From the consultation appointment to my follow-up appointment after my procedure I am so happy with Dr Chow and his staff. They helped me what every question I had along the way and the day of my procedure. I was very scared and nervous but he walked me through it and talk to me and made sure that I was comfortable and at ease and I felt that I could truly trust him with performing this procedure that I've looked forward to my whole life. He has incredible bedside manners and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that I understood the steps and everything that was going on. I am so happy with my results. The healing time has been so fast and every time I go to a follow-up appointment to make sure that everything is healing the way it should be Dr Chow explains everything to me and lets me know what to expect next in the healing process. I feel more confident and happy that I have decided to have this procedure and it's all thanks to the great work of Dr Chow.

My experience with Dr. Chow and The Chow Center for Facial Plastic Surgery was excellent. One of the many reasons I chose Dr. Chow to do my face and brow lift because he explained that he was going to be very hands-on throughout the whole process. I wanted a Doctor that would take their time and be gentle to avoid bruising. Dr. Chow exceeded my expectations. Dr. Chow is very patient and thorough. He was personally available for all of the pre-consultations and post follow up appointments. I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend Dr. Chow.

Dr. Chow is marvelous! He is an absolute master with Botox. I feel like I always look like myself but better, which is the goal. I have been to many doctors over the years for this procedure, but he is by far the best. He is also a caring doctor who listens, and his staff is wonderful.

So far, I have done lip injection, botox, juverderm cheeks, nose injection, cheek injection, chemical peels, latisse products and skincare here. This place does more then just surgery. I haven't done actual surgery yet but they do take carecredit. I would definitely consider coming here for future operations. Dr. Chow is professional, honest,and has a gentle touch. It was never painful.

Dr. Jen Chow of Chow Center for Facial Plastic Surgery performed a septo/rhinoplasty 4 years ago. What was supposed to be a routine procedure that he had done "many, many" times before turned in 4 years, 1 surgery, 2 revision surgeries, and 1 in-office procedure. All of the procedures done after the initial surgery were to correct the mistakes that were made during the first surgery. During my initial consultation with Dr. Chow, one of the first things that was said to me was that "the scar would be invisible" due to the "special" way he creates the incision, that "no-one would notice" and it would be "imperceptible by the human eye". Well, the scar I currently have, and this is after 2 revision attempts, looks like I was cut open with a steak knife and I have been embarrassed in front of my family, friends, colleagues and even my dentist. After the 1st surgery, Dr. Chow forgot to take out a suture, thereby creating a permanent indentation and very visible scar. An absolutely routine and basic task was forgotten and to date this has not been fixed. When Dr. Chow attempted to correct the mistake and the scar he created, he not only did not correct the first indentation, but also created an indentation on the other side of my nose. Also, the first procedure left me with an uneven, very visible scar, and a gaping hole inside my nostril, making my cartilage exposed and visible, which it still is to this day. The 2nd procedure was also poorly performed and after that I was left with permanent breathing issues, unable to breathe from the left side of my nose. Dr. Chow's solution? Spray an over the counter spray every day and pray that it corrects my breathing. A ridiculous suggestion at best. The result of 3 surgeries by Dr. Chow: permanent breathing issues, exposed cartilage, cadaver cartilage replacing my own due to poor surgical technique, an uneven and very visible scar, and constant anxiety and embarrassment. I now have to find an experienced reconstructive surgeon and go through another surgery to try to fix what Dr. Chow did. After three surgeries and one in-office procedure, countless hours of travel time to and from the practice, 32 practice visits, months of off-time and 4 years of experience with Dr. Chow and his practice, I absolutely and confidently believe that Dr. Chow does not possess the required skills necessary to perform delicate facial surgeries. Dr. Chow is responsible for what he did. He has caused me a lot of pain, anxiety and embarrassment and must be held accountable for his actions. Anyone who is considering Dr. Chow as a surgeon to perform any form of invasive surgery should do their due diligence and be extremely, extremely careful.
