I've had TMJ for over 24 years and spent thousands trying to get it fixed from various specialists to no avail. I'd given up thinking I'd ever have relief. I saw an ad on Google for Dr. Lockhart and on a whim decided to do a consultation. He sounded very confident that he could help me and so I gave it another try and I'm very glad I did! It has been a two year process but so worth it! I'm lucky I stumbled across Dr. Lockhart and decided to give him a try. I'm finally free of the constant pain and annoyance of the TMJ symptoms and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lockhart. To be clear, this was NOT jaw surgery which I've heard very scary things about. This was changing my bite and putting the jaw in a position where it was no longer being stressed constantly. I had to select a treatment below and "jaw surgery" was all that was listed for this treatment.

I've had TMJ problems since I was 19. I'd spent upwards of 20k seeing the top specialists for treatment and never received relief or improvement. I even tried expensive stem cell treatments which did nothing. Every few years I'd Google TMJ treatments to see if there were any new technologies that might be available to help me but I'd pretty much given up hope. In 2021 I came across an ad on a Google search for Desert Rose Dental that caught my attention and decided to give them a try and am SO happy I did! The relief and improvement I've had feels nothing short of a miracle to me after almost 25 years of suffering from my TMJ. It might sound cliche but the staff is professional and friendly and Dr. Bradford is a superhero to me! I had braces 2 years ago that entailed the extraction of 4 biscupids, and it ruined the aesthetics of my face - lengthened, thin face, shrunken mouth/lips, teeth look too vertical. I have had multiple consults since then with top orthodontists here in Canada, and few have offered advice as knowledgeable (on this particular subject matter) or comprehensive as what Dr. Lockhart suggested in an email. The fact that he took the time and care to respond to someone in another country, really speaks to his character, and that he genuinely wants to help people. He suggested another avenue to explore with orthopedic appliances, and this is something I will definitely look into. If you are in Dr. Lockhart's vicinity, you are lucky to have him as an option.

Dr Lockart was incredibly nice. He took the time to answer a question of mine and proposed different options for the treatment of my TMJ and bite problems. It was really good to get an opinion from him less than a day after I had sent my message. It is too bad I live on the other side of the world, I would have been very happy to start treatment with him. His approach seems incredibly balanced and takes into account both orthodontic needs and facial aesthetics. Thank you!

Although I'm from a very, very far place from the US, Dr.Brad Lockhart responded to all my emails and helped me alot to deal with my braces and my teeth problems, he didnt hesitate for a second to offer me helpful advices and to explain me everything i need to know. If i lived in the US Dr.Brad would absolutely be my choice!

I never write reviews, like ever. However, I feel compelled to make it known that Dr. Lockhart is as knowledgeable as they get, and his understanding of modern orthodontics combined with a better airway, better looking face, etc is second to none. Talking/consulting with him I felt like I knew exactly what he was talking about, and there was no second guessing which I felt I had to do with other orthos. I know this sounds tacky, but this guy actually cares for his patients, and will literally go to great extents to show it. Definitely lucky I spoke with him before talking to the other orthos that are still in the stone age. Love ya Dr!

Very helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate dentists who are open to all treatment ideas and not just satisfied with the status quo. Dr. Lockhart is so friendly and helpful with advice! He takes good care of his patients and has a good eye for recognizing the problem and finding solutions.

Amazing and kind doctor I don’t live in the area but emailed him for questions and references. He emailed me back within a day and helped me figure out my next steps . Wish I lived around the area would definitely make him my doctor.

Dr. Brad is professional and friendly. Two main qualities I look for in my dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable in his career which makes him a one stop shop (super convenient). His office staff are also nice and accommodating. As a result, I have been a patient here for over ten years.

He's about the coolest dentist you will ever know! He really knows how to put you at ease and make you comfortable for a typically stressful situation. Oh, and BTW he's really good at what he does! I've been going to Dr. Brad for years and I can't imagine going to anyone else! I love the way he treats his patients and has a genuine interest not only in your health but also in your personal life. He's the best!
