After reading so many positive online reviews about the slimming effects of coolsculpting, I wanted to give it a try. Despite working out regularly, doing both weights and cardio intensive sessions, overall careful diet, was not able to shed 'love handles' and very visible abdominal fat. After careful consultation with Dr. Bukov and staff, I gave it a try, using both the larger and smaller sizes in the targeted areas. The treatment itself was initially uncomfortable as the cold set in for the first 5 minutes. Then, after that, I was able to work on my lap top until the timer rang. The end of the treatment where they massage the skin/fat was also uncomfortable but after that I was totally fine and to my surprise was able to do a moderate training session. After 6 weeks, so visible results and so continued several more treatments until the correct effect was achieved. I'm now almost a year after the first set of treatments and I have to say that the effects are quite dramatic, it's not only self evident but also friends (who don't know that I've done Coolsculpting) as me if I've been doing more training or diet, etc. Highly recommended, just realize that you'll probably need more than one session. Dr. Bukov and staff are extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. When I started they had one machine, now they have several due to the popularity of the service.

I had been researching procedures for awhile, I decided on BBL over Halo, due to availability and price. I was also concerned with downtime, after my treatment my face was a little red for 30 minutes, puffy for an hour or so, the areas where I had the most sun damage, did appear darker that faded within days. For my ages spots, one a tad smaller than a dime completely gone on day 9. I'm impressed with results of 1 bbl , there was no pain ,or burning like other treatments. Downtime is totally minimal makes it even more amazing.I have another schedule, excited for results of #2. Oops my pics are not in order and not wearing foundation in any of the pics. Updated on 3 Apr 2018: Hi all, I'm still impressed with my results from my BBL treatments, each time my skin tone and texture improves. I failed to mention in my original post that I was a smoker for a couple decades, making my decision for BBL skeptical, due to I had plenty of sun damage, and aging caused by habits and I never had a facial moisturizer routine. Like other treatments BBLs do require maintenance for more benefits that I look forward to. Overall I am pleased, still way worth it.

I had a wedding to attend in mid September so I came here to help prepare for it. I was treated on my midsection and my arms. I had received treatment on my stomach before and this time around was A LOT more comfortable than the previous time. The arms treatment was also very comfortable - I would definitely recommend getting the arms treated.

I came to Nob Hill Medical & Aesthetics for CoolSculpting back in July. The procedure overall was extremely comfortable, I got my lower abdomen and my love handles treated. I am naturally thin, but can never seem to get these two areas down despite diet & exercise. My stomach is the flattest it has EVER been... even though I have been 5+ pounds thinner at one point!!! Truly amazing and the service at Nob Hill Medical & Aesthetics was fantastic. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my friends.

About two and a half weeks ago I visited Dr. Bukov's office, Nob Hill Medical and Aesthetics, in San Francisco for a Cool Sculpting treatment on my stomach. I have always been pretty thin and in pretty good shape, but, as I have gotten older… I am over 65… I just cannot seem to get rid of that paunch in my stomach area. I was starting to feel that I always had to pick loose clothes to hide the problem area. Nob Hill Medical and Aesthetics has the latest and greatest Cool Sculpting machine. I knew enough to look for the newest machines. Earlier machines a little more uncomfortable. Back to Nob Hill Medical Anesthetics and my experience there. I arrived on time, in fact a little early, for my appointment. I was warmly welcomed by a very friendly office staff, and after filling out a little bit of paperwork, was introduced to Helen, the technician who would be providing the treatment. Helen took me back to the treatment room, reviewed the procedure, and showed me the equipment. She gave me a hospital type gown and paper shorts to put on. No need to have any of my clothes messed up with residue from the protective pads that help the Cool Sculpting equipment shield and adhere to your skin in the area where you want the treatment. Helen asked me what area I wanted to concentrate on, then took “before” pictures from several angles. Then she reviewed the 2 sizes of cool sculpting treatments, large and small. The large applicator covers twice as much area as the small applicator. After some discussion, I suggested that we cover as much area as possible in as few treatments as possible. We decided on 2 large applications at the lower part on both sides of my stomach, and 2 small applications just below the breast area. The 2 large treatments each took 45 minutes, and the smaller treatment took 35 minutes. They are done sequentially. I was there about 3 hours in total. Helen set up the treatment, give me a call button to reach her if needed, and then basically left me alone… to enjoy Wi-Fi access, get some work done, and watch a movie on my DirecTV account. About halfway through the 1st treatment, someone else from the front office showed up to offer me a glass of wine, which of course, I accepted… And then brought in an appetizer plate with fruit, cheese, and crackers! What a TREAT! After each treatment was completed, Helen came in and massaged the area for about 5 minutes. She explained that Cool Sculpting discovered that massaging the area improves the results significantly. That was pretty uncomfortable and tickled at the same time! As soon as she stopped massaging, the area was sore but no longer painful. My stomach area was definitely swollen and sore after treatments. Now, about 20 days later, I am delighted with the results. I know that it takes up to 3 months for all the swelling to go away. I am expecting to be even more delighted as time goes by. If you are like me and have a paunch that just will not go away, I strongly encourage you to visit Dr. Bukov at Nob Hill Medical and Aesthetics. They took wonderful care of me. I would not hesitate to go back.

I tried the Forever Young BBL service with Dr. Bukov and was so impressed (and surprised) with the results that I booked and did two more BBL's for a total of 3. My skin had numerous age and sun spots, deep wrinkles and numerous cherry angioma's. The age spots are gone, the angioma's reduced to very small non discernible dots. I'm looking forward to other BBL related treatments on other sun damaged areas.

I had BBL, photo facial and diva vaginal therapy Done by Dr. Bukov. God, I could tell an instant result, actually better than expected. Dr. BUkov is skillful, honest and pays attention to details. His price is extremely reasonable. I felt an instant increase in lubrication right after my Diva treatment. What I love about Dr. BUkov is that he is down to earth and that he adjusts your expectation so you understand clearly what you got into. And at the end, he always delivers ways more better results than what Being promised. HIs office is amazingly high tech with all the high end, latest laser machine from Sciton. Also, the fact that he is the only doctor who performs Diva procedure in San Francisco, I m so impressed and happy with his price, his expertise and his location. You can't go wrong! As for BBL treatment, All my wrinkles and brown spots diminished significantly after two treatments. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family members. It totally worths it if you give it a try and compare his price. I actually shopped around and ended up saving $1000 for My diva treatment and my BBL, photofacial. I m a very happy customer :)

I went to Dr. Konstantin Bukov for a Broadband Light Therapy (BBL) photo facial on my face/neck/chest (price above covered all 3 areas). In my mid-40's, I have sun damage which needed to be addressed. I am amazed at the effectiveness of BBL therapy and strongly recommend it for skin correction and anti-aging. As you'll see in the before/after pictures (taken about 10 days apart), the difference is remarkable. Not only is there a drastic reduction in spots/skin damage, the skin seems to be smoother, almost "creamier" in appearance.

Results were better than expected. My skin had numerous sun spots and blotches, fine lines. The treatment was done slowly and methodically, covering the problematic areas in several passes, while fewer passes for other area. Dr. Bukov worked very well with his staff to ensure that the treatment addressed my concerns. Several months later I'm more than pleased with the results and have sent others to undergo the same treatment.
