Nose too short & angled up - alar cartilage pulled in & stitched to septum top

Dr. Terino did a completely different surgery than was needed or wanted. I had septal and bridge damage from a sports injury and did not want a "nose job". I was afraid of having a tiny pinched in nose. Dr. Terino assured me that that was the style in the 60's and that he wouldn't do that, he wouldn't narrow the tip.
