My results are beautiful and so natural. Dr.Barnett is work is of the highest caliber. He and his staff worked with me pre and post op so I would know exactly what to do and expect before and after surgery. He gave me a range of options for recommended procedures. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Dr Barnett was amazing. He was supportive start to finish. I am thrilled with the natural results from my surgery. The office staff are warm and make you feel welcomed while available to answer any additional questions you may have. The follow up after surgery is thorough to assure you everything is healing correctly.

I was a 32B prior to my procedure. I was tired of feeling self-conscious about my non-existent boobs and knew I wanted the transaxillary method for breast augmentation. I went to 3 different plastic surgeons. Dr. Barnett was recommended by one of the 3 plastic surgeons because of his expertise in the transaxillary method. I can attest that Dr. Barnett definitely knows his stuff-- he has been doing this for several years, has published an article on transaxillary breast augmentation in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, and have been in panels weighing in on various clinical trials on breast surgery. In addition, he is an artist who paints and sculpts on the side. So you have the best of artistry and technical skill in one person, which is important because breast augmentation is affected by your plastic surgeon's sense of aesthetics. I chose 250cc silicone implants (in hindsight I could have chosen 270cc) because I was skinny and petite and wanted to keep my frame slender and natural-looking. I had my procedure in mid-June and am doing well 3 months post-op. My left arm still needs to completely heal from nerve inflammation (which is a normal side-effect) but from the progress I've had and the fact that I barely feel it except when extending my arm during child's pose, I'm confident it will go away completely. Dr. Barnett is also very responsive and accessible for post-op follow-ups. He follows through with his patients on a regular basis post-op, either through in-person check-ups or through emails. His staff is also wonderful and responsive. Furthermore, Dr. Barnett has an office in Walnut Creek as well as San Francisco, which is a plus for me as I work and live in opposite sides of the Bay Area. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnett.

Dr Barnett thinks of everything, he saw exactly what was needed and incorporated it into my procedure. My facelift looks natural in every way. I highly recommend his work. Call and get a consult and see how he is able to show you a photo shop picture of yourself what you will look like, it's fun.

After thoroughly consulting with 5 top surgeons in the Bay Area, I chose Dr. Barnett. My surgery for neck, lower face, upper lip, brow lifts, upper eyelids and facial fat transfers was done two months ago. He is incredibly talented, skillful-a fantastic surgeon! And my results are fabulous and I hear will only get better with time I’m very happy! About me, I am a RN in the Bay Area and as a RN I am very thorough and knowledgeable. And, I am very picky. Dr. Barnett from the first consult (which he spent over 1 hour with me, no one else did) and throughout the whole course (pre and post op) of surgery has been wonderful! He’s a patient (I’m a list person), considerate, hands on, pleasant and caring surgeon. He always puts me at ease at every step. 10 days post-op I bumped and opened up the incision in my upper eyelid (I had watched 3 episodes of GOT before bedtime and had a nightmare-not recommended :(. I lost about 20 pounds through exercise away went my natural 34B/C breasts, which I had always loved. They were the first to go when I began losing weight, and kept shrinking more and more. :( I lost a bit of self-esteem despite the hard work I put in to shaping my body. I started to consider a breast augmentation procedure but hesitated to take the plunge (so to speak) because I had not found the right doctor. I had the opportunity to see and feel some of Dr. Barnett's breast work in person before I decided to meet him for my pre-op consultation. I was so surprised by how natural a breast augmentation could look and feel, and my friends had great things to say about Dr. Barnett. It was a no-brainer, and I made my appointment with him! We had a few consultations before my breast augmentation procedure for sizing and pre-op. Dr. Barnett made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I can be very fussy about my appearance and always have a million questions. He was patient with me (answered all of my questions, haha) and had an excellent bedside manner. He let me take a lot of photographs so I could analyze my size before making the big decision. Additionally, Dr. Barnett is an artist (legit, see his website) and helped me pick exactly the right implant size and profile to fit my desired outcome (full D/small E), with meticulous measurements and suggestions. I went with the largest implant that could fit my frame as per his suggestion. I was so excited for my surgery day, which went smoothly and and as comfortably as possible. He was also very supportive in the post-op period and made sure I was ok with phone calls for several days after my procedure. The healing process was as expected and not as scary, with Dr. Barnett. Fast-forward! My breast augmentation procedure was merely 3 weeks ago, and I could not believe now natural my boobs look already! They are also super squishy and feel just like real breasts, only 3 weeks out! I am in disbelief! Major cleavage! The photos below are in workout clothes, no padding. I had Allergan Natrelle high profile (425cc right, 375cc left, to correct asymmetry). There is still some high upper pole at 3 weeks out, but for the most part, these feel like real soft squishy breasts (as confirmed by others... *wink*). I love wearing my workout clothes (YAY), tight shirts, and low-cut dresses. Wow factor. I can also hide them under clothes to appear conservative at work. I am telling my friends about my procedure and bringing them to Dr. Barnett. One friend is flying from NYC to have her procedure done. I have no problems showing off his work. Dr. Barnett is a true artist and caring doctor. I will post more photos in the months to come as I drop and fluff more. My self-esteem is now rock-star level. Thanks Dr. Barnett!

