Went to Dr. Terino, in the early 80s, and while my nose was pretty enough, at first glance, he gave me too small a bridge and managed to create a kind of division between my upper and lower nose vaults AND did not correct a deviated septum.
Years later, I went to Jack Sheen--the guru of rhinoplasty and now retired--who is known for aesthetic and functional successes with revision rhinoplasty--he had done re-ops on Terino's noses and many other plastic surgeons' noses.
My nose, which was a normal-looking nose before Terino got ahold of it, looks beautiful and "unfixed," very natural, now, and I can breathe, ideally. Sheen was able to put in a caudal (?) implant where Terino had created a separation in my nose, add to the bridge, and my nose looks great!
