Finding a surgeon in LA is really difficult because it’s such a big decision to pick the right person to permanently alter your face. But when I saw some of Dr Ardesh’s work, I knew that I wanted to meet with him for my septorhinoplasty because he gives his clients such a natural look. I was immediately so comfortable in his hands because he sat me down for almost an hour listening to exactly what I want, telling me how he would execute that, what the recovery would be like, and took my inspiration pictures into account. Directly after the consultation I knew I wanted to work with him, and booked the surgery. He made me feel so safe throughout the whole process, and the recovery was a breeze. He did my septorhinoplasty completely closed and scarless; he corrected my deviated septum, and dorsal hump. He has a winning personality, and most importantly his work speaks for itself. It doesn’t give that overdone “LA” look- it all looks completely natural. I was nervous about not recognizing myself after the cast came off, but I just look like a refined version of myself. It is amazing and I am so happy I went with him!

I had a mole on my nose for as long as I can remember. As a kid, it was small, dark in color, and flat. Everyone called it my beauty mark. But in recent years, it began to grow and protrude, lighten in color, and sprout hair. So, I started to research removal options and look for a doctor. I wanted a facial plastic surgeon with experience removing moles from the nose, as that is a tricky spot. After searching for a while, I found Dr. Ardesh online and was impressed by his before and after photos. I decided to travel from Las Vegas to have him perform the removal. Dr. Ardesh was very friendly and thorough in explaining my options, which were Shave vs Excise, and the pros and cons of each procedure along with their potential outcomes. I chose a complete excise and will take pictures to share throughout the healing process. Dr. Farhad Ardesh is a life saver! If you're looking for an honest, gentle and very knowledgeable doctor specializing in alopecia; he's your guy! My hair loss journey started in early 2021 when I moved to Los Angeles from New York City. My hair started thinning and shedding severely in January 2023. By July 2023, I had two psalm size bald spots located on the top and right sides of my head. I contacted my PCP in NYC and a host of testing, appointments and specialist visits ensued. NO ONE, not general medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, gynecology or dermatology was able to provide answers to the questions I was asking or solutions to this very BIG issue. I did bloodwork, biopsies, different treatment plans (topical, oral medication, added more therapy sessions) to no avail. I spent a very ridiculous amount of money in the hopes of obtaining answers to my questions and restoring my hair. I cried daily to the point where my husband reached out to Dr. Ardesh himself. Dr. Ardesh was kind and gentle. He assessed my scalp briefly and told me to set up an appointment immediately. "Don't worry, I'll help you. You're going to be fine" were probably the kindest words of hope I've received in a while. Given my experiences with all other MDs, I was a bit skeptical. I ended up getting a same day appointment thanks to his amazing staff and was seen and treated that same day (October 20, 2023). Dr. Ardesh gave me a series of injections directly on my scalp and a home treatment plan to follow. I was told to follow instructions and follow up with him and his office on my progress. He followed up the next day to see how I was doing. His office followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well. I literally followed up with him today about my progress and I was ecstatic! I received top tier care from both him and his staff members. October 20, 2023 I had two BIG bald spots; today (February 8, 2024) both bald spots have plenty of beautiful, healthy and thick hair growing in. Dr. Ardesh has been heaven sent. If you've tried and are on the verge of giving up; DON'T and make an appointment with Dr. Ardesh. You will not regret it.

3 months ago I had the Ardesh Refresh by Dr. Ardesh. It included a deep plane face and neck lift, brow lift, and upper blepharoplasty to treat my eyelids. I chose to have the surgery under local anesthesia, so no general anesthesia was needed. The procedure was not painful and I was very comfortable. My recovery was very fast especially because I did not need general anesthesia. My friend and family are all amazed by how significant the changes to my eyes, face and neck. I love the results. I like to wear my hair up and no one can see the incisions. It looks very natural. Dr Ardesh is the best and such a friendly person. I LOVE his office staff in Newport Beach and in Beverly Hills. He is very talented and down to earth.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Ardesh. After being a patient of another dermatologist for close to sixty years, I was a bit nervous about going to another doctor even though Dr. Ardesh was recommended by him. His office is extremely inviting. I did not have to wait for an appointment nor did I have wait in the office. Dr. Ardesh made me feel extremely comfortable, explained the procedure he was going to perform, and delivered excellent care.

