Dr. Lee is a true gem! He is caring, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything and patiently answer all questions. I needed some extra attention and he made sure everything was right. My results are fantastic. His staff made the entire experience pleasant. His education and experience are obvious in the results. 100% recommend!

I love Dr. Lee! He is such a calming presence and put me even more at ease when he answered all of my questions. He prepared me well mentally and physically before surgery so I knew exactly what to expect. I am so thankful for him and his expertise. He gave me my perfect set of normal looking boobs and I couldn’t be more excited to look like I’ve always felt I did—beautiful and feminine. Wanted bigger boobs ever since middle school. Was self conscious about it growing up, until adulthood and eventually didn't mind having small boobs. Fast forward to my mid 30s had two babies back to back. Breastfed for 13mo and 8mo. I missed those milk boobs. Haha. Shed the baby weight and these poor little AA's were as small as ever. Decided I deserve to fix these guys and look amazing for my 40th next year! I'm 5'6", 135lbs, athletic, big butt/hips. I figured I could carry decent sized boobs and look proportional. Dr. Lee was my second consult and I booked my surgery within an hour of meeting him. His calm demeanor and explanation of the whole procedure put me at ease. Updated on 30 May 2023: Surgery went off without a hitch at 8am. Knocked me out as soon as I laid on operating room table. Woke up fine, with meds pain was totally manageable. By day 2 I mostly switched to tylenol. Except for nighttime sleep I needed one of my percocets. Sleep is horrendous, as you have to sleep mostly upright. So thankful for my Mom and husband, you NEED someone to help you at least the first 2-3days. Updated on 30 May 2023: Pretty much feel like my old self. Off everything, finished antibiotics. Had first post op appt, incisions look great! Taking short walks, sooo impatient. They are still super high and frankenbooby. Ready for them to drop and can’t wait to workout again. Updated on 2 Jun 2023: Changing everyday. Tightness all gone. No pain, some tingling every now and then. Nipple revision coming along nicely as well. Starting to slowly resemble breasts. Lol Still a long way to go to drop. Getting excited!

Dr. Lee Richard was my doctor for breast enhancement. He did a very thorough and precise job! He was very professional when going through the consultation and the check ups and made me feel comfortable. He has a very unique art sense towards making it look proportionate and perfect towards your body. I love that about him because it also makes me feel like I can trust somebody that has a good sense of how the proportions look. So glad I went here and would recommend it to anyone!

400cc’s, silicon, extremely high profile, under the muscle. 4’11” and 100lbs. Before surgery I had a small B cup and was looking to go up to a solid D cup. Dr. Lee was nothing less than amazing. I told him what size I was aiming for, showed him some pics of the shape I was interested in and he gave me exactly what I wanted. He never once pressured me to go bigger. His staff is kind and always welcoming. Day of surgery him and his team made me feel calm and even excited to go under. I didn’t have any nausea from the anesthesia. Recovery was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I only felt intense pain the first 3 days or so but nothing the pain meds couldn’t handle. I stopped taking the pain meds on day 3 post op and never took them again. It’s now been almost 10 weeks and I am LOVING my results. They get softer and softer everyday. My left boob is dropping a little slower than my right but I guess it’s common that your dominant side will drop faster. The ONLY con in my personal situation is that I’m a pole dancer and can’t even think about touching my pole for another two weeks. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Tried to upload my before and after pics but it says files are too big and I’m lazy.

Dr Lee and his entire staff have been nothing but great! I’m loving my results so for and I’m just about to be two months post op. I got 535cc’s UHP under the muscle. Scars are visible but will hopefully fade away as more time passes (: Updated on 4 Aug 2021: Almost 5 mons post op! Everyday I am so thankful to have found dr lee. It’s such a great feeling to no longer be insecure about my breast .. and let’s not forget the freedom of Not having to wear a bra with certain tops and dresses ! So so happy

This took me forever to do. I was so scared! But now my only regret was that I didn't do it sooner! My journey had a hiccup... I overdid it and had a bleed under the skin on my right breast. I'm right handed so this made sense, but it was a big wake up call. Take your doctor's advice and TAKE IT EASY after surgery! All is well know and I am so happy!

