Dr. Brian Kinney and his team are phenomenal. I recently received the treatment Thermirase, to treat my 11’s (glabella area), along with my forehead ‘rows’. During my initial consultation time with Dr. Kinney, it was very clear to see that he was exceptionally intelligent, innovative and has incredible attention to detail. This combination makes Dr. Kinney especially talented. I had great confidence in his care. So much so, that I caught a flight all the way from Texas, where I reside, in order to go strictly to him for my cosmetic treatment. From the very beginning, Dr. Kinney took great care to explain the procedure and what was to be expected during the process as well as during recovery. He was very caring during the entire process and really took his time with me. The procedure itself was amazing! The actual procedure usually takes about 30 minutes once the actual nerve mapping is done. I had a particularly challenging forehead as I had 3 lines of rows to treat, whereas many people only have one or two. This made for a longer than expected procedure time which came out to be around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Despite the extra time, Dr. Kinney never made me feel like he was rushing or hurrying on to his next appointment. Dr. Kinney has impeccable precision and attention to detail. He took great care in maintaining precision throughout the entire procedure from start to finish. He had stamina and did not tire in the least, even though my anatomy was very challenging. In fact, the procedure didn’t feel as long as it was due to the light and lovely conversation that we had during the actual procedure. I thoroughly enjoyed the company of Dr. Kinney and his assistants, Rio & Griselda. Dr. Kinney makes pain management a priority and checked in frequently to see how I was doing during the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, I had at the most a 2 during the entire procedure. The pain was so minimal that I didn’t even need to take a Tylenol, or any meds at all! The recovery has been very mild with some typical swelling that has been managed with arnica, jade rolling and icing. I have had ZERO pain in the recovery process and I attribute this to Dr. Kinney’s great talent with precision, technique and recovery care. Also, it should be noted that his assistants, Rio and Griselda, are truly wonderful! They make you feel at ease and work on managing any swelling or discomfort. Their post-procedure care is exceptional. I could not be happier with the outcome of Thermirase and my procedure. I am truly forever grateful to Dr. Kinney! In terms of future cosmetic treatments, I will be only entrusting my care to Dr. Kinney. He is as amazing as it gets and I recommend him for any cosmetic treatments that require incredible precision and attention to detail.

My facial skin was dropping. This procedure took years off my face. My cheek bones are lifted. I look and feel so much better. The procedure does not take very long. I felt no pain! Afterwards your face is a little swollen and I had a small bruise but then you start to see the changes, After two weeks it was noticeable, after 3-4 weeks it made a big difference. Its a subtle change, my friends are asking me what I did that I look so refreshed, rested and younger.

Dr. Kinney is a very professional and knowledgeable plastic surgeon. I have been following his recommendations on anti-aging treatments for years. Great experience! Staff is caring and wonderful. I had Thermitight done on my neck. Dr. Kinney was attentive and caring. Staff and doc made sure I was comfortable at all times. And they continued to follow up after the procedure was done.

Had the 50th high school reunion coming up and wanted to tighten up the area under my chin. Dr. Kenny took extra time to alleviate any concerns I had. Showed me pictures of before and after photos. Even introduced me to another patient that had had the procedure. Very positive experience. Very little pain after procedure. Wore chin strap at night and had a number of followup weekly visits to be administered thermitight to help with any swelling. Any residual pain and/or swelling was gone within a couple of weeks.

Huge improvement in incontinence and appearance. Labias shrinked up. The office was very professional and the procedure was comfortable. It was not painful at all. No downtime. It's been six months since I've had my ThermiTight procedure with Dr. Kinney. I'm pleased to report that the definition along my jawline has greatly improved along with tightening the skin on my neck. The procedure was painless and there was no downtime. It is painless. No downtime; I can go home on the same day and do my regular activities. I see quick results. I feel feminine and more confident and more pretty.
