My journey started with an unsuccessful BBL due to not having enough fat. Being naturally thin, the fat that was transferred just didn’t hold, and I felt really discouraged. I reached out to my navigator, Isaac at Lyon-Martin (shout out to Isaac!), and shared my frustrations. I told him that I really wanted the results I had envisioned and was hoping to explore body implants as a second option. On surgery day, I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. J was the first face I saw before and after anesthesia—something that almost never happens with surgeons. That meant the world to me. The recovery was smoother than I expected. I prepared with a pre-surgery juice cleanse and strict post-op diet to minimize risk, and I had nursing support at home. But what touched me most was the fact that while I slept, Dr. J had personally called and left voicemails checking on me. That level of personal care is so rare, and it showed just how deeply he cares for his patients. Now, I couldn’t be happier with my results. As a transgender woman, it has not been easy finding insurance coverage for procedures like this, but Dr. J and his team made it possible. Dr. Shahin Javaheri is truly amazing! I have been seeing him for Botox for years, and every time the results are perfect. I never experience pain, bumps, or soreness—everything is always smooth and natural right away. I’ve seen friends who go elsewhere and often deal with swelling or bumps after their treatment, but with Dr. Javaheri, I’ve never had that issue. His technique and professionalism really set him apart. He is very kind, caring, and always makes you feel comfortable. I'm two weeks post op and the happiest ever. My breast revision happened after 6 months from a previous revision done in Turkey and even though I had to spend almost twice the amount to have them redone I have made the best health decision ever. My previous breast was hard even after 6 long months and sitting very high. Doctor Javaheri did an incredible work. My breast looks so real now and soft already from the very first day of surgery. Minimal pain and downtime compared to my very painful previous experience. I would give doctor Javaheri more stars if I could. He listen and carefully did exactly what I asked and what I needed it. I will continue to be in his care for many years to come. Also for San Francisco standards he is more affordable and more experienced than many other doctors I contacted and his staff is amazing too. I have known Dr Javaheri for several years now. He initially fixed what seemed to be an impossible issue, a previous botched surgery that, despite other physicians‘ futile efforts, left me with chronic infections & ultimately, what I presumed would be permanent disfigurement. Dr Javaheri not only resolved my medical issue, he is an exceptionally skilled, creative surgeon and was able to aesthetically transform my physical appearance. Furthermore, his compassionate and understanding manner greatly assisted my being able to transcend a fairly traumatic experience, involving my previous health complications and emotional well being. He is hands down the most diligent, perseverant, brilliant and thorough physicians, and human beings I have ever met, and to say his dedication towards his patients goes above and beyond? Would be a gross understatement. All of the above is based upon many experiences subsequent to his resolution of my initial medical nightmare, now, close to ten years ago, inclusive of other procedures and his consistent, kind approach from an office visit to accessibility in text & calls. Dr Javaheri is an exceptional surgeon no doubt but he never fails to “show up” for his patients, no matter what.

Rose was exceptionally awesome. She did a real great job on my IPL treatment. She made sure I was okay before moving to other spots of my face. Dr. Javaheri was amazing! I went in for a consultation for breast augmentation and hip implants and he explained things so well. Took his time to answer all my questions and explained alternate procedures that could have great results with fewer risks. I ended up getting butt implants with liposuction and fat transfer to my hips. Dr. Javaheri shaped the implants to make my hips seem wider as well. Overall, it’s been about a month since my procedure and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Recovery is hard, but I’m so happy I had it done and so happy that I went with Dr. Javaheri!

I’m only on day 5 after my procedure and I can honestly say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in terms of enhancing my look. I was sick of always looking tired despite getting a good nights sleep. This procedure not only fixed my always tired look but also gave me an upper eyelid I never knew I always wanted. It’s really remarkable what a difference it makes. Originally planned on just getting a lower bleph but after speaking with the doctor, we decided to both and I’m SO HAPPY I did it. If you’re contemplating getting a double bleph, stop thinking and do it. Total game changer and Dr J couldn’t have done a better job. Highly, HIGHLY recommend him and this procedure. Updated on 30 Oct 2021: No pain at all and so in love with the results. Had a mild case of chemosis in my left eye which is kind of annoying but other than that, perfect. Would still highly recommend this procedure. Such a boost in my confidence and we’re only on week 2! Got a little worried that my eyes were looking uneven but as they’ve healed, they evened out so if you’re worrying like I was, stop staring at yourself in the mirror and let yourself heal!

I had gone to two doctors looking for a options to enhancing my booty. Each time I left not confident that they were going to be able to achieve was I wanted. When I told Dr. Javaheri of my experience, he told me he was the last Dr. I would see about it and he was right! He spent an hour showing me pictures of other patients results and answering all my questions. He was very easy to talk to and I could tell he had a lot of experience with butt implants and was an expert. I booked my appointment that day and never second guessed my decision. The day of my surgery, Dr. J was attentive and made sure that I was calm and relaxed. Surgery went well and I was on the road to recovery. Or so I thought. Unfortunately, I had complications unrelated to the surgery but made me go to the emergency room three times and have surgery. Even though the issue had nothing to do with my butt surgery, Dr. J was there at the ER to make sure I was ok. He stayed in constant communication to make sure I was ok. I could not have asked for a better surgeon or experience like I had with Dr. J. I absolutely love my results and although I am still healing, I can't wait to be completely recovered and see the final results. If you are anything like me, a worrier, planner, and type A that seeks perfection, then Dr. J is the surgeon for you!

Meeting Dr. Javaheri during my consultation was very pleasant. He put me and my husband at ease as soon as he started talking about how the procedure is going to be. He knew what he was talking about. When he was recommended by my Kaiser surgeon, I knew I was in good hands. He responds to text messages right away even on weekends.
