what you describe falls into the category of dyspareunia which is pain with vaginal intercourse. &nbsp;An exam by a gynecologist&nbsp;is imperative and if you have one that can also treat dyspareunia then I would definitely get in for an appointment. &nbsp;There are many techniques and options out now including the mona lisa touch laser which improves elasticity of the vagina which is what you are describing. &nbsp;It is a laser that stimulates regeneration and repair of the vagina and introitus of the vagina resulting in increased collagen and elastin formation making the vagina more accomodating. It might be a part of your process as you may also have a tight pelvic floor and need to do some physical therapy &nbsp;to learn how to relax the muscles so you can accommodate vaginal intercourse. &nbsp;

I have a very tight vagina which makes sex painful. My boyfriend has an average sized penis so he is not the problem. Dryness is not the problem either. I get very wet and we've tried lube too. I'm just small. I can feel how tight I am when I insert a finger. I struggle to fit more than one. Every time my BF penetrates, I feel the walls of my vagina stretching. sculpsure is a laser that is specifically designed to increase the temperature of the treated fat through a non invasive technique. &nbsp;As the temperature rises and the heat radiates you can get some initial swelling the treated area that I have going can last 2 weeks for most and longer for others but the optimal results are seen at 12 weeks post treatment. &nbsp;I have found that treating the same area twice does give improved results and can be repeated as early as 4 weeks from the prior treatment but the maximum results still won't be seen for 12 weeks from the last treatment. The heat from the treatment tends to radiate resulting in some tightening effects of the skin in the area. If it has been less than 12 weeks from the last treatment then wait for the 12 weeks and get your post treatment photos done and keep in mind weight loss can cause loosening of skin turgor and changes in the non treated areas making the results to the eye seem different than the photos. &nbsp;So go back and get those&nbsp;post treatment photos&nbsp;and see if that&nbsp;might clarify things for you&nbsp;

I did sculpsure on upper &amp; mid abdomen area. I am very petite, fit, exercise regularly, 35, no kids. I was at a point where nothing was getting rid of this last layer of fat &amp; increasing exercise was causing me to get too small everywhere else. At 6 wk f/u, there was improvement but not enough to expect my desired results at 12 wks so I did another treatment. Now that area looks worse- appears more fat than before. Skin seems looser too.Can this happen if the treatments are too close together?

Can an area look more fat after a 2nd SculpSure treatment at the 6 wks mark if exercise and diet are maintained as always?

laser hair removal can be done by many many techniques these days. &nbsp;I have the ICON by Palomar and have found that it takes about 4-6 treatments to obtain excellent results but it is always dependant on the equipment used, hair type, patient compliance, patient tolerance to the settings on the system as they are individually adjust for each person and each part of the body&nbsp;

sculpsure is a laser that has a wavelength specific for fat cells. When the laser increases the temperature in the tissue to 42-47 degrees Celsius it causes destruction of some of the fat cells in the area treated. The treated destroyed fat cells then are absorbed by your lymphatic system which then takes the broken down material and you eliminate it just like everything else in your body via your kidneys and your gut. The after treatment instructions are to massage the treated area for 5-10 minutes twice a day and I tell all my patients to do that for the first 1-2 weeks so as to improve the circulation in the area and help with removal if the treated tissue. I know some patients get small lumps associated or due to the treatmemt that resolve after the first 2 weeks. &nbsp;If you have other types of tissue in an area treated like a cyst then that might become more obvious after treatment as the surrounding fat cells have been decreased. I would suggest seeing the physician who treated you and get an in person post treatment evaluation&nbsp;

sculpsure is a laser that treats adipose tissue in the abdomen, flanks and now other areas like back and thighs. the mona lisa touch laser is a CO2 laser that causes a superficoal trauma in the tissue resulting in a repairative process in the treated area. Lichen sclerosis is a superficial tissue disease that responds very well to the laser treatment and in my practice I have had great success with the treatment in such patients. Seek out an experienced gynecologist with experience in mona lisa touch and I wish you great success.&nbsp;

I'm in my mid 20s and was diagnosed with Lichens Sclerosis 2 years ago after consistent tearing during sex (at the 6 o'clock position internally and externally). I have been going to a pelvic PT for my tear and use dilators but I still tear during sex or even when I'm stretching out the skin. The tear is tiny but enough to make sex super painful. Because of my anxiety with pain during sex I haven't had penetrative sex for 2 years. Would the laser treatment help my tear?

the mona lisa touch reusable hand pieces are made of titanium and in my office I have several sets of the both internal and external hand pieces. We both scrub the pieces and cydex them then autoclave them and package them in sealed packages for storage&nbsp;

Two days following the treatment of the abdominal area I first developed a rash on my neck and around the eye. Over the next 2 days new areas appeared on stomach, under and on a breast, some patches on leg and back. Most of the rash is on one side of the body, with minor parts crossing midline, so docs ruled out shingles. It does feel like poison ivy-burning and itching, but looks different on the stomach area treated with SculpSure-there it looks more like measles rash.

Is it possible for SculpSure treatment to provoke a rash that affects other body parts?
