handed, I have more muscle covering my breast on my right side. I also didn't have much breast tissue in the first place! Anyway, the lump would be the ending of the implant and thats about it. If it starts to hurt, that's when we should all worry! but to all the girls who have this, I wouldn't worry! This happens all the time :) Good luck to all of you!

5 Feet 7 Inches 204 Pounds-Tummy Tuck with Lipo of Flanks and Lowe Back - Montreal, QC

Hi Everyone, Well I am so excited and scared at the same time. Its so amazing to look at everyones progress, and how this surgery has changed their lives. SO here is my story.I am a single mother of three kids, with of course a horrible body, that honestly I have no time to excerise, very much because I am so busy working 50 hour weeks and caring for the kids.I have no familly and no help so yes its a hard one,I wish I could excercise, and only buy veggies and low fat foods....but reality is that I have three kids, who need those rich foods, and its really hard for me to watch what I eat.But my weight is stable and I hope that this surgery will give me that extra courage to go beyond everything and maybe bring my weight down to 150. My surgery is September 8,I live in Canada ,Montreal, and I am having one of the best plastic surgeons do my tummy tuck and lipo of flanks and lower back.Yes the price I am paying is more than what the usual procedure would cost, but I would rather invest more and be confident on the results. SO here I have posted soem pictures of me 1 week post op,I will then post more pictures after the surgery.....:) Updated on 31 Jan 2011:
