I just had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Edelson, and I couldn’t be happier. The day he took off my cast, I knew I’d made the right choice. I did tons of research, looked at before-and-after photos, and had consultations with other surgeons, but Dr. Edelson stood out. He listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow gave me results that were better than I imagined. With 37+ years of experience, he clearly knows what he’s doing. He understands how to give you the look you want while still keeping you "you," just better -- which is exactly what I asked for. Brilliant & precise, thoroughly experienced with the anatomy and was able to improve my breathing as a bonus. His post-op care was amazing too. He checked in regularly, routinely made sure everything was healing well, and gave clear instructions to make the recovery as easy as possible. On top of that, his nurse was so sweet and made me feel cared for throughout the whole surgery day. My nose is exactly what I wanted, and I can’t recommend Dr. Edelson enough. If you’re thinking about rhinoplasty in so-cal, he’s the one to go to. 10/10 * His pricing was the most reasonable out of all my consults. He's humble.

I have had a Forehead Osteoma for over 10 years, the last few years I was noticing it and it bothered me a lot.. I consulted with four Plastic surgeons, two of them were ENT/Plastic surgeon.. All of them are excellent doctors, however I decided to go with Dr. Edelson and i am really glad I did! He is very knowledgeable and kind yet very down to earth and easy to talk too, in addition he was the only one i consulted with who had done about 60 similar cases, wrote an article detailed how his procedure and technique would be used and done, and the cost was more affordable than anyone else! I flew from Sacramento to San Deigo, had the procedure done the following day and back to Sac day 3 after seeing him again in the morning to make sure all good. I have to say from the moment I contacted Dr. Edelson's office, all the way until after the procedure had been excellent experience, his staff and the doctor answered all my questions and concerns. Although i spent about 30 minutes online consultation with Dr. Edelson he was very kind and patient with me asking the same questions again when i met him in person! I was nervous about how big the incision, would it be painful to numb my forehead? Would i really lose hair in the area where the incision is made and the reason i asked all that because i was told here in Sacramento that full anesthesia is a must because there is no way to numb the forehead and also there is a risk my hair won't grow back where the cut is made (Dr. Edelson's incision was very small hidden in the hairline). The procedure took about 15 minutes, when numbing my forehead i really felt slight sting that went away in a second and was quickly numb the way i didn't feel the second one! Didn't really feel any pain during the procedure. After the surgery, the forehead area is a bit tender for few days but no bruises... After all, I am so glad it is all done and very happy I found Dr. Edeson.. Traveling to see him was well worth it! -Mia

Dr. Edelson truly is a magician and an artist as some here have pointed it out. I was pretty scared to go through my revision surgery as my initial one did not go well, and I was extremely scared that my revision could possibly make it even worse. However, Dr. Edelson was very honest and extremely helpful along the way. He explained everything during his free consultation and set my expectations in the right direction. He also does not oversell you anything which is what I really liked about him when compared to other surgeons with whom I consulted before. I am 1 week post-op now, and I can see dramatic improvements from my prior unsuccessful rhinoplasty surgery. My nose was also pretty difficult to work with as the original surgeon made too many mistakes. See my before and after pictures. Dr. Edelson is also very responsive and you can easily reach out to him with any questions over the phone. I will post any updates if something is off but fingers crossed that healing goes well and my results stay or improve even further.

I would give him a billion stars if I could. Dr Edelson gave me the nose I’ve always dreamed of! Excellent bedside manner and answered any questions I had. Amazing experience and the anesthesiologist that work with him are also top tier!! I have the worst anxiety and he and his team really made me as comfortable as possible!! I’ve had a growing osteoma on my forehead for the last 10 years or so. The last 2 years it has been really bothering me. After researching and reading lots of reviews I made a consult appointment with Dr. Edelson. A few weeks later I went in for the procedure and was done in about 15 minutes. The recovery took a little more time than I thought. I took a full three days off work. Other than that it was very much worth it and I’m so glad it’s behind me and I no longer have to worry about my “forehead bump” in pictures.

