While researching top rhinoplasty surgeons in San Diego, I came across Dr. Reagan and decided to schedule a consult. Before that, I met with another surgeon who focused almost entirely on rhinoplasty. He recommended rib cartilage due to the complexity of my case and used imaging software to show a projected outcome. However, it felt a little overdone, and not quite what I was going for. Dr. Reagan had fewer reviews by comparison, and since his practice isn’t limited to facial procedures, I was a little hesitant at first. But during the consultation, he was upfront about the difficulty of my case and confident he could handle it using the cartilage I already had. His vision lined up more closely with mine, which ended up being a big factor in my decision. He also mentioned that while it’s rare, he’d be willing to do a second surgery if I wasn’t satisfied, minus the cost of anesthesia. That gave me extra peace of mind. My goals were to remove the dorsal hump, reduce the bulbous tip, and make the overall size more proportional and feminine. I also had a deviated septum and some mild breathing issues. Dr. Reagan took time to answer all my questions, and his staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. The surgery took just under three hours and went smoothly—-no rib graft needed! Dr. Reagan personally called the day after surgery—outside business hours—to check on me. When my husband reached out with a question about swelling, he responded quickly. I really appreciated this kind of follow-up and communication! Overall, my recovery has followed the typical course for rhinoplasty. The first few days were definitely the hardest. But by day 8, when the splint and stitches were removed, I could already see the hump was gone and my profile looked noticeably better. At day 18, there’s still some swelling—especially in the tip and frontal view—but that’s expected at this stage. Full healing takes around nine months, so it’s only going to keep improving. The photos I’m sharing are unedited, so you can see how things currently look. Even now, it’s clearly a big improvement from where I started. I hesitated for decades to spend this kind of money on something cosmetic just for myself, but I’m so glad I went through with it. I already feel much more confident in my own skin—zero regrets trusting Dr. Reagan with my face!

So glad I finally did it... I'm about 10 days out. I stood and walked straight up on day 2. Off all narcotics on day 3, off over-the-counter pain meds on day 5. It is still uncomfortable but not painful at this point. The biggest issue is the binder digging into my incision, ordered a heavy-duty girdle/spanks hoping that will help. I had a full tummy tuck (drainless) with lipo on the upper stomach and flanks. I choose Dr Reagan to do my tummy tuck because, I felt very comfortable with him, he had great reviews and his patients seem to heal and get off pain meds faster than other doctors I researched. His office staff is excellent as well. I will post some before and after photos soon.

My experience with Dr. Reagan and his entire staff was amazing. I didn’t even know what exactly my nose needed, so I never told Dr. Reagan what I wanted it to look like — but he knew! My crooked nose was also beaky looking and very pointy. I put all my trust in Dr. Reagan, and I’m elated with the outcome! He also performed blepharoplasty on my eyes, and I had no idea how much my eyes needed it until I see the years he took off of me! I had a timeline I really wanted to get my surgery done. Charity and Dr. Reagan made it happen. The surgical staff in his Newport office were so nice and had great bedside manner for this nervous Nelly. They kept it light and fun from the time I walked in until they helped me into my car when it was over. I got follow-up phone calls post-op from both the La Jolla and the Newport office. I felt very well taken care of from my first appointment to surgery to recovery. I can’t say enough about True Beauty, Dr. Reagan, Charity, and the rest of the girls in the office. I know where I’ll be going to look my best as I approach my 50s and beyond!

Dr.Reagan listened to what my concerns were He offered suggestions but ultimately wanted to do what would make me happy For years I have hated my neck it had loose skin that no creams could change I had seen another doctor some years ago that did a neck lift that made n o difference In just a week I could tell the difference from Dr Reagan’s procedure . I did the procedure under local after the first day there was minimal discomfort I can recommend him highly and without reservation .The worry so had with Plastic surgery was that I’d look odd The reality is I look like me but better!

I am 2 weeks post-op from my mommy makeover with Dr. Reagan. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck with lipo to my abs & flanks. My recovery has been a breeze! I felt no pain in my breasts at all. I felt sore in my abs for a couple days, but no serious pain and I was walking the next day. Each day I have been able to walk more and more upright. I stopped all pain medication on the fourth day post op. I have a friend that got a mommy makeover with a different surgeon on the same day and her recovery was much slower and much more painful than mine. Dr. Reagan has an amazing reputation for the speedy recovery of his patients. It is so true! The whole process went way better and easier than I expected, from consult to surgery, and now to recovery. The entire staff at True Beauty has been very professional and I have felt very comfortable at all of my appointments. I feel amazing & I absolutely love my body, for the first time in a long time! Dr. Reagan is an incredibly gifted surgeon and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

Charity helped me through the consultation process and I even had a chance to meet my Surgeon via Zoom! From then on all communication went smoothly. They were able to give me a date as close to my requested date of surgery. The whole team at True Beauty is great, friendly and patient! As nervous as I was..... they put me at ease from start to finish! Updated on 19 Mar 2021: In December of 2020, I made an amazing choice to invest in myself! I researched different plastic surgeons looking for the right price, location, ratings, and procedures. I was very much drawn to Dr. Reagan and his DRAIN-LESS Tummy Tuck procedure. I was so surprised when I got to meet Dr. Reagan via home consult during covid and then later in person in the office. He was friendly, positive and reassured me that he could get me the results I was looking for with little down time and NO DRAINS!!!! As much as I was super nervous, I was excited! Every time I saw Dr. Reagan he reassured me that I’d be super happy with my results and I’d be standing straight up with minimal pain and he was SO SO right! Of course the first day was rough but by day two I was walking and I didn’t have the weird drains hanging out of my belly! I was all clear to get back to the walking at 4 weeks and full gym by 6 weeks and now I’m looking even better even in my gym gear. I am still so amazed with the results! I love my new figure. Updated on 3 Sep 2021: Here’s an update on my body since surgery! I am still so in love with my results. I’ve since continued to go to the gym, and I’m so excited to see my abs finally come through, thanks to the Dr. Regan and his great work tightening my abdomen! Without the surgery I would have never been able to get these results within exercise and diet alone. This is still the best decision ever made!

I had my tummy tuck at CosmeticCare in Newport Beach on June 3, 2020. From the start, Dr. Reagan and his assistant Jennifer were so friendly and answered all my questions. The nurses and staff are so warm and welcoming. Dr. Reagan is awesome and was so passionate and excited about his vision that I completely trusted him. He said his goal was to get me back in a bikini and that's exactly what he did. I was actually standing up straight in 2 days and off narcotics in one week post surgery. Now 4 months later and I am SO HAPPY with my results and have worn a bikini three times! Thank you so much Dr. Reagan & team for helping me free myself from the confines of my body dysmorphia. I started purging at seven years old. I was anorexic by 18 and abusing drugs to help with weight loss by 19.Yeah, sure, I can work out, but I’ve tried that. I can eat healthy, but I do that. I can combine the two, and I have. At the end of the day, when you have body dysmorphia, sometimes only surgery can get you where you want to be. And at True Beauty, I feel like I found that. I found my True Beauty.Since my surgery, every time I’ve taken my clothes off, I’ve cried. I’ve cried because I never thought I could look this good. I’ve cried because I never thought I could feel this comfortable in my own skin. I’ve cried because never thought I could be *this happy* with my body.
