The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because the procedure (chin implant + lipo) was pretty pricey - which I knew and chose anyway because of the doctor’s years of experience and my peace of mind. I want to start off by saying that I am a scientist and I do research for my work and also in all areas of life. I am also extremely anxious and don’t make any life changing decisions lightly. Further, this was my very first surgery experience. That being said, my consultation with Dr. Rahban was full of information. He verified if I was a good candidate for an implant and then very bluntly gave me advice (this might not be for everyone but I preferred it to my other consultations). I liked his no-nonsense approach and that he worked very closely with Impantech so he had the access to choose from all impant sizes and shapes in the surgery room. I also liked that he never gave me false hope or show me a mockup of my new chin. So I set up a surgery date asap. The whole office (the lady who walks you through the paperwork, the front desk girl and the nurse) were super helpful and extremely responsive throughout helping me do my blood work and order medication before the surgery. Everything was seamless. DAY OF SURGERY: I literally had to just show up with nothing, just my boyfriend to drop me off and pick me up. The nurse at the surgery Center & the anaesthesiologist were very calm and walked me through everything. Their confidence helped me calm down my nerves. Before I could let my anxiety get the best of me and bombard them with questions, I was asleep. When I woke up, I was done! The nurse was beside me and handing me water, calling my boyfriend to pick me up. I have never had surgery so I have nothing to compare this to, but I would classify my week 1 post-op to be mildly uncomfortable. I stayed in bed for a day but I could soon walk around the house. There were times when my chin felt tight & uncomfortable but nothing unbearable. Plus the medicines definitely helped with the experience (the pain-ish only lasted week 1). I would say that having my boyfriend cook and feed me and take care of everything around the house was a huge help as I wouldn’t have wanted to do anything that first week. After week 1, I went back in to get my bandages off & I was not happy with how I looked. I was extremely swollen and looked worse than before. The doctor refused to engage with my questions and told me to wait for the swelling to go down. I came home, cried and calmed down. Then cried some more for the next week. But I should’ve trusted him and science because lo and behold my swelling did go down over time. Around the 3/4 week mark is when I started liking what I saw. Something I should also mention is that I am a huge gym rat, so not doing any physical exercise whatsoever was taking a toll mentally on me as well. I was ready to go back after week 3/4. If you’re the same, don’t do it! Just trust the process, let it heal and you won’t lose any gym progress. I also was able to resume work towards the end of week 2. I waited till week 6 to go back to the gym, and after taking it slowly for a week, I am currently back to 80% of my PR. So I just had my week 7 appointment (generally it’s at week 6, but he was busy last week) and I can genuinely say that I have only received compliments throughout. My jaw is snatched. A little profile boost made a huge huge difference and gave me so much confidence. I am aware that over time, it will tighten up even more & I will probably forget I got an implant in the first place! I would absolutely choose Dr. Rahban again in a heartbeat. In my opinion, the price was worth the end results.

Dr. Rahban did an amazing job with my rhinoplasty and I could not be happier with my results. He is not only an incredibly talented surgeon but also an amazing person, which is so important when it comes to choosing someone for such an important procedure. From very beginning he made me and my parents feel safe and like I was in the best hands. My parents actually flew over 10 hours so that he could perform my surgery because we trusted him so much and he truly exceeded all of our expectations. The entire team at the office is also wonderful everyone is super kind, welcoming, and supportive. Every visit to the office has been such a positive experience. My mom is even trying to find reasons for us to come back because we loved it so much. I only have one last follow up appointment in 9 months, which makes me happy but also a little sad because I won’t get to walk into that beautiful office and see all the amazing people there anymore. I’m so grateful to Dr. Rahban and his team for making this such a great experience!!!