I went in for a consult with Dr. Adelson about six months ago, thinking I wanted to get a mommy makeover. I never had kids, but overtime, my boobs have gotten bigger and saggier, and sadder looking, and my tummy wasn’t as small and tight as I wanted it to be. Dr. Edelson Cell recommended a breast lift, but felt is though doing a tummy tuck wasn’t necessary quite yet. Right off the bat, I appreciated his honesty, and his kind bedside presence and I could tell he was a doctor with a lot of experience. I went ahead and booked the appointment for a breast lift, had it done about three months ago, and I’m very happy with the results! My clothes fit totally different... in a good way! I also mentioned to him at the time that I was interested in doing a lower bleph surgery, but he suggested doing an upper bleph instead. Dr. Edelson Cell performs the lower bleph surgery last month, and I’m thrilled with the results. It’s a complement when People notice you look more awake, and brighter, but do t realize you had anything g done. His results are natural looking, and he is a true professional

I found Dr. Edelson on realself. Dr. Edelson removed a lipoma from my forehead. I had a really good experience having this procedure done with Dr. Edelson. The office was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was all courteous and helpful. Dr. Edelson was the only Dr. I could find in the country that would do this surgery without general anesthesia. He used local anesthesia, which was preferable by me and actually a much healthier way to do the surgery. The surgery is actually quick and easy, so it really does not need general anesthesia. Because of this the price was also very reasonable, thousands less than what the other Dr.s wanted to charge. The consultation was done the same day to save time, which I appreciated because I came in from out of town for the procedure. Dr Edelson is very personable and immediately made me feel at ease. His assistant was great as well. Dr. Edelson’s technique for numbing the area was very gentle and comfortable. He was able to remove the lipoma so quickly that the entire surgery was less than fifteen minutes. He hid his incision under my hairline, so that when it healed - the scar would be hidden. I found out later that this was a technique that he himself developed. After the surgery I realized really how much better it is that it was performed under local anesthesia. For such a simple surgery, it seems wasteful to do otherwise. It was SO much more comfortable for me. I was able to walk out of the office and have dinner with a friend. For those of you who have been under general anesthesia, you know that it’s not so quick to recover. I really didn’t experience any pain, there was some soreness later - but that was to be expected. It’s been 6 weeks since the surgery now and not only is there no longer a big ugly lump on my forehead, there is no trace at all that I ever had surgery. My coworkers are all in disbelief. The scar is totally hidden. If you are having an osteoma or lipoma removed, I highly recommend Dr. Edelson. He did a fantastic job, and nobody could beat the price. That’s not a combination you often find. You get a sense from him that he really cares about the comfort of the patient, what’s best for the patient’s health and also getting the best possible results. Thank you Dr. Edelson!

I did a ton of research and checked out hundreds of surgeons and feel completely happy with my decision to choose Dr Edelson for my rhinoplasty. He read my mind during the consultation and knew all the things I wanted before I even said anything. He definitely has aesthetic vision. The surgery was quick and painless, in fact the only part that hurt was getting the packing out around day 3 or so. The worst part for me was not being able to breathe out of my nose for a week. So just be prepared for that, you’re gonna have a really dry mouth too. Mouth spray and chapstick kept me sane. Splint was taken off after about a week, I looked pretty swollen and funny for the following week and I am 3 weeks post op and starting to enjoy my new nose taking shape. I’m told there’s still some swelling that will go down but so far I’m loving my new nose. I didn’t think it was even possible for the results to look this good. I look photoshopped in real life. My asymmetry and wide/long bridge is completely fixed. Will post another update in a few months! Updated on 18 Nov 2020: Here I am 2 months out. Nose is looking better and better. Numbness has subsided for the most part, still feels a little funny around the nostril creases. Soreness has completely subsided. Breathing has returned to normal. No other side effects. Very happy with my results.

Beyond impressed with my results. Iam 5"4 190 most of my weight was in my abdomen area i wasn't expecting for a complete flat stomach but more of just an improvement. At my consultation which i was very hesistant to go due to embarrasment on how bad my stomach looked like. I can say that he made me believe in my body. The Anesthiologist was great she called me before surgery and got to know me once i met her in person i felt as if she was my friend i felt very cared for by Dr Edelson Staff. Upon waking up from surgery right away i noticed that my stomach was flat i couldn't believe it. He also didn't try to up sale me i asked about lipo to my flanks he told me i didn't need it. My recovery has been great i was back ti work at 2 1/2 weeks i work on my feet all day. I had gone to get a lymphatic massage and the lady massaging me asked me if i had gone to an artist to get my tummy tuck because that has been the nicest thinest scar she's seen in all the year's she's been doing this. Dr Edelson gave me something i thought i was no longer allowed to dream of ever having again my flat stomach flatter than when i was a teenager. Updated on 30 Oct 2019: Im so happy. I remember thinking having a flat stomach was never going to happen. Working out and dieting wasn't working for my stomach i had gotten depressed and gained weight. Im glad i gave my self a flat stomach

Dr. Edelson is very caring. I had a what I thought was a forehead osteoma, Dr. Edelson removed it for me, at a very very reasonable price. I appreciate everything Dr. Edelson did, he really pays attention to details, and went out of his way to make sure I had the best results for my surgery. Thank you very much Dr. Edelson!
