Not great

Came in for consultation today, waited for 1 hour, and the consultation only took 10 minutes !!!!! I know Dr. Pritchard probably thinks he is the end all and be all, but why charge for consultations that you show up late to? It's my first time do plastic surgery and Dr. P seems in a rush, didn't explain too much. He and other staff there are rude, even don't say sorry for my waiting!!

Disappointing Experience, Please Read

Dr. Sandy Pritchard is a very unprofessional doctor. He completed a Rhinoplasty for me two years ago which left my nose curved with a residual bump and two different profiles depending on which side of my nose you are looking at.