Writing reviews isn’t something I normally do, but my experience was worth sharing. I recently underwent a circumferential body lift along with a breast lift and augmentation, and I can confidently say this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made- and choosing Dr Rahban was the most important part of that decision. From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. This was such a personal and vulnerable process, and I never once felt judged or rushed. Dr Rahban took his time to listen to my goals, assess my body thoughtfully, and explain exactly what could realistically be achieved. What stood out most was how honest and thoughtful he was. He didn’t overpromise. He gave realistic expectations while still making me feel confident about what was achievable. By the end of the appointment, I knew I trusted him completely. That feeling of trust made all the difference in moving forward with the surgery. Dr. Rahban’s dedication goes above and beyond what I ever expected, and what truly distinguished him was what he did the day before my surgery. Since my procedure was scheduled for Monday, he had me come in on Sunday (on his day off, away from his family) so he could carefully mark my body for surgery so that nothing would feel rushed on the actual surgery day. That level of attention, precision, and dedication meant so much to me. It showed how seriously he takes his work and how committed he is to achieving optimal results. It reassured me that I was in the hands of someone who takes his craft very seriously and I wasn’t just another case on the schedule. As for my results — even early on, I am beyond impressed. The circumferential body lift truly transformed my body. It tightened and reshaped my entire midsection, giving me a defined waist, smoother back, and a contour that looks amazing from every angle. The difference in my shape is remarkable, yet still looks completely natural. My breast lift and augmentation exceeded my expectations. They are lifted, symmetrical, and proportionate to my frame. The implants look natural and complement my body perfectly — not overdone, just beautifully balanced. My scars are very thin and healing beautifully, which makes the results look even more flawless. I honestly could not be happier with the outcome. I finally feel confident in fitted clothes and swimwear in a way I haven’t felt in years. This experience has truly transformed my life, giving me confidence and a feeling of completeness that radiates into every part of my life. I will forever be grateful for Dr Rahban’s skill, artistry, and the genuine care of his entire team. If you’re considering surgery and want someone you can trust not only with your body but with your well-being, I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have a complicated surgical history and cannot recommend Dr Rahban and his team enough. I am an attorney and entrepreneur, so I do my research and I expect good results for the money that I spend. I am very pleased with my experience and my results with Dr R. It was a tall order for me to find the right doctor because not only was I looking for a doctor who specializes in post-weight loss body lifts, but one who specializes in revisions. I have lost 200 lbs twice, and had a full body lift after the first time. When I regained the weight, all my plastics were ruined. So I had to find a doctor who could take on the extra skin as well as the scarring and the various mistakes or issues that had come up. I’m very grateful to have found a partner in this journey in Dr Rahban. I also was pleased to see that Dr Rahban has pioneered a surgery called the L-Tap, which is an alternative to the fleur-de-lis style tummy tuck. So I have a solution to the horizontal laxity in my abdomen without the huge scar going down the center of my body. Currently, I have had one of three surgeries. I waited until I have had about 8 months of healing and normalizing since my first surgery to post this review because I wanted to be thorough and honest. And, honestly, I can recommend both Dr Rahban and his team without reservation. Not only are they friendly and helpful, but I am quite particular about my results and so is Dr Rahban. He is meticulous in his work and his incisions are very precise. Despite all the scarring and unconventional issues I am bringing to his surgical table, he has been able to give me results that have really shifted my self perception and improved my life- even with 2 out of 3 surgeries left to go! I got a breast reduction surgery on October 10,2025 with Dr. Rahban. My breast reduction surgery is something I had considered and needed for almost 10 years before finally deciding to move forward. After extensive research and multiple consultations, I chose Dr. Rahban, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. From the very first appointment, I appreciated Dr. Rahban’s honesty and knowledge. He thoroughly explained every detail of the procedure, why he chose a specific method, how it would benefit my body, and what would realistically work for me. He set clear and realistic expectations, which made me feel confident and informed. His attention to detail is truly impressive—he noticed that my skin was extremely prone to scarring based on past injuries, something I didn’t even mention, and was able to determine this during our first consultation. I am now a little over three months post-op, approaching four months, and my scarring is minimal compared to what I had anticipated. Some areas are still healing, but the most visible parts have little to no scarring at all. This has helped tremendously with my confidence, especially in an area I’ve always felt self-conscious about due to the size of my breasts. I am incredibly grateful for the care and time Dr. Rahban took to minimize scarring and prioritize the long-term results. The preparation and care provided by Dr. Rahban and his entire team—from the initial consultation to surgery day and post-operative care—are absolutely crucial, especially for a procedure as complex as a breast reduction. In the past I’ve had experiences both good and very bad with cosmetic surgeons. I am quite discerning as a result when choosing a surgeon. Dr Rahban, from the onset, gave me the confidence I was with an expert surgeon who is not only meticulous, precise, extremely knowledgeable but also a perfectionist. All the qualities you’d want in a surgeon. In the past I unfortunately had liposuction about 20 years ago on my stomach and upper arms. After a few years, the result unfortunately and unexpectedly l to get scar tissue that created an awfully bumpy and quite ughly stomach and crinkly upper arms with bumps and crevices, even