My results are beautiful and so natural. Dr.Barnett is work is of the highest caliber. He and his staff worked with me pre and post op so I would know exactly what to do and expect before and after surgery. He gave me a range of options for recommended procedures. Great Experience

Dr Barnett was amazing. He was supportive start to finish. I am thrilled with the natural results from my surgery. The office staff are warm and make you feel welcomed while available to answer any additional questions you may have. The follow up after surgery is thorough to assure you everything is healing correctly.

Worth It3 months Post-Op

I Wish I Had Done This Earlier

I was a 32B prior to my procedure. I was tired of feeling self-conscious about my non-existent boobs and knew I wanted the transaxillary method for breast augmentation. I went to 3 different plastic surgeons. Dr. Barnett was recommended by one of the 3 plastic surgeons because of his expertise in the transaxillary method. I can attest that Dr. Barnett definitely knows his stuff-- he has been doing this for several years, has published an article on transaxillary breast augmentation

I had everything done by Dr. Barnett. I was 55, sagging, looking old. I have a youthful body, so it was time to do something. Dr. Barnett was referred to me by a number of people. All said he was the very best. They were right. I had my neck, face, eye, and forehead done. I looked basically the same, but toned and youthful. I did not look like someone else. So Happy I Did It! - San Francisco, CA

I wish I had my before pictures, but unfortunately I don't have them. I'm 39yo 5.3 and 150 lb, still in a process of loosing more. Good thing that I live in SF and we have many European lingerie stores and I was able to find my sizes , but I just got really sick of constant shoulders and back pain. 11 Years Later.... Still Super Happy!

am 5'10" and went from a 36A to a 36D. couldn't be happier. went through the armpit, round saline, have no scars, my breasts are still soft and natural(really and truly--most people, including those who have, ummm, experienced them up close, are surprised when i tell them they're implants).
