Having a female plastic surgeon was very important to me. Dr. Khanna was highly recommended by a cosmetic RN with many years’ experience in plastics. Dr. Khanna understands female anatomy from a woman’s perspective and was able to offer realistic expectations and phenomenal results!! The price seemed high but I trusted I was in the right hands and the results were worth every penny.

I am 3 days post op. I went with ICLS in Oakville Ontario. Dr. Khanna and her team were absolutely incredible. My experience with the clinic and the staff was amazing. I can truly say my breast augmentation was literally pain free. I am still shocked that I haven't been in any pain. I have had swelling and tightness, but zero pain!

I’m a 30 year old mom of three , been thinking about implants for a very long time. After breastfeeding three babies, I’m left with a deflated AA (Maybe even AAA) cup. ICLS plastic surgery has been amazing so far . From emails back and forth to my actual consult . I just had a virtual pre-op appointment (they are still closed because of covid). She was so informative on all my pre-op instructions and post - op instructions and emailed me right after our phone call with all the info in a package. We’ve tentatively decided on 335cc full projection , cohesive gel silicone implants . If they can re-open then my sizing appointment will be booked and surgery will remain on May 27th. I wanted to share my story because I’ve really appreciated this site while researching breast implants and as my surgery date approaches. Here’s a picture of me in a bathing suit now and what I hope to have . Updated on 19 May 2020: I’m going to get sized Thursday and surgery is remaining on the 27th! Ahhhhhhhhh I’m so scared but very excited ! Here’s another wish picture I’ve never wanted “big” boobs just want to have boobs again lol Updated on 21 May 2020: Decided on two different sizes due to my scoliosis and asymmetry . I’m really happy with our choice ! 275 cc on my left and 330 cc on my right . Just hoping the surgery will be a go now . Fingers crossed ! Updated on 25 May 2020: They’ve had to cancel my surgery scheduled for Wednesday due to the covid restrictions still in place. Bummed out but I wasn’t surprised. Hopefully they’ll be allowed to re-open maybe in the next month or so, fingers crossed! Updated on 28 May 2020: My surgery has been rescheduled for next Wednesday June 3rd. I will definitely update because I know I always hope people update their posts when I come across them. Excited to finally do this for myself! A little worried about the surgery but I know everything will be okay! Updated on 3 Jun 2020: Everything went well. I woke up very confused like wait where am I??? Felt like I had a really good sleep ! Then I just felt a lot of pressure on my chest and a little bit like I couldn’t take a deep breath. The nurses were all wonderful! The anesthesiologist was amazing so friendly and awesome bedside manner. I’m tired and sore but honestly feeling pretty good. I can’t wait to have a shower ! Updated on 3 Jun 2020: The nurse showed me the vectra imagining before going for surgery which was nice to see just to get an idea of what the implants we decided on would look like . I’m very swollen obviously right now but I’m happy with how they look already so I’m excited to see how they’ll progress :) Updated on 3 Jun 2020: Here’s the vectra imaging ! Kind of cool to see! I think my actual results are even better :) Excited for the healing process to be done and over with and just enjoy my new body. I’m not one to take it easy, I like to stay active and keep busy so this will be different for me Updated on 4 Jun 2020: I’m feeling pretty good today . Pain is probably 5 out of 10 . I’m staying on top of my pain meds (Tylenol extra strength in between the prescribed med) I’m walking around the house , showered again which was nice . I feel a little restricted when it comes to movements but I’m also being caution and a somewhat tense. I’ve been using frozen peas for swelling every hour for 15 min at a time and also doing shoulder rolls a few times an hour . Overall I feel pretty good! Here’s a couple pics :) Updated on 11 Jun 2020: I wanted to take a minute to write a review solely focused on Dr.Khanna and ICLS as a business. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Khanna , it’s been a great experience the entire time. Their team of nurses even the anesthesiologist , the coordinator and girls at the front desk, they are all so wonderful.   Dr.Khanna is amazing at what she does.  My experience and my results far exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend ICLS if you are considering plastic surgery. Updated on 14 Jun 2020: Just a little update, they’re already taking on a really nice shape. Tried on a new bikini today :) My incisions are looking so good, started applying a scar gel today. I’m so impressed with the speedy recovery process so far! Updated on 3 Aug 2020: Just wanted to do a quick update for all those researching wondering about recovery etc. I’m feeling awesome , feel like they are just a part of me , like I’ve always had them! They are still a little firm but I know they’re still healing cause some days are softer than others. Incisions look awesome , I don’t think I’ll really have a scar eventually! I’m wearing a 34C bra some small made D’s even fit. I was an AA/AAA before , virtually no breasts at all after breastfeeding. So I’m quite happy :) Here’s an updated picture ! Dr. K and her team have been helping me now for 2 years almost. First visit i felt VERY welcome. She took the time and tried to figure out the pain i had in my breast. This issue was from a previous surgeon. She was the only surgeon willing to try and help create new methods to help me. Everyone has been nothing but caring and understanding. I would recommend Dr. Khanna !! 10 stars not just 5

