I had a panniculectomy with Dr. White 6 weeks ago. Highly recommend him as a kind and competent provider. I'm now 6 weeks out and other than still feeling tightness in the skin, and a little swelling left over, I'm comfortably and back to normal life. Very happy with my results, and will be back for another procedure, hopefully next year! .

Had a reduction with Dr. White at the end of January. I'd been considering a reduction for years, but kept delaying looking into it seriously due to fear, and (insanely) accepting my back pain as "normal". Went from a 32E/F to a 32C, and I kick myself daily for not having the nerve to do it YEARS ago - the best decision I ever made. Dr. White was fantastic - extremely professional. He answered all my questions, and put me at total ease. I'm thankful to him, and his whole team. Tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo to smooth out the hip area . Surgery 5 days ago at false Creek center . Why I chose Dr White . Talent / reviews and also I met him through 8west clinic where I had other surgery /procedures done with Dr.B / staff. I loved my results, so I knew I would be happy with Dr White . Right from the consult Dr White impressed myself and my husband . Professional ,talented, real , knowledgeable. I just felt so comfortable with him and I knew he would be the Dr who will do my tummy tuck . I had lost 65 pounds in 1.5 years and kept it off for 1year . I'm a curvy girl size 14 and I'm happy with my current body weight . I'ts not ideal for everyone but for me it is . what I wasn't happy with is all the extra hanging belly skin. I tried so hard at the gym .It's not going anywhere after children and weight gain with age 40 's . The surgical center where I received my surgery is false Creek surgical center. It is amazing. Very Clean , friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the Secretary to intake nurse to the surgical nurse and DR's to post op nurses etc were all amazing . I had some low BP after surgery and nobody was letting me leave that center to go back to my hotel until I was stable 100 percent. Impressive. Dr white took my phone and my husband's and programmed his personal cell number in . Sent a test text/call and said I will be calling to check up and I want you both to call anytime day or night . I have my phone on always . That made myself and my husband feel so good . I had Dr white . false Creek nurses and Alex from 8 West clinic all checking up and asking if I had any questions or concerns . amazing . I'm post op day 5 and my pain is controlled . I'm listening to all the post op directions . I see Dr. White this Friday to check and change my dressings and get my first look . This surgery will take time to heal and recover and I will have patience. I will come back and post before and after pics as I heal and get my strength back but for now I'm listening to my doctor and relaxing and following post op directions so I apologize for the grammar errors as I'm on T3's lol lol lol . . 8 West clinic. Dr. White and Dr. B will be my go to for everything surgical and non surgical procedures and treatments .
