With Botox I was getting ~3 months before it wearing off and I paid $950 for all 3 areas, with Daxx, I get about ~4 months and pay $1250 ($1350 minus $100 special promotion). I feel the Daxx wears off slower than with Botox. I’ve now had it three times (my third being this past Tuesday on the 28th). Each of the past times I’ve redone my Daxx, I wonder if I am jumping the gun getting it don...
Dr Michael R Macdonald is an amazing surgeon . Absolutely phenomenal & his bedside manner is impeccable along with his non-medical verbiage.... very attentive & concerned about his patients. if I could I'd loved for him to have delivered all of my children lol but he's not an obstetrician........ I am an older woman & I LOVE Dr M & staff. Thanks
Had lots of sun damage as well as scars from skin cancer surgery. Had BBL of the entire back. These are the results before, day of, and 3 weeks after just one treatment. The itching was intense during healing but otherwise, minimal discomfort. Just had my second and will post those pictures shortly. Needless to say, I do not get anymore sun….
I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say for Dr. Macdonald and his entire team! I went through 6 different consultations for a rhinoplasty before deciding on Dr. Macdonald. He was incredibly detailed and precise in our consultation, even taking the time to draw how he perceived the surgery to go on paper and walk me through each step. He understood that I wanted to still look like...
I had a liposuction on both the inner and outer thighs, as well as on the abdomen and "love handles" (flanks) done in January. I followed Dr. Macdonald's instructions carefully and started seeing great results relatively quickly after the surgery. Dr. Macdonald is very personable, patient and extremely good at what he does. He answered all of my questions in detail and put my mind at ease...
A: Botox is very effective in relaxing the muscles that cause TMJ(jaw pain). The effect is temporary(3 to 6 months), so you would need to have the treatment repeated a few times a year. A Facial Plastic Surgeon is a good choice since the face is the focus of the practice, but there are other providers that can do this procedure well. Just call the office to see if this is a question the front desk person can readily answer.
The treatment can slim the face slightly, but it is very subtle and should not change your face a lot. Good luck and be well!

A: You were great about documenting in photo's the journey to what appears to be a little brown spot on your lip. If I look closely in the photo's, I see a small cold sore like bump under the skin of your lip. Once this little bump went down, you are left with a brown mark. It looks like the filler has settled down. It will dissipate and absorb in time, but if there is something uneven hyaluronic filler can be dissolved. You should go back to the person that performed your injections in the first month with concerns. Good Luck and Be Well!

A: I personally would wait until after you do surgery. A skilled facial plastic surgeon will look at your eyelids and not the eyebrows when deciding how much skin to remove. I recommend waiting 6 to 8 weeks after your upper eyelid surgery has healed to have microblading performed. If you don't plan to have surgery for a few years, you can have microblading done any time and it won't affect the outcome in the future. Good luck!

A: Looking at the picture you provided, it looks like slight ptosis on your left eye. I would need a complete evaluation to ask questions about any other treatments you may have received that may be contributing to the heavier left eye. Once we've established what is causing it, we can proceed with a plan to correct this. Be Well!

A: It's so important to have a pre operative appointment two weeks prior to your surgery date. As far as vaping or smoking goes. It significantly reduces circulation and as a result slows the healing process. Definitely discuss this with your doctor and good luck with the surgery! Be Well.
