I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire team is. They are thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Metelitsa will not risk complications for vanity sake. If you are not suited to a treatment he explains why in a clear and kind manner. I am thrilled with my Botox results in my forehead, bows and crows feet. I will add filler to my under eyes soon and would not think of going to someone else.

I went to this Doctor for some Dysport (Botox) injections for my forehead/around eyes and he did an amazing job. Not my first time but I could tell the difference, turned out way better than any other physician that I have gone to in the past. My face feels and looks so smooth- the dose was perfect no dropping or heaviness and I still have expression on face. I also suffer from Migraines which the Botox injections have helped TREMENDOUSLY. On one of my most recent visits, I had mentioned that I was looking into Rhinoplasty for my nose, he then educated me on the risks involved, 20% Rhinoplasty patients have to have revision surgery. Who would have knew??? He then further offered and suggested injecting filler in my nose to help achieve the smooth, flat, straight nose that I was looking for. I was thrilled to hear that I had another option to fix the bump in my nose other than going under the knife. Although, I was hesitant at first with the thought of a needle in my nose. I decided to go ahead with the “liquid nose job” after finding out he is a Harvard Trained Cosmetic Dermatologist! Turns out it was not painful at all and I saved myself butt-loads of $$$$$$$. The moment I looked in the mirror I could not believe it I was shocked I felt like I had a brand-new nose, such a soft and subtle job he did I was truly impressed. The filler will last in my nose for a little over a year, with half of the product being used. The other half I asked if he could do my fine-lines which he agreed he could do. So overall rating for this Doc… 5/5 Staff positive & accommodating. They took before/after pictures I had a tad bit of a bruising (normal for me) I came back the next day and they did a complimentary laser to remove the bruise. 5/5 Punctuality he was on time for the appointment 5/5 Helpfulness Dr. Metelista saved me money! 5/5 Knowledge he not only gave me another more practical option for my nose (no other Doctor suggested a liquid nose job) but his expertise in the cosmetic world is reassuring. I highly recommend this Doctor, both him and his staff will make sure you are well taken care of not only in the derm world - but let’s be real here also in the fun world of cosmetics!

I had an amazing doctor here in Calgary (Dr. Andrei Metelitsa dermdocyyc). He is very personable and professional, confident and kind, as well as thorough. So far I am 24 hours in on my C02 laser procedure and I have to say, at the time it hurt but wasn't unbearable. It is a quick procedure with great long term results which is exactly what I want. I will keep posting as it progresses. In the office there is a healing light that is used after the procedure and you can go in to use it anytime to help reduce the redness. Updated on 12 Oct 2017: I am two days in and my swelling has reduced a little and I am very red but this is what happens after C02 fractional laser and is expected. I am unable to go out in public as I don't look great, but I am feeling perfectly normal, no soreness at all.. just quite "ugly" as I am swollen and red. I am so pleased so far with everything, and the aftercare creams provided/cleansing provided is quite easy and working well. I can't wait to see the final results. I know this procedure has some downtime but it is worth it in the long run as your youth is restored and permanent if you take care with sunscreens and hats in the sun. Here are some pictures, it is way less harsh than it looks Updated on 13 Oct 2017: Woke up swollen but less swollen and quite red as to be expected. Take a peek at my picture! No pain and coming along well. Went in to get a nothing 15 minute healing light session :) Updated on 16 Oct 2017: Day 4, I was peeling and very red, day 5 same and less and less welling. I am so far so pleased with my skin. Beautiful, my facial lines are greatly reduced, my skin has not looked to good in years. All photos are 100 percent without make up except for the very first photo before the procedure. Updated on 17 Oct 2017: Hello everyone, all of my peeling seems done and I am very pleased with the early beginnings of my results as my face looks refreshed and I do feel like my skin hasn't looked this good in years! This is my last post for a while, as I am just waiting for the redness to reduce, but with make up on it is way less noticeable.. I would recommend this procedure 100 percent. I would go to no other Dr. here in Calgary but to Dr. Metelitsa, as he was very careful and a perfectionist when it comes to his patients. I am so happy with my results. Time will tell if they get better and better. I will post in about two weeks from now :) Because my camera is not the best, you cannot actually see how different my skin looks, but it is so much nicer with a youthful tone, no lines around my eyes and my deep cheek lines are very very light. No lines above my upper lip or on my forehead as well. I am so pleased. Best thing I could have gifted to myself.. stay tuned for updates! Updated on 17 Oct 2017: I know I said I wouldn't post for a bit but I couldn't resist, these pictures are with make up just to cover the redness which isn't too bad. Updated on 23 Oct 2017: I still have redness and very slight peeling here and there on my face, I am pleased with the results as I see very diminished lines around my eyes and mouth. The lines on my cheeks are there but less deep, I feel like I may do more for those areas on my face in the future. All in all worth it Updated on 10 Nov 2017: I feel like I am pretty healed but there is still some pink to my skin. It feels healthy and beautiful. I am very pleased with the results, and I will post some pictures shortly. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I plan on doing more of the same in the future, especially around my eyes. Updated on 17 Nov 2017: Feeling great, my skin looks great, and still a little red as I am fair by nature. Very happy with results, not weird side effects.

