Jeffrey Rawnsley, MD - Account Suspended

I normally don't go to leave reviews, but I HAVE to in this case. Rhinoplasties are too big a deal to not let everyone know how wonderfully this one went for me. My mom had 3 botched nose jobs, broken noses, etc., and found him for her fourth (and final). When other dr.'s turned her away, he took her in and made her nose look stunning where there was very little cartilage/bone left to work with. I, myself, had always accepted my nose but was never happy with it. I only went to him for consult; I trusted him so much because of my mom (and her other referrals similar experiences'), and it was the best decision I could have made. The moment I walked in, we took photos of my nose from every angle, and -- before I even told him exactly what I wanted -- he pointed out doing XYZ to my nose would accentuate certain features of my face, without changing the nature of my face. I got my cast off today, and it's even more perfect than I ever thought it could be. It's so natural, it feels like me, but it's beautiful. I've had other friends undergo rhinoplasties with other doctors, and I haven't met anyone who has felt overall as confident, like themselves, or as satisfied with their noses other than my mom and I. We are so, so lucky to have found him. I have more referrals on the way! I would 100% consider him, he's incredible at his craft and I'm just the happiest. Thanks Dr. Rawnsley! After significant research we selected Dr. Rawnsley for my families two Rhinoplasty needs. My daughter wanted Rhinoplasty for her ethnic nose and I needed correction Rhinoplasty after my 30+ year surgery that has left me unable to breath. My daughters surgery results are amazing, natural and softened her beautiful face giving her tremendous confidence. My request was more difficult as I liked my overall look, however I had visited several ENT's unable to breath ultimately effecting my sleep and leaving me exhausted throughout the day. Dr. Rawnsley corrected my breathing issue, enhanced my overall look without making significant changes to my nose as I had requested. We are grateful for his beautiful work, ability to breath! and kind demeanor. I would recommend Dr. Rawnsley to anyone looking for Rhinoplasty!

Dr. Rawnsley has completely transformed my life. After a long search for the perfect rhinoplasty surgeon, I found exactly that in Dr. Rawnsley. He is incredibly professional and understanding, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. From the initial consultation, Dr. Rawnsley took the time to understand my desires and used digital imaging to show potential outcomes. The actual results far exceeded those images. When the cast came off, I was overwhelmed with happiness – my nose was exactly what I wanted. Dr. Rawnsley is not only attentive to what the patient wants but also considers other facial features to create a balanced and natural look. He skillfully addressed my breathing issues and straightened my crooked, broken nose. Both Dr. Rawnsley and his secretary were thorough and provided all necessary information for the surgery and recovery process. Their prompt responses to all calls and emails added to the excellent experience. At my second appointment, I received a thoughtful goodie bag with all the care items I would need post-surgery. On the day of the surgery, despite my nervousness, Dr. Rawnsley's confidence was reassuring. The procedure went flawlessly, and I woke up without any pain. My surgery was scheduled within less than a month of my initial appointment. All my appointments were easy to get into without ridiculous month long wait lists like most other doctors have. I am extremely happy with my new nose and highly recommend Dr. Rawnsley to anyone considering rhinoplasty. He is kind, understanding, thorough, affordable, and most importantly, exceptionally skilled both aesthetically and medically.

After I had Covid I developed the worst breathing issues. I never noticed until I went to an ent that my septum was deviated. They told me I needed a septoplasty and then I realized a rhinoplasty was also in the picture. I pushed off the surgery a year since I visited several different drs and did not feel comfortable with any. This year I had a consultation with Dr Rawnsley. I felt comfortable stepping into his office and being greeted by his kind staff, Holly. Immidiately after seeing his rhinoplasty gallery I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. All of his nose surgeries performed are unique to each individuals facial features and bring out their natural beauty. When I met with Dr Rawnsley I felt confident and at ease that he would give me my dream nose. I was nervous for the recovery process since I had heard some people come out of surgery with black eyes. My recovery process however was smooth with minimal bruising. After two weeks the swelling had severly gone down and I could leave the house looking normal. Everyday I notice my nose fitting my face more and more. Comments I have gotten from family and friends have been very positive and everyone including myself seem to love it. I feel like my new nose is the nose I was meant to always have. I would 100% recommend Dr Rawnsley to anyone wanting a rhino/septoplasty!

