Dr. Costanzo is amazing. This is my second time he has given me wonderful breasts. He knows how to make your breast look natural for you and your body type. My first time was in 2010 or so and I have been so happy with them I was afraid to make a change. I have lost weight and lost a couple cup sizes and I wanted to go larger to get back where I was. I have very recently had my second procedure, week and a half ago in Sept 2019. I could not be happier. He made me larger and it fits my body size and type. He is very confident and pleasant to work with. He is very easy to talk with and was very comforting the day of surgery. The whole staff is excellent also. I also recommend the supplements they suggest. They are always there for you every step of the way. I have sent a few his way in the past and another one today. S from Oak View, Ca.

2nd breast rupture from saline inplants. 2nd surgery was done my another locate plastic surgeon whom I find out didn't do his job correctly that's why I had the rupture. Dr. Costanzo performed a miracle..... my boobs look amazing! He took his time and when over n beyond his job...... he's THE BEST! I'd NEVER TRUST another plastic surgeon beside him..... next facelift......

Dr. Costanzo is by far the best plastic surgeon out there! My first procedure was about 16 years ago! I receive compliments everywhere I go about his work! I have referred several people and know many who have used him! I recently had another procedure and again his work is perfection! I would highly recommend him for any plastic surgery needs! His staff is also super sweet and helpful!

I had my first breast augmentation with Dr. Costanzo in July of 2018. (The sizes I got - left: 425cc right: 450cc mentor high profile implants.) The day after surgery I felt great! I felt almost no pain, the pain pump he recommended to help with any discomfort post op worked amazingly! I am now 4 and a half weeks post op and I could not be happier with my results! My breasts are beginning to drop into place more every day, and feel much softer already! I would recommend Dr. Costanzo and his incredibly kind and helpful staff to anyone I know!

As soon as I stepped in his office I knew I was in the right place as the waiting room is in a different area to protect the privacy of those coming in and out after procedures. I met with Dr. Costanzo and he was very informative and patient, answering all my crazy questions :) Then I met with Christina, who has been with Dr. Costanzo for 28 years, and she gave me financial options that made a procedure possible. The final straw was when Dr. Costanzo brought a patient in to show me his before and after pictures and let me ask him questions. I signed up the same day :) On the day of the procedure my nurse Sheila took great care of me and after the procedure I could not believe that I had no mark on my hand from the IV!!! Seriously, I have had many non-elective surgeries and I always bruise !!! My after care was handled by Tangeniva who was so good to me I actually want to go to the office just to say hello and to bring my Mom who loves her too :) I could not have had a better experience and am already planning another procedure next year with Dr. Costanzo :)

5 weeks ago Dr. Costanzo performed a "mini-facelift" on me. I was nervous and a bit anxious about the recovery and the outcome. Well... I am thrilled beyond thrilled!! I followed his pre and post surgery instructions exactly, taking the Arnica and Bromelain for swelling and bruising really made a difference. Almost all the "yucky" wrinkles are gone, it looks so natural when I smile and put my head down - the creases and sagging skin are near gone. I am only 53 years old but the onset of wrinkles, combined with my sun damaged skin were really bothering me. I did the math and it made sense to have the procedure as opposed to years more of injections and fillers...I was done. My husband said, "..you look 20 years younger", my kids, "best decision you have ever made Mom". Honestly, none of my passing friends or colleagues even noticed the slight bruising and swelling. One old friend came up to me and asked me "what have you been doing to your skin?"...I told her I had a chemical peel!! Dr. Costanza and his staff are top notch! The care, attention and follow up was 5 star; I never felt abandoned or unattended or that they were not available for me. I had lots of questions after the procedure; all of them were available to answer everything. Jacqueline, the surgical tech, was so loving and caring, she popped in on all my follow up visits too. This was a great experience, I look rested and younger; the procedure was a total success, my recovery was as predicted and I recommend Dr. Costanzo without reservation.

The staff all made me feel comfortable and the doctor really knows what he's doing and gave me good advice. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend Dr. Costanzo to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

I have had two procedures done with Dr. Costanzo, a breast augmentation (2014) and a rhinoplasty (2017). After meeting with many plastic surgeons, Dr. Costanzo was who ultimately exceeded my expectations. His staff is very polite, including the surgical team. They always made me feel very comfortable. I had NO complications with either of my procedures. You will see amazing results and at an affordable price! Don't look any further, I promise you will not be disappointed. He's truly the best.

Before I begin my review, I would like to note that I planned to wait a minimum of one year after my procedure to review my surgeon. I made this decision so that my body would have time to fully adjust to my breast implants and I would be able to provide a complete account of my post-op experience. Choosing Dr. Costanzo to perform my breast augmentation was the single best decision of my life. While planning out the details to receive a breast augmentation and visiting with a few plastic surgeons on the southern coast of California, I came across the Real Self profile of Dr. Costanzo, and his wonderful reviews led me to plan a visit to his office. The reception staff are smart, attentive, and highly trained (I LOVE HOLLY! SHE IS AMAZING!) and his office is conveniently located and easy to find. He addressed all my concerns, answered all of my questions, and laid out a surgical and after care plan that was right for me. My surgery was flawless, and my after care team was equipped with everything I needed (including his personal cell phone number, which my fiancee used during my immediate post-op) to make my recovery comfortable and produce incredible results. Roughly a year later, my scars are faded and hardly noticeable, my implants have settled in and are looking fabulous (they have HIGHLY BOOSTED my modeling career) and I have zero complaints. Nipples are more sensitive post-op, but I jumped from a small B cup to a Double D and my nerves have become more sensitive in that area, but NOT painful. completely normal side effect, but ask your doctor for more information. Dr.Costanzo, you have changed my life and the way I look and feel about myself. I would highly recommend you to anyone asking about this procedure and can't thank you enough for giving me the bombshell figure I've always dreamed of. Thank you thank you thank you!

I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of the flanks, breast lift, breast augmentation with 400 cc moderate plus Mentor silicone implants, and a ventral hernia repair. The surgery team was great. Shout out to RN Sheila, Jaclyn surgical tech, and Clare nurse anesthetist. They made me comfortable and were highly competent. And Dr. Costanzo. Oh Dr. Costanzo. This man is truly an artist. He made my body look better than I even thought possible. I am so ecstatic about how my body looks. His work is the best I've ever seen. Everybody I've shown has said the same thing. My breasts look so natural. My stomach is flat and tight. My scar is thin and even. My belly button looks totally natural. I have curves in all the right places. He sculpted my body to look better than Venus herself. I would highly recommend Dr. Costanzo. Don't even waste your time with anyone else. He is the absolute best.