I was impressed the first time I called Dr. Lee's office. Elizabeth, his coordinator, talked to me and spent time to explain and answer all my questions. I was scared and anxious because a tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo and explant is a BIG deal. I've never had surgery this big. She made me feel at ease. This was around March. I was calling around to get a consultation and see which Dr. would be the right one for me. I wasn't going to book, but Elizabeth passionately talked and calmed me as it seems that is her natural thing to do. My journey moved on to more research. Then in August, I found myself circling back to Dr. Lee because of the feedback I got from his actual patients (Yes, his name kept coming up in stellar reviews and I reached out to a handful of his patients) My guard was still up but talking to Elizabeth again made me feel that Dr. Lee is a strong candidate for what I am looking for. It was hard in this pandemic to just go in person so Elizabeth and the office did their best to get me a virtual consultation and got me in to talk to Dr. Lee. I actually booked before I consulted in person which is not the norm for me to do. I'm very picky and meticulous with my decisions. After talking to Dr. Lee, I felt that I made the right decision. I feel so blessed to have found such a great surgeon who is able to take all my capsules out and did a beautiful job with my lift, muscle repair, lipo and tummy tuck. I initially did not want a lift and just wanted to be natural and get an explant. But I ended up doing a lift and so happy that I did. I've had implants for 15 years and breastfed three kids for over a year. Dr. Lee didn't push me to do it, he just gave me his opinion and after serious talks with some close friends and my husband, I decided a few days before surgery to do a lift. Dr. Lee told me the morning of surgery that he was very glad I made that decision because he knows I would love the results better than if I didn't. Dr. Richard Lee is so meticulous, so sweet and extremely humble compared to other surgeons. But most importantly, he LISTENS to what you need and your questions. He takes the time out to thorough explain and draw out what he will do and what has happened to your body. I've consulted with a good amount of surgeons and he genuinely takes his time to explain so that you can understand. He wants the best for you and your safety. I'm so thankful and blessed that I found such a amazing doctor who and didn't pressure me in doing anything and was supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you are trying to find a surgeon you can trust and detailed/meticulous skills from Southern California.

Truly life Changing! It's only Been one week an I can already see the stellar results Dr.Lee from renaissance Newport body has given me he is truly a God send best In the business his hands are guided by God himself! Will post updates weekly Updated on 11 Sep 2020: Day 1 Woke from surgery in pain maybe around a 5 or 6 the Gave me pain meds thru my iV immediately and I knocked back out woke o again and was driven to Laguna retreat where I stayed for one night they are amazing they helped me with everything as you can barely move after and it's quite painful but as long as your on meds you I'll coast through it really just feel like pressure and tightness to the max   Day 2   Feeling drugged up mininal pain just resting and sleeping   Day 3   Had to stop perocet it was giving me a migraine a making me moody switched to Tylenol extra strength and that works fine only thing I feel is stingy underneath and nipples which is great because I was worried about my nipple sensitivity  Day 4   Still fatigue but moving around okay I started Walking a lot more today till taking just Tylenol  Day 5-6   Energy restoring not using any pain management at all   1 week   Saw dr.lee he said everything looks great he removed some extra stitches gave me the surgical band to help implants settle and advised to start doing breast massages. I also started using pure aloe Vera gel on my incisions this day Updated on 16 Sep 2020: Ok ladies!! there is definitely something to be said about using pure aloe Vera on surgery wounds my incisions in only one week look 1 month post op or more! it’s absolutely incredible! And a must do!!! Updated on 23 Sep 2020: Everything still healing nice my scabs are almost completely gone I will start using silicone scar sheets next week at 1 month My boobs have also started to drop a little i can squeeze them they are fluffing nicely also I can feel both my nipples my right has more sensitivity my left still has a little to go Updated on 29 Sep 2020: So I got the silicone scar sheets when I re the directions it says it’s or raised scars mine are already flat so it was a waste... I had my 4 week post op today dr.lee said I look amazing and everything looks perfect! I’m going to start the silicone scar gel today as that’s or the scar fading process I’m still using aloe Vera twice a day Updated on 8 Oct 2020: Looking and feeling great they have dropped more into a natural position my left breast Is a little higher I’m still massaging to help them fluff more My scars on my left breast are fading faster then the right I’m still using aloe Vera And silicone twice a day.
