4 out of 5 stars Botox
After phoning around Vancouver to 5 different clinics, I decided to go to Skinworks. the receptionist seems the most knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Once I got to the clinic there was a bit of a wait but it's a doctor's office so I was expecting it. I think I waited 5-10 min. One of Dr. Jang's assistant took me into the room and went over botox or there was another option ( I forgot...
The botox was effective but Dr Jang has the worst bedside manner imaginable, and tries to hard sell other procedures. Was not a pleasant experience, I actually left feeling less confident about my appearance, never a great feeling. I also had to wait too long, and their receptionist wasn't very nice:(
1 out of 5 stars Mole Removal
Please go somewhere else for your PicoSure laser treatments!! I went to Dr. Jang to have four moles (less than 0.3 cm each) removed from my face under my left eye. I paid a total of $778.4 CAD for that service and my four moles are exactly the same as before I received the laser treatment (Note: The moles are still here on September 11, 2014). I went to see Dr. Jang again to complain about...
1 out of 5 stars Botox
The front desk staff was nice and then it went downhill. For the first time I had botox done between my eyes and juvederm also. Dr Jang was very short and quick with me and was walking out the door as I was trying to ask her a question about a concern I had. My right eye drooped a little for 4 months. I was so scared and didn't understand if this was permanent! When I called and complained I...
1 out of 5 stars Botox
I went to Dr. Jangs clinic quite a few times and every time left feeling pretty horrible about myself. Comments like "your such a pretty girl but..." this from the nurse trying a hard upsell. They do provide a $50 discount on your next treatment if you book while paying. I always did this and was a regular to clinic because I felt the botox injections were high quality. I had to go out of town...
