Dr. Eric P. Bachelor is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 40 years of experience. Practicing in Pleasanton and Danville, California, Dr. Bachelor performs all aspects of cosmetic and plastic surgery of the face and body.
In addition to running his own plastic surgery center, East Bay Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Bachelor serves as the Medical Director for Allergan’s CoolSculpting, a body contouring procedure that eliminates stubborn areas of fat via freezing. He also specializes in breast augmentation, tummy tucks, liposuction, and complete mommy makeovers, as well as facelifts and eyelid lifts.
Dr. Bachelor earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at Stanford University and his medical degree at the University of California - San Francisco. He went on to complete an internship at Stanford University Hospitals, where he stayed on to finish his residency in plastic surgery. To further expand his expertise, Dr. Bachelor completed a fellowship in hand surgery and microsurgery at Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center and the University of Louisville.
In addition to being board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bachelor is a member of both the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
Dr. Bachelor has been recognized for his excellence over more than four decades as a plastic surgeon, including being recognized as one of America's Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers Research Council of America. He also lectures and trains other surgeons in the art and science of plastic surgery.
