First day of surgery:
Coming out of surgery I was very sore. I immediately went home to take the pain killers and muscle relaxers. It's been super tough getting in and out of bed. My amazing boyfriend is here for me at every second helping me sit up and get out of bed. You would be surprised how much your chest muscles actually do lol. They feel really heavy right now I pretty much hold them up when I'm walking around to make them feel more comfortable. When I'm laying down I feel great though obviously. I've been using my right arm mainly to reach for the water on the night stand so my right tit feels more comfortable than the left. So, I'm trying to do small arm raises here and there to stretch out. I did find pain on my ribs lateral from my midline, above my belly button, under my [RS bleep] on both sides. They feel bruised for some reason and when I press on it, it feels like either bubbles of air or water who knows. Can't find a better way to describe it. No visible bruising. I'm not thinking too much into it bcs I just got surgery. I'm sure it has to do with the swelling. I'm taking small looks here and there under my bandage and I'm so excited to take off the bandage tomorrow to shower and put a sports bra on. I got the doctors okay to do so. Since I got surgery on a Friday, I won't see him until Monday morning.

Second day of surgery:
6:45AM-
I'm having a hard time sleeping. I'm so used to sleeping on my sides it's just different not being able to move much. I have a long U-shaped pregnancy pillow I sleep with (don't judge till you try it lol it's amazing) so it's really comforting. It's a bummer I naturally drink a lot of water so it's been tough getting in and out of bed. I only woke up my boyfriend once to help me up bcs I just feel so bad waking him up three times a night haha. Plus, of course, I'm stubborn as hell and think I can do it on my own lol. I'm having more pain today but it's still early. I'll try to get some more rest now. Thought I'd write all this down now since I'm awake and it's fresh. Update later today.
Update on bandages:
Finally cut of the bandages and saw the new [RS bleep]???? I'm really happy with the size. They're clearly swollen so I'm being understanding of that. I expressed to my doctor about the gap between my breasts. I didn't want a huge gap but same time I obviously don't want a uni-tit haha. I feel like they could be closer together though. Hopefully, again, it's the swelling. Once the swelling goes down I'm hoping to see the gap come together a little more as well as the firmness of my actual [RS bleep] go away.
I'm trying to have a positive mind and keep calm bcs I just had them done and they need time to heal. So far not bad except the gap is bothering me. I'll post pictures to show you what I mean.

Third day of surgery:
Last night and this morning I'm constantly having sharp pains near my incisions and around my nipples. It hurts to come back up from being propped up or worse laying down flat. They're slightly starting to loosen up and not be so tight but these pains around my incisions are killin me. I'm going to try to take it easy today. Tomorrow is my appointment with Dr. Gaon to check on the progress. I'm excited to see what he has to say. Crossing my fingers that my size won't go smaller and they'll stay this big. I have some pictures to post up. There's a slight difference. Also tried to take pictures with both arms so you kind of see the difference between right and left. Left is stiffer.

Update on the [RS bleep] today: my right is doing great bcs I'm getting more exercise being right handed. My left is still pretty sore especially around the nipple. I went to my post op this morning and she said it was normal to have those pains bcs of the nerves getting used to the stretching. They look a little off bcs one is healing faster than the other lol. I'm surprised with how understanding I'm being of the healing process. They're sisters not twins. Super groggy lately from the pain killers and muscles relaxers-only down side when I'm trying to keep up with school. I'm waiting a week to post more pictures instead of taking them every single day. Oh yeah, the nurse also said there's still a bit more swelling and it should go down 10ish % which I got super bummed about! But she did say I won't even notice. Crossing my fingers!!:( I love the way they look right now besides the unevenness. I can't wait to put on a bra and find out what size I'll be- hoping 32D:))) just to add to the shaped implants--- I know everyone has their opinion on them but oh my goodness do I love them so far! They look so damn natural it's mind blowing. I'm petite so I didn't want the high profile cleavage up to my neck so I love these implants. **440cc high profile shaped** kk extra drowsy tonight so update later this week. -K
