I have heard many horror stories about plastic surgery in the Southern California area recently. If you don’t know about it, listen to The Chalene Show podcast. But I wanted to come on here to say how amazing Justin Heller is. He did my breast augmentation perfectly & they look SO real. Everything that I was promised was delivered. He is kind, intelligent & great at his craft. I would give him 15/10 stars. Everyone I know is always asking me for his information! He is the only person I’d trust to work on me from now until forever!

I first had my consultation with Dr Heller in 2020 but had to postpone the surgery a year for scheduling reasons on my end. In July 2021 I reached out to his office to schedule my surgery. Oct 21,21. In September I met with Dr Heller for my pre op appointment and we discussed size and the technique he’d be using. I said I want to go from a 38H to a C or D cup. The countdown to my surgery date was ticking and I couldn’t wait! My anxiety around the surgery was the aftercare and balancing that with my 2 kids (3.5 and 2). I am 4 days post op and I am doing well. The pain was nowhere near what I envisioned it would be. Dr Hellers staff was amazing. Shout out the his anesthesiologist who was extremely thorough and has great bedside manner. His nurses and staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr Heller is a genius! I expected to have drains post surgery and be in horrendous pain, but neither were the case. I’ll provide another update in a few weeks but I am just so pleased with my results, no more back pain, no more body dysmorphia. Updated on 19 Nov 2021: 1 month post surgery and I am very happy with my results, recovery and healing. The incisions all healed nicely, the scars will continue to fade. I religiously apply silicone strips and scar cream. I’m excited to shop for bras and bra letters that fit my chest. Right now I’m measuring at a 38 D….I was a 38G/H prior to surgery. My PS was amazed at my 3 week appointment with my progress.

This was the best decision I ever made! The entire experience was amazing. Dr. Heller & his staff were wonderful from beginning to end. The results turned out better than I expected. I am utterly amazed & definitely extremely happy with the results. I feel & look great. In all it was a wonderful experience!

It’s been 2 years since my gummy bear implants and I couldn’t be happier. They look natural and they fit my body. He was so professional and really is amazing at what he does. Dr Heller and his staff are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them every time I go in for my Botox!

Absolutely the best in every way. I had a tummy tuck and gummy bear breasts implants. Dr Heller has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever met. His staff is warm, caring, and friendly. I had been to other appointments but none had the same feel. I love my results. My waistline is 2" small. My outer thighs look amazing. My belly is flat and I can barely even see my incisions. My breasts look natural too.

I am a mother of two beautiful kids but my body changed in ways that I couldn't imagine. I worked out and dieted but nothing would get rid of my belly bulge and extra skin. I looked like a deflated version of myself. I searched high and low for a plastic surgeon. However, when I walked into Dr Heller's office I could immediately tell something was different. Dr Heller explained things in a way that made sense. He has amazing before and after pictures and I could see he was doing something different. He spent time and cared about what my concerns were. I booked a tummy tuck with lipo of my flanks and hips. The results are simply amazing. I never thought I would wear bikinis again. My belly is flat my hips are tight and I have curves. Most of all though was the care I received after. Dr Heller gave me his personal cell phone and even came to my house to check on me the day after surgery. His nurses stayed with me and were amazing. His staff was always in touch and so sweet. I can not recommend anyplace more.

Love Dr. Heller. Love his staff. Love my results. I had a personal number for him and he was always there for me. He called me at one point notices I didn't sound good. Insisted on seeing me that day. Sent me to the ER. I spent 4 days due to PE. Very smart man. Plan on having a little lipo with him soon.

The pros are you look better, feel better, and now my back doesn't hurt like it did. I really can't think of any cons. I was only off work a short time. Only 2 weeks. I had some restrictions but nothing I couldn't handle. There was very little pain. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I say you are never to old to improve yourself.

I'm a 40 yr old female and I started getting Botox and filler in my lips before my 2010 wedding. I went to several different offices before finally meeting Dr. Heller. He is the best!! He's very gentle and takes his time with you. And the results are amazing! My Botox never lasted as long with other places. I highly recommend Dr. Heller, especially if you are on the fence about having treatments. You will be so happy!

I really wanted this procedure to work out because everyone at the office was SO nice and attentive... but ultimately, it's been over a year since my procedure and the scar is more or less the same -- if not WORSE :/ Even worse, it's prominent, on my cheek -- no hiding it. Really quite disappointed.
