I had a few consultations before I chose Dr. Pirani to perform my surgery, and I am grateful that I did. I had an abdominoplasty with liposuction, a diastasis recti repair, and an umbilical hernia repair in June 2024. Dr. Pirani is very approachable, always kind and warm, answered every question I had (and I had many lol), and was extremely thorough in his assessment during the consultation and requested blood work, a physical exam from my family doctor and an ultrasound, during which my hernia was discovered. None of the other surgeons were as thorough and that made me feel a lot more confident about my choice. He also advised me that in order to get the best results, I would benefit by getting rid of as much visceral fat as possible (fat that cannot be removed with liposuction). To be clear, this was a response to what I said I wanted my result to look like. He also was the only surgeon that had a one-night stay after surgery mandatory. Seriously, trust me when I tell you that my experience would have been completely different without the two lovely (and patient) nurses helping me throughout the night, the leg compression machine and the IV to deliver the pain and anti-nausea medicine. Even, if you decide to choose a different surgeon for your tummy tuck, please consider someone that offers the overnight stay option. It truly is worth the cost. The surgery went well, and Dr. Pirani checked on me the following morning and every week for a month. On my first visit post-surgery, Dr. Pirani was concerned with the tissue round my belly button. It was struggling because of the lack of oxygen caused by the hernia repair. That was a risk that was stated pre-surgery and that I was fully aware was a possibility. He swiftly referred me to a wound care specialist in my city and I began hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help the wound heal. After a few weeks, my belly button survived ! One thing to consider is that this particular procedure is really a team effort. Meaning that the surgeon has an important role for the surgery but as a patient, it was my responsibility to follow all post-surgery instructions to the letter to get the best results possible. On that note, I strongly recommend renting a respite room in a retirement home for the first two weeks, three would be even better. Because you will be completely incapacitated for at least that long and having an electric recliner, a walk-in shower, a raised toilet and three hot meals served to you every day will make the world of difference in your recovery. Plus, retirement home usually has daily activities that can be fun and will help you through the emotional roller coaster that is the recovery period lol. With all of that said, my results are amazing. I have a flat stomach, a nice hourglass figure, my incision looks great (still covering it with a silicone tape), and my belly button looks great as well. I am now almost 6 months post-surgery, and I strongly recommend Dr. Pirani if you a searching for a surgeon to perform an abdominoplasty. My last appreciation goes to the office team. From day one, everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. They called periodically to check up on me, they answered my calls when I had questions and promptly got back to me with the answers. Special praise to Naushin, the Surgical Coordinator and Office Manager who has been so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Truly, everyone in the office has been amazing!

I recently saw the doctor for Botox and filler to my nose. The office is absolutely beautiful and Dr. pretty made the entire experience very comfortable as I was very anxious. We discussed my treatment plan and I decided to have my injections done. Dr. Pirani had other people booked however he was able to work around it so I could have treatment the same day. I did Botox to my forehead and around my eyes which did not hurt at all. The filler to my nose was not painful however it was an interesting feeling. I am overall ecstatic that I booked an appointment to see Dr. Pirani (even though it took me four hours to get there.) He is a very kind man and an artist at injecting. I will certainly be booking more appointments with Dr. Pirani and will to refer my family to his office.

Today was the first time I met with Dr. Pirani. Both himself and his staff were all very nice and professional. I appreciate Dr. Pirani spending so much time with me to discuss my surgery. He is the second surgeon I have seen and the only one so far to discuss the surgery in such detail. I appreciated all of the information he provided to me and that is what has helped me make the decision to have him be my surgeon. He’s the only one that spent the time to explain things to me thoroughly and made sure I understood everything we discussed.

I was nervous having upper and lower eyelid surgery, but Dr. Pirani and his staff made me feel comfortable through the entire process. My results are better than I could have imagined, and the scars are minimal. If you are considering any cosmetic procedures I would recommend the Toronto Plastic Surgery Center.

I am a returning patient of Dr. Pirani's. I have been seeing him for the past few years and would not hesitate to trust him with anything I wanted to get done. He is knowledgeable and has a phenomenal bedside manner. I saw him this morning for facial fillers in my cheeks, lips, nose, nasolabial folds, and chin as well as Botox. As always, the results are absolutely amazing-by far exceeded my expectations! I am so glad to have found him. Naushin is awesome too. Communicating with her is always so smooth. I feel very well taken care of!

