Dr. Duncan Turner, MD is a board-certified OB-GYN and the medical director of Turner Medical Arts in Santa Barbara, California. He has over 35 years of experience supporting his patients’ sexual health and wellness across medical and cosmetic gynecology. Dr. Turner is best recognized for performing laparoscopic procedures and vaginal rejuvenation surgery, including labiaplasty. In addition to his skill and aesthetic eye, Dr. Turner’s patients cite him as “the best women’s doctor” thanks to his compassion and persistence when treating challenging issues.
After receiving his MD from the University of London, Dr. Turner worked as a general practitioner, then went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Colorado Denver. He relocated to Santa Barbara in 1978 and founded Turner Medical Arts, which now has an additional location in Hayward. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
