I had my saline implants replaced after 20yrs with pocket tightening. Dr Hess and his staff are amazing. I am almost 3 months out and very pleased with my results. I left it up to him to decide which size to place since I had some rippling with my old ones. Now they are perfect. I am very happy with my results. He also called me that night to check on me and told me to personally call him if I had any questions.

...read moreDr. Hess is amazing! I waited about 6 months to write this review so that I had hindsight when doing so and I am over the moon. If you're considering this surgery, just do it. It will be terrible for the first week and don't kid yourself of anything less (I did despite how many reviews I read), so make sure you have someone to help you, especially to get out of bed the first few days. The first week is terrible and you'll wonder if you made a mistake and then it gets much better.