After many years of consideration an a number of consultations, I chose to have my Mommy Makeover with Dr. Khanna. I had lost 70 lbs through health eating and exercise and have maintained my weight for almost 10 years. I’m a little late to the party and at 57, there was no amount of exercise that was going to deal with the loose skin that comes with this amount of weight loss. After working so hard, I was tired of stuffing loose skin into Spanx. The consultation was exceptional thorough and she provided a number of options to address my concerns. I knew I wanted a breast lift but was not interested in implants. My concern was that even with a lift, there wasn’t enough tissue to provide any fullness. Dr. Khanna explained that she could do a fat transfer that would provide the natural result I was looking for. I am 3 months post op and am extremely happy with my results. Nurses Brenda and Tracy were incredibly kind and informative, answering all my questions and concerns. Ashley and Doreen are lovely. I spent a night in the beautiful post op suite and my overnight nurse was caring and attentive. While I had thought about this surgery for a long time, I honestly never thought I would follow through. It’s a big surgery but I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Dr. Khanna and all the staff at ICLS for your exceptional dedication to patient care.

The staff at ICLS in Oakville was very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my decision to try the Fraxel dual laser in 2020. They were able to explain the procedure and show me before and after photos so that I could gain a reasonable expectation level for what the laser could do for me.

I wish to thank Dr. Khanna, the nurses, and the staff who each and collectively made my experience at ICLS as successful as it could be. I will never forget the outstanding dedication and genuine caring nurse Tracy Balaka gave me. Tracy is wonderful and I couldn't have had a better healthcare experience than I did from her. I felt I was in very competent hands before and after the procedure. Sincerely thank everyone at ICLS.

Dr. Julie Khanna is phenomenal! I highly recommend Dr.Khanna and her team at ICLS. I first did my B.A. with Dr.Khanna 10 years ago & was super happy with the results. At that time, I did an immense amount of research on plastic surgeons. I learned very quickly why people fly from all over the world to go to Dr.Khanna. She is the best plastic surgeon & is the top of her field! Early this year, I learned about ALCL and the risks of textured implants, so I booked my appointment to go back to ICLS and learn more. Dr. Khanna explained everything clearly and was up to date on the very latest information. I decided to be proactive & have the textured implants & capsule removed and replaced with smooth implants. I researched Mentor and Allergan, all types of implants and everything I could find about ALCL, with the exception of who to go to. I wouldn't risk going to anyone other than Dr.Julie Khanna. Her knowledge, experience, & expertise is the only thing I was 100% sure of. I am now 4 weeks post surgery and couldn't be happier! I went from 340cc to SSX 470cc . I still feel like the same me, but only better. I know I made the right choice and if you are considering the same thing, and looking into your options, please go see Dr.Khanna. Surgery is always a big decision so you owe it to yourself to go to the best.

I was given the opportunity to have nitrogen oxide during the treatment which made it more comfortable...and my nurse Stephanie was so calming and professional. I am so happy with the result without having to have anesthesia or surgery and I am looking forward to seeing the results as it heals and improves. I don’t have a lot of tissue/fat so it was uncomfortable but with the gas was manageable and I had literally no “down time” and just slight tenderness along my jawline for the first week.

Dr K did my breast augmentation in 2016. I love them; was very happy with the results and still am. She was accessible post op and was very thorough during the consultation, answering all my fears. Even my sister who is anti plastic surgery, and who dropped me off and drove me home that day, was impressed by her whole team. Nurse Brenda has been fabulous too during post op visits and answers emails very quickly. The whole experience was explained accurately. Price was the best too in the GTA!
