I go to Total Dermatology in Irvine and really like it - very professional and the Dr. has a lot of experience.
5 out of 5 stars Restylane
Dr. Pilest is the only Doctor I trust to perform any of my injections. I don't do much but the tweaks here and there are so natural and make me look like a more rested and prettier version of myself. Today I got undereye filler and Xeomin! I love the immediate results of the undereye filler! I will definitely be back for all of my dermatology needs!

What an amazing experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ana and Sandy prepped me for injections, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Pilest...I cannot thank you enough. You are a miracle worker!! I am sooo happy!
1 out of 5 stars CoolSculpting
Very nice staff however I got cool sculpt and it did not work :( I got 2 treatments, spent thousands of dollars and I saw absolutely zero results. I'm not sure if they just don't know how to do it or if they need new machines but it was a total waste of money and a lot of discomfort to go through for no results.

1 out of 5 stars Injectable Fillers
He's a nice guy. He means well I'm sure. The nurse actually performed the procedure. She was super nice and personable. The office manager isn't that great. I called to let them know I was unhappy. Jamie called me back. She said she's sorry I was unhappy and said she could schedule a follow up but gave me the impression I was out of luck on any kind of reimbursement or another procedure offered. I cancelled my follow up appt. It is what it is I guess.