though I’m fit and thin. I do a lot of water sports so looking good in a bikini was very important to me. I tried everything. Rolfing, lasers, creams, you name it. So many promised so much with no results. I finally realized I had to handle this surgically. I consulted with many surgeons including one who suggested a reverse tummy tuck, another which would leave a vertical scar on the front of my stomach. No bueno. Well thankfully it was serendipity I heard Dr Rahban on a podcast talk about this very thing, a reverse Tummy tuck would result in a scar in a few years that would migrate downwards due to gravity. Well I’ve had enough of bad cosmetic procedures.. His authority on tummy Rich’s, the right approach and the wrong ones, and evidenced by many before and after photos of his work demonstrated to me I needed to consult with him. During my consult he immediately saw the problem via scars from liposuction, and has seen and dealt with this many times. He explained that the only way to deal with the scars was a full tummy tuck and arm surgery. I knew Dr Rahban was the real thing and knew what it would take to get the best result. I knew he would give me the best result possible. He also does the stitches himself, usually handled by a PA, and does this meticulously so the scar will end up unnoticeable. From that consultation on, and most importantly on the day of surgery, I was very confident all would work out well! It’s 6 weeks post op and I could not be happier. I basically got my body back but better!! I have an adorable belly button, flat stomach and arms that I can once again confidently wear tanks & bathing suits. He even fixed a hernia I didn’t realize I had. Woohoo! The scars already look incredible and I know in several months they’ll be unnoticeable. Dr Rahban is a magician. He is also so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about the results. I would not go to anyone else for a tummy tuck and brachioplasty. Context For most of my 20s, I was self-conscious about my “parrot” nose and considered rhinoplasty after my male friends had procedures. However, their experiences left me hesitant. They were either unhappy with their results or had painful recovery periods with visible bruising. I needed to research carefully and choose the best surgeon. After all, my face is what I show to the world every day, and if I was going to spend several thousand dollars to permanently change it, it better be done right the first time! Research + Consultation I researched cosmetic surgeons throughout California for weeks. Dr. Rahban stood out after I watched his “Plastic Surgery Uncensored” podcast. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach, which clearly outlined the risks and expectations of each procedure. He didn’t sell unrealistic visions. As a Hispanic male in his early 30s with a “parrot” nose and breathing difficulties, I sought a surgeon who could enhance my nose’s aesthetics while complementing my ethnic features. I wanted a natural look that wasn't overly feminine. I prioritized structural soundness and long-lasting results. Dr. Rahban’s hybrid rhinoplasty/septoplasty addressed both cosmetic and structural concerns. After further analyzing my facial structure, I also considered a chin augmentation. During my consultation, Dr. Rahban listened attentively to my concerns and identified the facial imbalance caused by my nose and chin. Operation + Recovery In December 2023, I underwent a smooth surgery under general anesthesia. I was taken home by my family immediately after with post-op instructions in-hand. No drama. I spent the following week in bed and experienced moderate discomfort, congestion, and facial swelling, but no bruising. On a scale of 1-10, pain was low (mostly around a 1), with brief moments at a 4 between painkiller doses. Breathing through my mouth was unpleasant for the first few days. Lasting Results + Feedback After resuming normal life, I was thrilled with my results! Friends and colleagues praised my well-balanced and symmetrical face, rarely noticing any work done. This was exactly what I hoped for: a more balanced, attractive face that complemented my facial structure and allowed me to breathe better. Two years later, the results remain stable. My nose and chin’s shape and structure haven’t deviated, and I can still breathe well. Unsolicited compliments boost my self-esteem. But most importantly, I’m happy now when I look in the mirror. It feels like I’m looking at the person I’ve always wanted to be. I only have two complaints. The first is that for the first year after surgery, the inside of my left nostril occasionally bled (very little, only noticeable with a q-tip). Dr. Rahban said it was due to a blood vessel close to the surface, but this issue went away after a year. The second complaint is long wait times for consultations and follow-ups (often half an hour after the scheduled start time), but I was always out before the 2-hour allotted window. Conclusion Dr. Rahban is a highly competent surgeon who delivers life-changing results. I’m extremely satisfied with my results after a rhinoplasty/septoplasty, chin augmentation, and submental liposuction. The entire process was smooth, and I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the entire team. I followed the pre- and post-op instructions, and left everything else in Dr. Rahban’s capable hands. I highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery!

The experience i had with Dr Rahban was simply unspoken of. First of all his entire office personnel are extremely sweet, friendly and accommodating, they go above and beyond to make you feel special. From the first moment Dr Rahban walked into the room, he filled the room with positivity, honesty and genuine care. He listens to your needs and takes his time to give you his professional and honest opinion. And quite frankly, its extremely rare nowadays to find such a reputable doctor that is willing to take his time to explain everything in details, so your decision to proceed with any procedure is made with clear awareness and expectation. However what makes Dr Rahban THE doctor to go to are the results he delivers. He is a true artist, and an amazing one who appreciates beauty, for to revise human appearance should take nothing less than an artist. He simply has the talent to vision the beauty he can achieve and has the skills like no one else to actually deliver the results far beyond the expected. Dr Rahban’s attention during recovery and care for the results delivered are so genuine, that feels even personal. If there were more Dr Rahban’s in the world creating beauty, the world would be so much more of a beautiful place to live in!!!!
