Dr. Cockerham is very personable and nice. She answered all my questions and made sure I have all the information I needed. Her staff is knowledgable, professional and have an awesome bedside manner. I have a lot of sun damage, with many brown spots and broken capillaries. Dr. Cockerham suggested I get Intense Pulsed Light Laser treatments (IPL). It took care of the uneven pigmentation, many of the brown spots and some of the broken capillaries. I was very pleased with the procedure results. Thank you Dr. Cockerham. I am ready for some more!

Dr. Kimberly Cockerham is an exceptional doctor. She's very passionate about her work and cares deeply for her patient's overall well being. She spends a large percentage of her time doing pro bono work both in the United States and abroad. Both my husband and I have been extremely impressed with her.

Excellent service - great team - One of the techs just kept everything going smoothly. Dr Kim is highly skilled and attentive. I love the fact that I can text her directly and she responds quickly. The IPL is working and those terrible brown spots and rosacea marks are all clearing up - Success! The clinic is so neat and clean and did not have the loud music I have experienced in other clinics. Just a wonderful experiance overall!

I recommend the Active FX treatment to manage sun damage and the inevitable aging of the skin. After the recovery time, my skin was much more smooth, supple and clear. The treatment was essentially painless with the use of topical anesthetic. The recovery time was as I expected. Dr. Cockerham as well as her staff were skilled not only with the procedure, but with the ability to keep the environment and the patient calm.

I appreciated Dr. Cockerham's thorough explanation of the procedure and benefits I could expect. The sensation was slightly uncomfortable, but overall, the experience of the Derma Roller was more deeply stimulating than painful. Afterward, she applied a cream with a tint so I could leave without looking like a just had 500 microneedles rolling across my face. With some light make up the next day, it was barely noticeable. She suggested just to do my lower face, which produced some light exfoliation in the following days. I am looking forward to my second treatment next week (2 months from 1st tx) as I know the benefits are cumulative.

I've been putting this off and finally decided to go for it. The treatment was pretty tolerable in my opinion. I read some comments from other people who made it seem absolutely horrifying. But I realize it's all in your attitude. They first put numbing cream on my face for about 20-30 minutes. I was offered a sedative and Vicodin. I didn't take the sedative, and only took the Vicodin because my back was hurting. After that, she (my doctor) did the deep laser treatment. It felt like a tweezer plucking my face little by little. The areas around my mouth and forehead were most sensitive. Then she changed the laser head to the other laser. This one was about the same, but it was more like a brushing of hot tweezers, not individual "pricks" like the first one. I was asked if I wanted to take any breaks at any time and I said "no". It was quick, but not painless. Part of it was enjoyable, part of it was "owie", but I sucked it up because my results should be fantastic!
