In my years practicing plastic surgery in the Bay Area, I have learned that the best results come from listening to patients and working together to find a path to their unique goals. My practice is built on providing top levels of care for the face, breasts,
I enjoyed the process from the 1st consultation to the final results. No waiting time friendly and informative . Lastly I love my results definitely will recommend this clinic and Dr. McNemar to friends and family.
Dr. McNemar made my experience with the consultation, surgery, and recovery stage better than I imagined it would be. He listened to my wants and needs while providing me with real expectations. I was completely comfortable during surgery, and I am completely satisfied with the results. I have already recommended Dr. Mcnemar to friends and family.
Dr. McNemar and team are stellar. I absolutely love my results my only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you so much for giving me the confidence and helping me feel a little more comfortable in my own skin.
Dr. McNemar is an exceptional caring and talented person/ surgeon. I could not ask for more or better results. His office staff are as friendly and helpful. I am so happy he has improved my life so very much.
I’ve always wanted a Mommy Makeover since having my kids in my early 20s. I just couldn’t justify spending all that money on a surgery just for cosmetic reasons. As I got older I realized more and more that I am worth it and decided to find a local surgeon because I didn’t want to fly out of state to Florida for a cheaper price but then have to stay for a few weeks and end up paying about the same as here in California. I found Dr McNemar as he had some good reviews and he was local, only 15 miles from me. So it was easy to be dropped off and picked up for recovery at home. My first impression of Dr McNemar is that he was so friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. He takes his time in explaining, that sometimes it causes delays in other appointments as I’ve had to wait for him for this before. But it’s worth the wait to receive that one on one care. My procedure was done in May 2021, and I am now post op 3 months. I’m happy so far with the results, just waiting for scars to heal. My only concern with Dr McNemar’s office is that they charged me extra for Lipo under the armpits but I really don’t see a change. I brought this to their attention at my 6 week check up but they said it’s too soon to tell. I will keep an eye on it. Another is that I do have dog ears on sides of my breasts. My next check up is in three weeks so I will bring this to his attention. Otherwise so far I am happier with my perkier breasts and flat stomach. He did a great job.
I have always had big breast and after breast feeding three kids my breast grew to a 36 ddd. I was Tired of back and shoulder pain so finally decided to call my doctor and start the process. After six months of doctors visits and physical therapy I received my surgery date it was going to be on December 4. I was really nervous but excited to be done with all the pain. We went in for surgery at 10 in the morning and by 4 in the afternoon we were home. Things went very well just a little pain and discomfort but overall ok. I am now a week post op and freaking out about the change of my new body has anyone else felt like this.
I had revision surgery 12/09/15. I had a mommy maker over in March of this year (2015) where I had a TT w/muscle repair, a Breast Lift w/ 420cc mod+ under the muscle saline implants & liposuction the auxiliary (side boobs) & inner thighs. I am 5'5" 163lbs & I have 4 kids all c-section the first being twins! My twins were 10lb 1oz & 8lb 8oz @36 weeks! No I wasn't diabetic. My next two pregnancies resulted in 2 more 10lbs babies so my body was desperately I need of a "tune up" so I researched & researched & found Dr. McNemar. He did a fantastic job! Great doctor. He had wanted to do an extended TT where it's hip to hip & then a vertical incision that would start just under my chest bone but we decided to wait & see how it looked w/out the vertical scar. I was a size 40D pre-op & was afraid of going too big so when he said 450cc mod+ would be good I asked for 400cc. At 8 months post-op I still had a good amount of tummy skin that formed a little pooch 12/09/15 I went back for the fleur de lis TT, 550cc mod+ saline filled to 600cc mod+ under the muscle implants & more auxiliary (side boob) liposuction.. 3 days post-op & everything is looking great! My tummy is swollen but it's all straight no more pooch!! Since the fleur de lis is an added/more extensive TT I had to pay but at a LARGE discount & I also paid for the implant exchange since going larger isn't technically a revision since I chose to go bigger but all the lipo was a revision. Anesthesia & Or fees are a separate cost that you have to pay regardless. I love love love my body!!!! My breasts look amazing & my TT even with the vertical scar Looks fantastic! Scars don't bother me so I feel great about my decision! Updated on 14 Dec 2015: So I'm feeling good as long as I take my pain meds on time! Still walking bent with a walker. I see my PS on Thursday where he'll take 1 drain out & then he'll remove the 2nd the following Tuesday if all goes well. I HATE these drains! They leak & get snagged on everything! I had 2 drains during the first surgery (MM) but I guess I was in LALA land w/my new body I repressed the horrific memories of the drains ahhhh! lol I showered by myself today & didn't need the shower chair but I had it just in case since I did need it the first time. Since he didn't do muscle repair this time I guess it makes it easier to stand. My incision looks great! Very straight & clean. I'm still really swollen & my thighs have tripled their size today which my PS said is normal some people get it & some don't. I didn't the first time so this is new. I'm comparing this revision surgery to the original MM but it's not fair to do that. My stomach muscles don't hurt but my incisions & my skin burns! Since this is under a TT revision I don't want to talk much about my breasts so just know they are healing nicely & they don't hurt too badly. I'm posting a few pics if anyone has any questions or has any advice I'd love to hear from you! Happy healing! ;) Updated on 29 Dec 2015: Sorry it's been awhile since I've updated. Christmas & recovering has kept me busy lol! So I'm 3 weeks PO tomorrow & I'm feeling really good! This recovery has been really easy & uneventful. I walked hunched over for the first week & a half. I LOVE my results! My stomach is so flat & the inscision is looking great!
Saggy deflated booties after breastfeeding, so I wanted new ones for awhile. Just got my procedure on 4/27, but so far so good....downtime is pretty boring but worth the results. Let me know what you think, not sure if I went big enough...I'm off prescription meds at day 3 and just using otc meds. So much easier and less painful than I thought. Help with the kids is a must though. Updated on 11 May 2015: Updated on 11 May 2015: I'm feeling better, I think I'm getting an infection at one of my stitches on my nipple, had a green, red discharge and my suture looks like it's not closing in one spot. Went into the doctor and got put on antibiotics. I'm not running a fever and there's no pain or redness. I feel better water taking the antibiotics. Like my body is really starting to heal. No more signs of infection. My right side is way higher and looks smaller than the left. Hopefully they even out soon. They're also sitting kind of close together. I'm very happy with the left one so hopefully my right catches up. Updated on 11 May 2015: Things still seem to be settling into place. I haven't experienced to much pain, nothing that isn't managed with ibuprofen. Sometimes it feels like an ache deep in my armpit or behind my nipples. All my sensitivity has come back to my nipples and they do feel like they have a minor burning or tingling feeling on and off throughout the day. Trying not to overdo it with 3 kids is getting so hard, especially when I'm feeling better but I know I need to take care of me still...I keep trying to remind myself...my right side is still being stubborn but getting better slowly. Updated on 12 Aug 2015: I feel great, im super happy with my results. 425cc put me at a 34 dd or at Victoria Secret a ddd... I have silicone gel...and yeah im loving the, best decision ever! Oh, I did have a period where I wasnt sure, first they were too small then too big but once I adjusted to them, they became mine and I love them. Updated on 2 Sep 2015: Post op
