What a great office. From the moment you walk into the office you feel as if you are a part of the family. The staff is so kind and helpful. I met with Dr. Nancy for a consult on laser treatments for my skin hyper-pigmentation. She suggested some laser treatments with the Clear and Brilliant along with some products and of course sunscreen. I've had 5 treatments and my skin looks amazing. I have had the laser with Sarah and Dr. Liem and they are both equally as professional. My skin has improved so much and I could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Silverberg Surgical!!!!

Dr. Nancy is absolutely the best! I would give her 5 stars if I could. She is knowledgeable, kind and honest about what procedure would be best for you. She has done my Botox and fillers and I can honestly say she is the best in the business. Dr. Nancy is the only person I trust with my skin!

Never saw the doctor. The office was run by her assistants. Her physician assistant performed the IPL procedure and she destroyed my face. She ran out of clear gel so mixed an opaque paste, not sure what was in it, but it wasn't what other doctors say is supposed to be used. For one thing, it wasn't inert but it had chemicals in it. My face was horribly scarred and I've tried numerous fraxel and rejuvenation procedures but the scars where too deep. Find a doctor that really cares about the patient and doesn't let the staff run the office with no doctor present.

Real Self users do not use this doctor. She was very aggressive, in fact negligent, in using micropen on my upper lip. Thanks to her incompetence, I have permanent scarring and discoloration across my upper lip which looks like a mustache. I have consulted with several doctors who have told me that she was too aggressive. She used a 1.75 needle length (max 2.0) with 4 passes on my upper lip. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor. There are so many good ones out there and she is not one of them. How a doctor cares for a patient after a procedure goes wrong matters. After the PIH set in, Dr. Silverberg tried to sell me products and lasers to fix it. She then told me to come back in 6 months. She was completely dismissive of how awful this was for me. I wish I could make it go away the same way she is trying to. Unfortunately, I live with this reality every day and will for the rest of my life.