Hello. I'm a 68 year-old guy who for the bulk of his life has actively disliked his nose and his profile. Finally I decided to do something about it, and I'm very glad I did. I almost got a "nose job" over 30 years ago - I had even written a check for the down payment! But at the time, I was making my living in the performing arts, and my agent said "You have a character face. It's working for you. Take that money and invest it in your career". So I did, and in all honesty I have no regrets. But I'm retired now, and over the years this schnozz of mine had only gotten bigger. I'd wince every time I'd look at a picture of me or catch a glimpse of my profile in the mirror. My old nose was wider than average, there was a slight bump on the top, and the tip kind of hung down like a hook. It was not, to coin a phrase, "in proportion to my face". So back in October of 2023, I started seriously looking at finally taking care of this thing... My first question was "Where?" I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and there's no shortage of good Doctors here, but I made the decision to go to Los Angeles for my surgery, as it is arguably the Nose Job Capital of The World. When it came to "Who?", as I was poking around on the internet, I came across Dr. Rawnsley's website. I was immediately impressed by his qualifications: - He's an ENT as well as a Plastic Surgeon. To me this meant he was not just about aesthetics but also about health and functionality. - He's a teacher at UCLA. To me this meant he well-understood and wished to further the standards of his craft, and would be up on the latest techniques and procedures. - He fixes botched Nose Jobs. To me this meant he's had up close and personal views of when things go wrong, and was there to make them right - He respects Ethnicity. To me this meant that my New Nose would still be a reflection of my Italian heritage - just smaller! It became very clear to me that this was the guy I wanted to talk to. When we met for my initial consultation, I'm happy to say that Dr. Rawnsley spent a little time talking with me about the "Why?". I guess one way to put it was that he wanted to confirm that my expectations were realistic. I was not there to solve any complicated life problems. I was there to get a smaller, straighter, better looking nose. We both got that, and I appreciated his concern. He then took a lot of pictures of my face from a variety of angles. He then put them into some sort of photoshop-like program where in real time he could show me what was possible, and gave me a very good sense of what my new nose would look like. I felt that he listened very carefully to my own wants, and offered very good feedback about what was possible, what the process would be, and how much it would all cost. I decided to get the work done in late April of 2024 - very close to my 68th birthday. I should mention the good-natured care and concern I got from his staff as we worked out the details - location, facility costs (none of this was covered by insurance), the various pre-surgery do's & don't's, what to expect during my recovery, and of course lodging issues as I would be coming in from out of town. The surgery went fine and I was careful to follow all the instructions for my recovery. It took me a few days to get my head completely clear after the anesthesia, but that was expected. Today it's been about 45 days since my surgery. I am far beyond the swelling and minor bruising I experienced in the days after the work was done. I am back to my life, and have been for a few weeks now. Without hesitation I will say that for the first time in my life, I love my profile, I love my New Nose, and I am extremely happy with the subtle artistry of Dr. Rawnsley's work. My nose looks looks NATURAL and my nose looks GOOD! One of the best aspects of this is that NO ONE IS NOTICING! No one is doing a double-take, raising an eyebrow and saying “did you get some work done??”. A Nose Job that doesn’t look like a Nose Job is a wonderful thing indeed. But I notice, and my wife notices, and we are both very satisfied with the results. If you're thinking about getting yourself a rhinoplasty, I sincerely recommend Dr. Rawnsley without hesitation. I'm telling you - I mean, please, forgive my vanity - but this is the nose I've always wanted and for this, he will always have my gratitude.

I had two hair transplants, a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and cheek implants with Dr. Jeffrey Rawnsley. I am so happy with all the work that he did for me. He is a magician and on top of being brilliant at what he does, he's also one of the nicest, most thoughtful and caring doctors and just overall human beings that you could ever have the pleasure to come in contact with. I deeply appreciate his care and brilliance and all of the plastic surgery adventures and experiences that I had with him and could not recommend him any higher. He is fabulous and you are in fantastic hands. I would not waste time going to other people and that being said, I know you may want to do your own research of course. As a sixty-six-year-old, I am cautious about anesthesia and surgery. I want to avoid surgical procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. I met Dr. Rawnsley in 2002, after a car accident. He performed three reconstructive procedures on my face and the results were amazing! Over the years, I've returned to him regularly for Botox and Restylane injections. Lately, however, my age has been catching up with me, and sagging and loss of volume have taken their toll. I looked into trying minimally invasive treatments but, because he knew me and had the insight to understand the outcome I was hoping for, he advised that I could achieve more significant and longer-lasting results with blepharoplasty and a lower face/neck lift. I followed his advice and opted for the surgery. It has been ten days since; I am ready to resume my normal activities, and I am overjoyed with the results. I now appear to be about twelve-fifteen years younger! In the twenty-two years that I've known Dr. Rawnsley, he's performed three reconstructions and two enhancement procedures. In each case, his talent, skill, dedication, and aesthetic judgment have been exemplary!