Today I met Dr. Metelitsa for the very first time to get his advice on lip fillers. Everything about him impressed me and I felt very confident getting the procedure done right away. He's such a sweet, knowledgeable and caring Dr. and he fully explained about the types of fillers available and what I could expect before, during and after the procedure. Both Dr. Metelitsa and his nurse Samantha worked so well together ensuring I would be happy with the results (minimal swelling/minimal bruising/excellent results - I'm very happy!!). I totally recommend Dr. Metelitsa and I wouldn't hesitate seeing him again for more procedures.

Very skilled, professional, never rushes through treatment. He is careful and very concerned about getting the best outcome possible. He did Botox and filler on me and it was an excellent result. I will definitely go back to see him.

Did both Botox and filler with this doc and super happy with my results -- no bruising and feel many years younger! Highly recommend this doc for cosmetic procedures. Already referred 3 of my friends to him.

I have had botox done at several places in Calgary. However, having experienced an issue at the last clinic, I recently went to Dr. Metelitsa for my botox treatment, and I am very happy with the results. He is very passionate about natural results. As a man, I wanted to ensure that he does not make my face looking too soft or frozen. He is very attentive to my needs and I have already referred a friend to him - I truly think that he is one of the best botox docs in Calgary.

I'M SO IN LOVE!! I’ve had my lips done in the past [from a reputable physician] and Dr. Metelitsa did a wonderful job! I’ve received compliments from a number of my friend that knew I was getting them filled – but better yet: people I meet for the first time that compliment me on my lips, have no idea I’ve had them done! Even my boyfriend couldn’t tell after kissing me; my lips feel and look so natural! They used a topical freezing, which was a nice touch, because I’ve had it done without – and it hurts! Dr. Metelitsa airs on the side of caution, which is good for someone like me that likes to go overboard, and brought me back in 2 weeks later for a reassessment and free touch-up. I can’t explain how happy I am with the results. Looking back at old pictures, I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a little beautification. I'm addicted.

Best Lip Filler I have ever had by far! I am recently new to Calgary and my friend had recommended Dr. Metelitsa. I have had fillers in the past and so far Dr. Metelitsa trumps them all. My lips are soft and look natural as that was the most important thing to me. I didn't want anything crazy or too big. Highly recommended.

I went to this doctor based on the reviews. I was soooo nervous about getting my lips done, but I wanted to give it a try. First of all, the staff were all so extremely friendly and answered all my questions patiently, and they were able to calm me down in no time. I also wanted filler in my cheeks, but I thought I'd do my lips first and see how I liked it. The procedure, for me, was relatively painless. Dr. Metelitsa and his assistant were SO amazing and took their time assessing the best places add filled with each injection...they really took great care throughout the entire process. A week later, after all the swelling went down, I LOVED my lips, a,d so I booked another appointment for my cheeks. I love how I look!. What an amazing job, AGAIN! Love nurse guys and I will definitely be back. Great service, great work, and well worth the money!
