5 out of 5 stars Chin Implant
Dr. Gross has been wonderful. He was totally willing to answer my millions of questions in our pre op appointment and made me feel safe and comfortable. I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to go with as soon as I met him. The surgery went smoothly and I plan on going back to get my cast off next week. I called him tonight due to unexpected pain with the chin implant he was immediately responsive (even though it was a Sunday night) and he told me that if I need to come in before my scheduled appointment that he would make time to see me at any point I needed it. I haven't seen the results for the rhinoplasty yet, but I have high hopes. I love the chin, although it's still a bit swollen which is to be expected.

5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction
Dr. Gross has a unique presence and kindness that makes the procedure easier and I believe helps with recovery as well. His staff has worked for him for more than 20 years. That says more than anything about who he is as a person and a surgeon. The anesthesiologist did miracles with my "sensitive" system and I did not get sick. I had no pain after the first day and I am healing very well.

I chose Dr. Gross as my surgeon. He made me very comfortable with my decision. He explained the procedure and how I would benefit from It. His entire staff and himself where always available to answer any questions as I was going through the healing process.

Dr. Gross is an Incredible Surgeon Who Has Helped Me Feel Beautiful 11-years and Counting! - Santa Barbara, CA
After my initial otoplasty in 2003, I frequently see Dr. Gross for monthly photofacials and laser hair removal and could not be happier. Dr. Gross is extremely knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable, and his amazing staff are just as caring and friendly. Many of my friends and family members have visited Dr. Gross and are equally as happy. Over the years Dr. Gross has helped make me feel beautiful and confident and I know he will continue to do so for any future procedures or treatments I may desire. To top it off, the new Surgical Arts building is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend Dr. Gross in a heart beat!

Dr Howard Gross was awesome. Very knowledgeable and had the skill and talent to back it up. I am 9 days post op and am thrilled.
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
I am a mother of 2 happily breastfed babies. I was left with a couple of seriously sad, deflated breasts. Not to mention a hernia. It has been worth the changes to my body; my children are my little blessings. I was discussing my body dilemma with a friend who had some amazing work performed by Dr. Gross. I immediately booked a consultation. I was so impressed by the genuine, down to earth...

He obviously over filled my nose and you can see it from the pictures. It now looks crooked.
5 out of 5 stars Lower Face Lift
A great experience, from beginning to end. I was nervous about getting a facelift from anyone until I spoke with a couple of Dr. Gross' patients, and looked at their before and after photos. Six months after the surgery, my results are just as good as theirs. And I am just as enthusiastic in my praise for Dr. Gross as they were. I look younger, better, and totally natural! I'm so glad I...
