As a 63 year old woman who endeavors to look her best, I turn to Danielle Rubino at Cosmetic Surgery Institute for my facials. I just had the most amazing experience when I went in for my facial with Danielle Rubino at CSI Palm Desert today! Not only did I leave with fabulous skin, as always, but she is now trained in acoustic wave therapy. I decided to try it for my chronic neck and shoulder pain (we’re talking 5 yrs of PT, injections, etc) and it was miraculous how much immediate pain relief I got! I love Danielle,, she is always up to date with the latest treatments, and new therapies! I always get compliments on my skin, for which I credit her!

Dr. Mo Zakhireh and his staff are amazing. The office makes you feel very welcoming and comfortable. I have 2 kids and had these procedures done after they were both born. I I had a breast augmentation 12 years ago and tummy tuck and lipo 7 years ago I could not be happier with my results even after 12 and 7 years everything has stayed off and my tummy is tight. I was excited to finally get rid of the excess skin I had from having kids as well as get my boobs to be perky again. I heard only good things about the doctor and was so pleased with my end results. He did tell me that surgery can get you the shape desired but healthy eating and exercise can bring me to the muscle definition results I desire. He was very genuine and kind and provides the highest quality in his work.

Dr. Mo is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Not only does he show true interest in his patients, but he is EXTREMELY talented. You can see in his eyes that his job is truly his passion. I had Lipo sculpture and a tummy tuck 2 years ago with Dr Mo. I am more than happy and excited about my results!!! I have beautiful abs that I'd never had before (even before kids) and since the procedure my body has changed significantly. Not only did the procedure and the results change my physical appearance, but they changed my mental and emotional wellbeing as well! To assure myself that my results would not only last but continue to look better over time I exercise regularly and eat much better than I used to! I had 2 kids 22 months apart. I feel like that took its toll on my body. I'm getting a breast augmentation (still deciding if I want 700cc or 800cc) I'm also getting a tummy tuck, lipo, and a bbl. I have already lost 10lbs so I'm loosing volume on my breast. I also have a lot of extra skin to remove. I'm really looking forward to this!! Updated on 25 Jan 2018: I had my surgery done yesterday. I have to say I'm not in a lot of pain I feel sore for the most part. I had my BA done 800cc, a tt, and a bbl. I have to say the surgeon and his staff were incredible!! I honestly can't believe that I'm in no real pain! I'm able to walk around and go to the restroom on my own! Updated on 25 Jan 2018: So far I love my results! Still not painful! Just uncomfortable Updated on 29 Jan 2018: Here are some pictures 4 days post op.. I already love my results and I'm still so swollen! I've never gone past a 5 for pain (scale of 1-10)

Tired of dealing with girdles due to a "fanny pack pouch" that I hated because it wasn't attractive. It also caused me lots of under skin sweating and flapping skin while exercised. The outcome of my surgery is still pending due to still recovering very slowly due to a set back based on my overall heath. Updated on 19 Jun 2017: Well, here again @ 6 wks po from TT with muscle repair/lipo to flanks. The incision has finally closed/sealed except for a tiny slow dripping hole n of course the opened wound that is still filling in slowly but surely. Also, unable to fully stand straight up when walking due to still feeling very tight. It's incredible/unbelievable how some of the ladies in certain post are commenting that they're walking arnd n wearing their bikinis like nothing at 6 wks po. To me this is mind boggling.
