Getting a natural look with bonding can be very difficult to achieve.  But I think your bonding looks very nice and natural.  You should be very proud of your smile.  

I had bonding done on my four front teeth today. I just wondered if you thought it looked natural and if the dentist did a good job. Would you have done anything differently? I just want other educated opinions about how my teeth look now. I want my teeth to look nice but I want them to still look natural too (not like big fake Hollywood veneers). I am a 51 year old male. Thank you.

Invisalign will close the gaps between your teeth.  Closing the gaps will also reduce your overbite.  Hold off on any sort of bonding until your Unvisalign treatment is complete, as you may find bonding will not be necessary.<br />Goid luck!

I'm considering getting dental bonding for a gap in my two front teeth. I also have a Class 1 Div 1 deep bite 5mm over jet. Is it possible to get the bonding and then get Invisalign to fix the overbite?

Good Question.  Without a retainer your teeth will slowly drift out of place.  Tell your Invisalign provider right away.  They should be able to order a new retainer for you without an impression.

Zoom is a high concentration hydrogen peroxide gel that lifts stain out of natural tooth structure, but does not change the color of dental restorations like bonding, veneers, or crowns.  You should Zoom first, then wait a week for the color to settle, then change the bonding to match your new tooth color.  Good Luck!

I want to get zoom teeth whitening, but my front tooth was chipped and repaired, you can't tell the difference now, but what will happen if I get tooth whitening? will the repaired place whiten along with the tooth?

Thank you for your question.  Veneers are an ideal treatment for esthetic improvement of permanent  discolorations on front teeth.  Alrhough only your two front teeth look stained, you should consider veneering at least your four to six front top teeth to get a natural result. Also consider bleaching your teeth before you do your veneers.  Good luck!

The spots on my 2 front teeth (teeth 8 &amp; 9) have bothered me my whole life. I finally am able to correct this problem for good and would like to know if it can be done on my teeth or if veneers would be required. I cannot afford veneers right now but possible in the (near) future.

I agree, it does look like your teeth are too small for your face. The laterals are mainly causing this problem.  The health of your teeth and bite are first priority. In general, before you do any restorative treatment (veneers or bonding) you should get an orthodontic consult and treatment if needed.  After orthodontic treatment, I suspect your laterals will still look set in and short, and you may be a good cantidate for a type of veneer that requires no drilling.<br />My best to you!

You have very pretty teeth and have very good potential for an amazing smile.  In general it is important to do orthodontic treatment/Invisalgn first and get all the teeth positioned and aligned just right before you do restorative treatment such as an implant or veneers.  The gaps next to your laterals could improve with Invisalign alone.  It looks like your upper canines are angled straight down to slightly back.  Invisalign should angle those teeth forward and fill in some if not all of that gap.  The angulation of the canines is important for the esthetics of your smile as well as your bite and TMJ health.  If you did veneers now it would prevent the canines from being positioned correctly.  Also, If you did veneers now you would end up with very wide, unnatural looking laterals. i have gaps beetwen my canine and lateral incisor (both side)as long as i can remember.Bite is ok I have a missing second premolar for 7 years so I am considering an implant as well.But as far as i am concerned i cannot do anything(invisalign, for example) after implant has been placed.Therefore, I want to "treat" my gap before implanting. The reason I am posting this here is because i am not sure what treatment option to choose (i.e. if invisaling is worth it), whether i need one. Thank you.

Being embarrassed to smile is a serious problem and can negatively affect social interactions.  I wish there was a quick fix for you.  But it looks like you need orthodontic treatment, possibly Invisalign to correct your bite and straighten your teeth. I don't think a veneer would work for you.   Looking at your pictures, it looks like your one upper lateral is pushed in and I suspect sits behind your lower tooth when you close.  Also the gums on that tooth are pulled down lower than the rest of your gum line.  A veneer on this tooth would be very short because it would be low on the top due to your pulled down gum line and short in the bottom edge to clear your lower tooth when you close.  If you were curious what a veneer would look like, you could ask a dentist to do a nice bonding for you. A bonding could be placed without any damage to your tooth, so if you didn't like it, you could ask it to be taken off.  Once you saw what could be achieved, with a quick fix, you might feel more decisive about which option to choose.  Most dentists would charge to do a bonding even if temporary, but I suspect if you decided to go with Invisalign instead, they just might give you partial or full credit toward Invisalign.  My best to you!

Clearly have more problems than just that. I also have an underbite if thats not clear by the photos. However, i just want to be able to smile without being super embarrased by the main one tooth. And don't want to spend 2-3 years with braces or a ton of money. I just turned 23.

Good for you for seeking guidance on extracting your teeth before Invisalign. Extracting teeth is an important decision.  Looking at your pictures you appear to have severe crowding.  For your teeth to align properly space will need to be created.  This can be done by flaring out your back teeth slightly, filing in between your teeth, or by extracting a few teeth. When you choose Invisalign treatment your dentist will take impressions and develope a digital 3D mock up of your entire treatment.  If you want to avoid extraction the dentist can choose no extraction and show you what the result would be.    I'm guessing you will need extractions, but if you see for yourself what your final result will be with or without extraction I think your mind will be at ease.  Make sure you choose an experienced Invisalign provider that you feel comfortable communicating with.  My best to you!

I went to see few doctor for doing Invisalign , they told me I need remove 2 teethe to have room for upper teeth . Do I really need remove teeth to do Invisalign ?

Invisalign trays are made to be worn 22 hours/day for 2 weeks/tray.   An occasional missed hour here and there can be tacked on with an extra day added at the end of the two weeks.  But wearing the trays less than recommended can negatively affect your result. For Invisalign or any orthodontic procedure to work teeth need to have constant, gradual pressure.  When the trays are left out more that two hours, the teeth will tighten up, and then when you put your tray back in, it takes quite a few hours just to reloosen your teeth so they move.  So you have lost the time when your tray was out plus the time to reloosen the teeth each time.  Invisalign is a commitment of finances and time.  The result will be worth your investment.  Make sure you are honest with your dentist about how long you've been wearing your trays so they can recommend the best course forward for you for a great result.