I had everything done by Dr. Barnett. I was 55, sagging, looking old. I have a youthful body, so it was time to do something. Dr. Barnett was referred to me by a number of people. All said he was the very best. They were right. I had my neck, face, eye, and forehead done. I looked basically the same, but toned and youthful. I did not look like someone else. I see that often, where the personal, unique look of a person is replaced by someone you're not sure you recognize. He was extremely professional and explained in full what I could expect. The final result was so wonderful. And his team was fantastic, and wonderful to me. Dr. Barnett is a 100% perfectionist. He is a highly skilled surgeon. I later went to him for breast implants, and they are perfect, natural and bouncy. I cannot recommend Dr. Barnett highly enough.

I wish I had my before pictures, but unfortunately I don't have them. I'm 39yo 5.3 and 150 lb, still in a process of loosing more. Good thing that I live in SF and we have many European lingerie stores and I was able to find my sizes , but I just got really sick of constant shoulders and back pain. No one seems to understands me. My friends and especially my husband was so against me doing the surgery. One day I said that i will do it no matter what!!! I wish I will be smart enough and will go with my insurance, but somebody told me that insurance company's stop paying for this ( such a bs) but it's already too late and I've paid $14.500 out of the pocket. I know it's really expensive, but I'm so glad ( especially after reading some of the posts from this forum) that I went with the very famous and good doctor!!! God Bless!!! So the story is... My size was 34 H, sometimes 34 I. ( no one ever knew my size, cause I always ashamed) When I was trying 36 H it wasn't holding it right and created more pain. Right now I'm 34 C. My recovery so far is pretty easy. First 3 days straight on Vicodin, then 3 days on ibuprofen. Now God Bless no pain med. I'm still getting tired pretty easy, but getting better every day. The worst thing that happened to me it was constipation!!! The worst EVER, I thought it's my last day alive!!! Eight day post op drove to the grocery store bymyself, got tired pretty quickly and went home. I don't know what else to say ;) ask me if any questions :)))) Easy recovery to everyone :))) Updated on 21 Jan 2014: OMG only 15 days... And I've already forgot how painful and uncomfortable was few days after my surgery. Don't get me wrong it's still sometimes uncomfortable, but in a totally different way. I feel much much better. So to day my PS took off my clear bandages ( that I was wearing since day 1) and told me that I can't start using scar creams. I've read some of your recommendations and also did my own research. I choose to go with Mederma PM at night time and scarguard MD at day. Will see how that goes. I was trying to shop for a cute wireless bra, but no luck so far. I have no idea how you guys can take a normal pictures of your breasts cause it's kind of hard for me :) lol Updated on 23 Jan 2014: I start using scarguard MD at day time and mederma PM at night. Only second day and I think the difference between last pic and this one is huge. It still pretty painful in the mornings and evenings, but during the day I feel absolutely fine. I went back to work after 2 weeks. I work as a hairstylist at the very busy salon. Updated on 3 Feb 2014: So it's really nothing for me to say, but everything is almost healed. No pain whatsoever, a little discomfort here and there, but that's it. I want to update on the scar treatments that I was using. I think the scarguard was just a waste of my money. Very uncomfortable to use, and almost impossible to take off your skin. Still using my Mederma PM and pretty happy with it. Happy healing everyone :)

am 5'10" and went from a 36A to a 36D. couldn't be happier. went through the armpit, round saline, have no scars, my breasts are still soft and natural(really and truly--most people, including those who have, ummm, experienced them up close, are surprised when i tell them they're implants).