I went to Dr. Ardesh to fix my broken nose and correct my deviated septum. Right off the bat I loved working with him and his staff. Dr. Ardesh was very thorough and clear about how the procedure would go and what to expect after surgery and the healing process. I felt I was in safe and more than capable hands. Plus his staff was extra friendly and helpful throughout all of my visits. I was very nervous as I had never had surgery before, but Dr. Ardesh helped me feel safe and secure going under. I am soooo pleased with the outcome of his work. He even shaved down a bump on the bridge of my nose that had formed after the break. Not only is my nose straight again but I can finally breathe properly after having the deviated septum corrected as well. I feel like a brand new woman. Thank you Dr. Ardesh and staff! I’m so grateful for your work!! Such a pro!! Above and beyond!!

All I could say is WOW. If I could give this review 5000 stars I would. Dr. Ardesh is a physician from heaven. I came to see Dr. Arshesh because I was having some difficulties breathing and I did not like the hump I had on the bridge of my nose. I hated my side profile and didn't like how crooked my nose was. My first visit with Dr. Ardesh was amazing. He has a contagious smile and is very charismatic. He addressed all of my health concerns and seemed invested in my personal story. Unlike other physicians, I could tell Dr. Ardesh really cared for me as a patient. On the day of my Rhinoplasty procedure, Dr. Ardesh made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that I was in good hands. I can truly say his hands are magical. I could see the difference in my appearance as soon as I woke up in the recovery room. During my recovery, I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ardesh made sure he was always available. I have never been able to facetime my Doctor while they were at home to ask a simple question. He also texted me every couple of days to check on my progress. I love how personable he is. My recovery was very smooth. I had very little pain and little to no bruising and swelling. No one could tell I had a surgery done unless I mentioned it. Dr. Ardesh goes out of his way to care for his patients. He goes above and beyond to make his patients feel special. I am so in love with my results! I am only 1-year post op, I can breathe better and my nose looks astonishing. My nose is PERFECT!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Ardesh for anyone interested in having a Rhinoplasty. Although I wrote a lot, I have attached some photos below that will speak for his work itself.

I had a facelift several years ago that was "botched" I got a serious infection in my right cheek and the right side of my mouth had nerve damage. The right side of my face was bizarre. There was so much scar tissue that my cheek looked like it had 3 "layers" instead of one complete cheek. I had given up hope that the damage on y face could be corrected. Threading did not work for me. Dr. Ardeshirpour was the ONLY one I could trust to make me look "normal" again and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He did a revision facelift including my cheeks and jaw. I am 71 years old and I finally look the way I hoped to when I go to this point. Dr. Ardeshirpour is kind, truthful and caring as well as 1000% competent and skilled. He is always available by phone or test or e-mail. Please consult with him before you let anyone do surgery on your face or neck.

Dr. Ardesh is amazing! I went to him a few months before my wedding to have buccal fat removal and Morpheus8 treatments. My results are incredible and my skin and face looked perfect for my wedding. Dr. Ardesh has such a sweet and down to Earth bedside manner. He makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever! The whole procedure was done in his office with no pain at all! He makes sure you’re comfortable and at ease. My recovery was quick, and I could really see my skin and face transforming in the weeks after. People have made so many comments how great I look, and they can’t believe I’m almost 46! I’ve attached pictures to my review so you can truly see my transformation. The picture of me as a brunette is before the procedures, and the other two are obviously after! If you are thinking about getting buccal fat removal and/or Morpheus8 treatments, Dr. Ardesh is your go-to doctor. I can’t wait to see him again for my next treatments.