Six months post augmentation and I love how I look and feel. I waited to share my experience with others, I was giving my new girls time to settle into place, plus I wanted to experience how they would perform on an extremely high altitude hike. Everything went well and I look better than ever! Dr, Pirani and his staff were all amazing to deal with and he always gave me the best advice regarding the procedure, I almost made a huge mistake with sizing and with his honest opinion I was able to get what was best suited for my body type. He is very caring about his patients, their health comes first above anything else. The experience was overall amazing, I'm glad I chose him and I'd strongly recommend him and would use his service again in the future!

Dr Pirani and his team were amazing throughout my breast augmentation. During my consultation, Dr Pirani was warm, considerate, and took the time to explain all of the risks and details of the procedure with me. He was very honest with me about what results I could obtain and what size would look best for my body type, which I really appreciated. He also seemed really knowledgeable about the latest research in the area so I felt confident that he would give me a high standard of care. His staff were really kind, efficient, and accommodating. I felt so comfortable with the whole practice that I ended up picking Dr Pirani to perform my procedure. On the day of the procedure, everything ran really smoothly which put me at ease. Dr Pirani's practice manager Naushin was exceedingly professional and comforting. I told Dr Pirani that I was nervous about the anesthesia and he was very reassuring. He also mentioned to the anesthesiologist that I was nervous which I really appreciated; it was those small moments of thoughtfulness that really made me so happy I went with him for the procedure. On the day of the surgery I had no doubts that Dr Pirani would see me through and get me the results I wanted. The procedure was short and I was home in a couple of hours. My pain was really manageable after the procedure, and I was shocked at how quickly I recovered, which I credit to Dr Pirani's work. He also called me to check-in later in the day which I thought really went the extra mile. Throughout the weeks following my surgery, Dr Pirani had multiple follow-up appointments with me. He was always very friendly in appointments and concerned with my recovery. He always answered questions fully and thoughtfully, without a hint of impatience. At one point my breasts weren't dropping very quickly so he adjusted my recovery plan so I could see results faster. He also gave me a scar treatment cream and instructions on how to minimize the scars which I have been really pleased with. I am exceedingly happy with my new breasts. They are the perfect size for my body (I look balanced between my breasts and my hips) and they are soft and natural looking. My scarring is really minimal and fading quickly. I am so happy I went with Dr Pirani for my breasts, every step of the way his care has been excellent and his staff have been professional. I thought a long time about getting a breast augmentation and often put it off because I have anxieties around surgical procedures. I am so happy I found a surgeon who I felt comfortable with, it really enabled me to have this surgery, which ended up being one of the best things I've done for myself. I would recommend Dr Pirani to anyone and I'm sure will seek him out again.

My experience with Dr. Pirani has and is always amazing. I saw him a week ago for botox and fillers and as always he did an excellent job! During this appointment we discussed having under my eyes injected with hyaluronidase , which I have had an issue with for a long time, I had , had my tear troughs injected with filler from another Dr. and it was not placed properly , the outcome was awful . I have had under eye swelling and bluish tinge to my under eyes for a long time, Dr. Pirani and I would discuss this issue just about every time I would have an appointment with him ,but, as always I would be hesitant about it. But last week when I saw him I had the hyaluronidase done! He is truly an amazing, kind, caring down to earth gifted Dr. The out come has been phenomenal, it has only been a week and the swelling and bluish tinge is gone! My eyes are looking like they were before I had the terrible experience with the other Dr. Thank you so much Dr. Pirani ! I am grateful that I was recommended to you and I would highly recommend you to everyone .

Dr. Pirani is truly excellent at his craft. This review is super long time coming (I had my b.a in January), but I’m almost glad I waited because I think I love his work more and more each day. I had my breast augmentation in January and Dr. Pirani was as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly before, during and after the procedure. He was very informative with the risks, and spoke to me honestly about every step of my procedure. There was never a moment where I felt uncomfortable, awkward or left in the dark about anything. His office manager and wife Naushin was also an absolute pleasure. She was such a sweetheart and super accommodating! My procedure went spectacularly well, and my downtime afterwards was minimal. Dr. Pirani even called the evening after my surgery to make sure I was feeling okay. I had several follow up appointments to make sure my recovery was on track, and I was excited to make it to all of them. The results speak for themselves (I may be biased, but I think my breasts are pretty epic), and my scars are minimal. Overall, I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) Dr. Pirani to everyone! If I ever need anything else done... I know who to go back to :)
