3 out of 5 stars Gastric Bypass

Mixed Emotions

He is a good surgeon I think. Everyone raves about him. He worked with me to get me through a tough spot with my surgery. But his bedside manner and authoritativeness leave something to be desired. I don't think I would have went through what I did with another surgeon. Then again, he gave me a wonderful gift. He helped me change my body and I would do it all again. I don't think he is a bad person or had poor intentions. I do think he cares about his patients. But this is a touch surgery and I needed a doctor who was very involved and confident and assertive. His bedside manner is really really poor.
