You actually have good projection of your nasal tip but the lateral cartilages make it look bulbous particularly on the oblique and frontal views (but not on the profile). Years ago I developed a neat technique for such tips - I call it the double dome tip / double columellar strut (you can see some examples and read about it on my website at markbermanmd.com.
If your nasal airway is good, I doubt I would do anything to change your nasal bones, but an examination is necessary for noses before you plan the surgery. good luck with whatever you do

Noses don't generally make you look pretty, but they can be distracting to your appearance. The key to a pretty face, besides a balanced symmetry (there are actually Golden Ratios - Phi Ratio) your eyes and mouth are the two things we focus upon. If your nose gets in the way of focussing on your eyes and mouth, then it's probably a good idea to put it in balance. I actually think your nose is fine and doesn't disturb those areas, however, your upper cheek around your eyes seems a little flat. I might actually try to improve your facial contour with some fat grafting to the cheek. It would actually make your nose look a little smaller by balancing your face. All of us can operate on your nose, but I don't think it's going to make you look prettier. My two cents. Good luck.

The tip is probably the most challenging part of rhinoplasty. I almost always use a double columellar strut formed by two strips of septal or auricular cartilage that are connected together - this gives a straight laminate of cartilage and also prevents tip pinching - and is sutured between the two domes of the nasal tip (double dome tip / double columellar strut). This gives good projection and avoids pinching.

This is simply poor tip support. It's pretty common. Anything you do to the dorm will not correct the problem. Years ago I developed a pretty simple procedure to repair this - it involves taking septal or auricular cartilage and making a double layer graft that is place between the medial crura of your nose and suturing the domes to the double columellar strut. There should be plenty of good rhinoplastic surgeons that can fix this - start with your current surgeon, however.

He refused to do my nose when I was younger, looking back I am glad he did... I would have end up looking fake. Dr. Berman performed 2 dermabrasions ( d real deal not microdermabrasion) on my face for bad acne scars, life changing!!! I've tried all d lasers and fillers but d dermabrasion gave d best results... I could have done another one to be completely flawless but the recovery is a bit long... never have imagined that people would say I have beautiful skin but now they do. He did my breast augmentation - self esteem booster :) . And he also did 2 chin augmentation on me and fixed one botched job done by another doctor. I never had any problems or complications and was consistently happy with the results. Judy and all his staff over the years are all very nice, sweet and accomodating. I am planning to do my mini facelift with him, probably next year.
1-2 days down time. Extreme swelling and looked really funny days.. 2-5, Went out with makeup around day 7. Comfortably saw people who know me around day 10-12.
It had been 10 months since my rhinoplasty and I have to say I am very disappointed. I asked my surgeon to fix my droopy tip since that was my main concern and it seems to me he made it even worse and on top of the now it looks like I have a hanging columella please let me know your thoughts and if I am right. I really want to get a revision done because I feel that my nose just looks awful
