Dr. Bernardino performed a standard Blepharoplasty​ on both eyes with excellent results. The upper lid margin was raised appropriately for my age and the arches on both eyes were both balanced and attractive. His professionalism and bedside manner was exemplary; everything was explained and all questions answered. I felt both safe and secure in his care.

Rob performed a blepharoplasty on both of my eyes to restore deteriorated upper half plane vision in each one. The results have markedly improved my peripheral vision and the healing process was relatively quick and effortless due to effective pre-operative preparation and post-operative followthrough by him. Rob is an exceptionally thorough, efficient and detail oriented surgeon. As a physician, he is highly patient centric, focused on making an accurate diagnosis and communicating his diagnosis, his recommended procedure, a step by step explanation of what he intends to do, what his patient should expect as a result, any risks and/ or side effects involved and any other options the patient might consider, all in terms at whatever level he feels confident his patient easily can understand. Rob is very approachable and invites whatever questions or concerns his patient may have. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob to others, including my own primary care provider.

I was curious about Botox, what improvement it could do for my appearance but was afraid to try it. I was happy with the result. I looked natural still after the injections. Only notice a subtle difference like I was more relaxed and well rested but still able to make facial expressions. I would do it again if I had not gotten pregnant. I plan to go back soon for another round.

He didn't get it done correctly the first time so had to go back for a re-do. No anesthesiologist this time. I suspect since he was having to pay for the re-do instead of Medicare, he didn't want to pay for one. Consequently the procedure was uncomfortable.

Horrible experience for me. In a lot of pain after surgery on both eyes, and nothing from the doctor. Borderline if not patient neglect. Also unkind and lack of both skills and bedside manner. Looks horrible after multiple repeat surgeries. Don't give him a second chance. Go somewhere else.

He spends little time with you and does not take time to answer your questions. I felt as if I was not important as he ran from room to room to see his other patients. He spent less than 2 minutes with me for each visit. Prior to surgery it is the same thing, when I had a concern he discounted me and his anesthesiologist did the same thing. He was very rude to myself and my family.
