I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kristina Zachary in Calgary and even over a year later I still think about how grateful I am that I chose her. I had a face and neck lift with Dr. Zakhary and couldn’t be happier with my results! The transformation is so natural — my profile has never looked better, and I still look like me, just refreshed. This is a major surgery and Dr. Zakhary prepares you thoroughly for every step, from pre-op to recovery, which can take up to a year. She’s incredibly attentive and truly cares about her patients. She was always available by phone or FaceTime whenever I needed her, and even met me at her office after hours to redo my head bandage. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. The Holy Cross Hospital, where the surgery takes place, feels a little dated, and her prices are on the higher side but honestly, the results and experience are worth every penny. If you’re considering a facelift or neck lift, I can’t recommend Dr. Zakhary enough for her skill, compassion, and dedication to achieving beautiful, natural results.

Dr Zachary and her staff were beyond amazing from the very beginning to present. Even when I had a multitude of questions, they all were reassuring, patient and kind through the whole process. I have wanted/needed surgery for literally decades but due to one reason or another was never able to do it. When migraines, sinus issues etc. became unbearable, I started to research Dr's in Alberta. When there are several Dr's to choose from and this is a life changing procedure, you want to choose very wisely. I am so thankful I came across Dr. Zakhary! She listened to my concerns both aesthetically and functionally and really understood what my goals were for improving my breathing as well as having the nose I always wanted (me but better). Dr. Zakhary is all about you looking natural while improving the areas of concern. I am 6 weeks out and I couldn't be happier. The first couple of weeks were rough but if you can power through, it is worth every bit you go through. Dr. Zakhary and her staff are very good about answering emails, staying in touch, answering all your questions and being extremely supportive through the entire process. Dr. Zakhary is not only an extremely skilled surgeon but is hands down one of the kindest and most compassionate Dr's I have ever had the privilege of working with. I don't normally do reviews but I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zakhary and her staff. If you choose her as your Dr. you will not be disappointed. I will also say, she goes above and beyond is giving you all the information you need for the best recovery and results. If you are making a choice like this you want to make sure you aren't taking the easiest or cheapest path but the BEST path. That, I believe, is with Dr. Zakhary. You won't regret making her your surgeon!
