I have been a patient of Dr. Elliott’s for over 15 years and I recently decided to remove my breast implants. I had my original breast augmentation performed by Dr. Elliott 14 years ago. When I informed Dr. Elliott that I wanted to have them removed, he consulted with me about the procedure and what my breasts will look like after the surgery. It has been 7 months post surgery and I feel fantastic and look fantastic. He performed a breast lift and removal. I did not have a lot of scar tissue and the implants were in great condition after the removal. I attribute that to the original surgery performed by Dr. Elliott. My breasts look natural and I feel so much better in my clothing. I am petite and now I feel much more youthful and healthy. I can’t thank Dr. Elliott enough and his wonderful staff for the care and concern they always give. This was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and body with absolutely no regrets. I had a small skin cancer removed from my nose and was fearful of how it might look once the surgery was done. Dr. Elliot did the reconstructive surgery and I can hardly tell anything was ever done. Thank You Dr. Elliot! He and his staff are professional but more importantly they truly care about their patients. I couldn't have asked for better care. If I ever need surgery again Dr. Elliot will be my first choice. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Dr. Elliott from my PCP for a Breast Reduction. From the first call to their office to set up my consultation, I could tell that they were very professional. Kris, who works at the front did any excellent job in explaining what I could expect in my first meeting with Dr. Elliott. When I met Dr. Elliott, he immediately made me feel comfortable by addressing all of my concerns, thoroughly explaining the procedure and even going over in great detail all the pros and possible cons of my treatment and recovery. At no point did I feel pressure to move forward. However, I felt that I was given enough information and felt comfortable in moving forward. Tanya, who took care of the scheduling of my surgery and payments was also very informative, explaining my options and working with my schedule. Fast forward to my surgery- Dr. Elliott and his staff did an excellent job in keeping in touch with me to make sure that any of my concerns were addressed prior to my procedure. Luckily, everything turned out just has Dr. Elliott has explained. I has a follow up with Dr. Elliot the day after surgery which was the first time I saw the results... and I could not be more impressed. The results actually exceeded my expectations. I am now a little over 2 months post surgery and am still very just as impressed by the service I received. I have had multiple follow ups since my surgery and on each visit I am still greeted in the same friendly manner by Kris, who I am now very comfortable with and still receive the same level of attention and concern by Dr. Elliott. My experience with Dr. Eugene Elliot regarding my recent breast augmentation has been exemplary. I was fortunate to have first-hand knowledge of his work over a number of years through my mother. I was always impressed with the quality of his work when it came to injectable fillers, and my mom sings his praises. However, his talent, skill, and caring manner were even more evident before, during, and after my surgery. He is so knowledgeable that I trusted his recommendations right from the beginning and he did not let me down! He made communication easy because he is such an effective listener. He valued my own ideas and questions and always helped me to feel confident in my decisions and in his. The end result of my surgery matches my vision completely and I couldn’t be more pleased. Like many of us, gaining and losing weight can break down the skin and create our faces to change. I needed to remove the fat pouch under my neck, take away my sagging eyelids and bring back my oval face I stead of round. It was totally worth it. What a difference a profile can make!!! I can wear eyeshadow and you can see it!

A perfect procedure, turning a roman nose to a nice straight nose that looks natural, exactly what I wanted. Dr. Elliott did a perfect Job Dr. Elliott and his staff at both the Newport Beach and Fountain Valley office are great. I could not have been happier with my procedure, especially because I was tentative getting it done in the first place! I got breast implants because I lacked upper breast volume due to the yo-yo effect if my weight in 2 years so I got the implants to give me more volume as well as a slight lift. When making my decision I did do some shopping around and desired money was no object that I wanted it done right. Dr. Elliott was the 3rd Dr. I visited and I was instantly decided with him.

I had my first procedure w/Dr. Elliott back in 2005, before I was even 21. I was just a baby, yet I distinctly remembered the outstanding, gentle care that he and his staff provided in addition to yielding results that surpassed my expectations. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any procedure. I trust Dr. Elliott and his staff implicitly, and am very grateful for the services they provide for so many.
