Okay so getting a BA has been something I went back and fourth on for years. I love my hips and bottom but I always lacked fullness and shape upstairs and that would often make me sad especially in summer time when out on the beach with friends. I learned to love what I had but this year I finally took the plunge and did it! I think the hardest part was finding the right size implant for me, because the implants sizes look so different on everyone. What looks big on someone else might look small on you etc so you have to really take your anatomy into it. But anyways! Dr.Casper was super passionate, knowledgeable and funny from the beginning! I had a consult with him 3 years prior and I just knew he was the doctor for me. After much debate I went with 400cc and 425cc round silicone Under the muscle which so far is putting me at a 34 C! (i was a 34 B before) high profile. I really wanted something natural looking and still “guessable “ not obvious. I feel like naked they look bigger than in clothes which is ok haha. I had my breast augmentation more than 10 years ago and have never had not one problem accept the numerous amounts of compliments on how natural they look and feel. Not that the compliments are a problem ;). My gynecologist told me to send her compliments to the doctor that made her doubt I had them because she said they felt so natural. BACKGROUND As long as I can remember, I have always been insecure about my small breasts and have dreamed of getting breast implants since I was a teenager. I only wore pushup bras, wonder bras, padded bathing suits, and padded sports bras. Now, at the age of 21, I finally felt it was the right time to go through with the procedure. I was extremely nervous and wanted to make sure that I chose the best surgeon I could find. After months of extensive research and reading hundreds of reviews on Yelp, Google, and RealSelf, I decided to book a consultation with Dr. Casper because I absolutely loved the appearance of the implant photos on his website best out of all the other photos from other surgeons I saw. CONSULTATION & PRE-OPERATION I simply emailed the office for an appointment, and within a couple weeks I was sitting at my very first breast implant consultation on March 23rd. From the get go Dr. Casper was kind, professional, and very thorough in his explanation of the procedure and gladly answered all my questions. I made sure to tell Dr. Casper I did not want my breasts to look too large or too noticeable. A few appointments and two months later, Dr. Casper helped me choose my perfect size and shape, a round silicone moderate-plus 275cc, inframammary incision (in the fold beneath the breast). DAY OF OPERATION I built up a strong rapport with Dr. Casper and throughout the entire process I felt like he genuinely listened to every concern and question I had. I booked the surgery day for May 16th, feeling confident and excited with my decision to go forward with the procedure. On the actual day of surgery, the staff was professional and Dr. Casper was adamant on making sure I was completely at ease. From start to finish, the whole operation lasted approximately 4 hours including time in the recovery room. Post surgery, he called that night and checked up on me and made sure everything was normal and that I was feeling okay. Initially, the pain was pretty intense and if I’m being honest probably the worst pain I’ve felt in my life, although the medication I was on made it so I mostly slept for the first 24 hours post-op. POST-OPERATION As the days went on, the pain was still extreme but the prescribed medication definitely helped. I would rate the pain for the first 3 days as a 7/10. It took about 4 days for the pain to completely subside and about 10 days for me to feel fully comfortable and back to my normal self. Even from day 1 post-op, I was in love with my new breasts. As the days went on, they dropped and fluffed and now, at over 2 months post-op, I am completely overjoyed with my new boobs. They are soft and have a very natural shape, and the scars are soft and cannot be seen as they are underneath the fold of my breasts. Dr. Casper delivered exactly what I asked for and more. SO HAPPY!!! Ladies, if you are still apprehensive about whether or not to go through with the operation, DO IT! I can honestly say this has been the best decision I have ever made. I have never felt more self-confident and happy with myself and my body. The results have exceeded my expectations and I have absolutely no regrets with my entire experience. I wouldn’t change a single thing about my new breasts and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Casper, from day one until now. Updated on 11 Feb 2019: Hey ladies! Just wanted to give a quick update on my breasts 9 months post-op. I would say that my breasts have fully dropped and fluffed to their true size. I absolutely am in love with them and will say this was the best decision I've ever made! They look considerably smaller than they did at first, but that is exactly how I wanted them to look. Immediately in the weeks following the procedure I was a 32D, but I now fit comfortably in a 32C. The feel squishy and bouncy!! My scars have healed and faded very well, although they are still visible. Every night I have been using a mixture of Bio-oil and Puriderma Advanced Scar Removal cream from Amazon. I will say I never regained full sensation in the bottom half of my breast, but it is not painful, just feels numb. After interviewing and consulting with a number of Plastic Surgeons in the San Gabriel County, I decided that Dr. Daniel Casper was the Doctor for me. I have read much on Plastic Surgery and watched a number of the TV shows, "The Doctors" and they all say to make sure your Doctor is Board Certified. Dr. Daniel Casper is not only Board Certified but professional and highly skilled in his craft, friendly, considerate, understanding, listened patiently to all of my questions and answered them without making me feel as though I was taking up too much of his time. He did a great job on my upper, and lower eye lids and reduced the size of my ear lobes. I am totally satisfied and look at least 10 years younger. He is the only Plastic Surgeon that seems to know how to reduce large ear lobes and make them look perfectly natural. I really appreciated the fact that he puts safety first to minimize any unnecessary risk. I referred one of my neighbors to Dr. Casper for a breast enlargement and she was so totally happy with the results that she brought her daughter in for the same procedure. I have since learned after having my procedures done that patients fly in from all around the world to have Dr. Casper address their cosmetic needs. If you have anything cosmetically that you would like done, I suggest you see a number of Plastic Surgeons for consultation but then make Dr. Casper your last visit before you make any decisions. I came in to see Dr. Casper back in Nov 2017 and asked him a million questions , not once did he ever rush me or brush me off.. Even tho I wasn’t committed with a date or a tie with finance he continued to treat me as a number 1 client with my concerned and questions.. After my research of 5 months I finally came back to Dr Casper , and commited and gave my deposit and we placed a date for my surgery. This review is being made after the full 6months of recovery. I must say Dr Casper did exactly the type of breast I had asked for. I believe from the beginning that he will be able to deliver because he is a great listener, put me at ease talking about the procedure and expectation of mine and his. Background: I had 36C high profile implants back in 1997. Yeah I was happy with it during my younger days (20s) but now in my 40s I prefer low profile, naturally close breast wherein I don't need to wear push-up-and-push-in whenever I wanted cleavage. That's what I was unhappy about with previous implants. They had slid to my armpits& you can in fact drive a truck down the wide plains of my sternum. Result: Natural looking low profile round implants. Great slope on my top breast, gel fills are very comfortable and natural.
Dr Casper did my Breast Augmentation. I picked the size I wanted and went from a size B to a D cup. I had some discomfort for a couple of days which is normal but no real pain. Within a week or two I felt great. I am so happy with my results. He did a fabulous job. I love the way they look and wish I had done this a few years sooner.

Hi! I am 27 years old, 5'2, a small B and no kids. I scheduled for my BA May 28 2015 at 8:30am with Dr. Daniel J Casper. I had my pre op today but still didnt pick my size. I am still debating between 350 and 375. Dr. Casper liked the 375 more on me but i am afraid they would be too big. i have one breast bigger than the other so i have to get either 350 and 375 or 375 and 400. I took some sizers home to make sure i have time to pick the right size. I want natural looking breast that dont look fake. I also dont want them to be too high up. Dr. Casper chose moderate plus for me. I would like a look that looks proportionate for my body and that is what doctor Casper said he would give me. i am a little nervous for results but more excited to get my new boobies i always wanted.
