He is honest, realistic, and knows what he is doing. Results, thus far (1 month) are amazing. I love DR. A and his staff. I was provided with clear instructions. After meeting with several surgeons. He made me feel the most comfortable. I cannot say enough about the results. I’m 35, 3 c-sections later.Dr. A’s recommendations were perfect. I told him I wanted everything to look natural. I have got to say, everything looks probably better then before I had my three kids. I know the scar will slowly fade. I’m so happy with my results and the entire team at Ocean Plastic surgery. I would definable you recommend them to friends.

I had a lower face and neck liposuction and I’m very happy with the results. The scars are barely visible (behind ears and under chin) and my face looks so much slimmer. All my life when I gained weight, it would show on my face first. I hated it! But I’m now 5 months out of the surgery and have a very demanding job in which I’ve not had time to exercise and gained 10 lbs... BUT MY FACE IS STILL SLIMMER THAN BEFORE! The staff has always been very accommodating and Dr. A always took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Great bedside manners and overall a great experience!

Love this whole experience, this will be my second procedure with Dr. Aielolo. His entire staff is amazing and so supportive. I am having a breast augmentation and was a little nervous about it. Tracy put my mind at ease and shared her experiences as well. The facility is amazing and you are completely taken care of the moment you step inside.

I got my breast done 9 years ago. My experience was great! The dr and staff were helpful through it all. I never felt rushed or obligated to do anything. The dr answered all my questions. My breast came out great. I would recommend dr.aiello to anyone looking to get breast augmentation.

I'm truly going into this feeling like I'm in the best hands possible. On Monday, Feb. 25th I had my consultation with Dr. Aiello and his staff. He really took his time with me, answering all my questions, even ones I didn't know I should ask, haha. He has a relaxed and easy demeanor, and thoroughly explained the surgery and all I should expect. He took loads of measurements, asked questions about what I wanted my outcome to be, and made it clear it was about me and my particular vision of a better me. I learned there are many factors involved in selecting the right implant, size, shape, procedure etc. to deliver the results I'm looking for. Absolutely not one size fits all! My surgery is scheduled for late May. I look forward to leaving another review then. Last December I turned 50 and I can't think of a better gift to myself than this. Happy Birthday to me!

I am a returning patient. I had a good experience with Dr. Aiello and their staff over 10 years ago and I am pleased with the current staff as well. It's time to replace my implants with Silicone and I would not trust anyone else to perform the surgery but Dr. Aiello.

I had a previous Lipo, but the results were a bit lop sided. I had tried Cool Sculpting and diet, but could not get this to even out. I saw Dr. Aiello for a consultation and the price was so good, I could not say no. However I had to wait as I was in transition a my work. I called to schedule and got lucky. I able to schedule this on a next day due to a cancellation. I this this under local only...no sleep. It was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. The Operating room is very clean. Loved that they had pandora running and played classic rock. They used a sheet to hide what they were doing and were totally cool in talking with me and attending to my comfort -- I had a nose itch and the Dr had his 2nd assistant take a tissue to scratch it. I will say with out a doubt that if you are in the market for Lipo, Dr. Aiello is likely your best call. Love to get a shout out to K.C. for making the schedule happen....

Back in 2011 i got my first breast augmentation with Dr Aiello. I would always get complements on how natural my breast looked. Now 2019 After having a couple of babies (4yr old and 2yr old) I felt it was time for a mommy make over. I came back to Dr Aiello. And of course same as before felt very comfortable, friendly, and respectful never pushy. I have recommended most of my friends and coworkers, all have came with him and they are super happy. :)

This is my second procedure with this office. I had a mommy make over and lift and had unbelievable results. You really have to love doctor Aiello. My figure is now very symmetrical, and they had a lot of work to fix my tummy which was ripped up by birth of my 4 kids. Dr. Aiello really took his time during my procedure. It was scheduled for 4 hours, and it went a bit long because he really want to make sure that everything came out perfect and that I would love the results. My second procedure was a Lipo on the legs to clean up some excess. So far so good....! Btw.....Staff is nice too.....
