Okay so, I am currently 2 weeks post-op. I had BBL, Arm Lipo and Areola Reduction this time. Previously, I had a Breast Augmentation with Dr.K and Im very happy with it so I decided to come back and had more work done with him. The swelling is probably the worst on the first week but it's way better after that. I had a around 12 incisions ( including the fat transfer incision ) around my body, but its tiny and easy to manage with some scar cream so nothing to complain here. I will update as Im still healing but I definitely recommend Dr. K ^___^ Im sad that some of other reviews on here didnt have a great experience with their BBL but I love my results so far! I will update more Updated on 28 Jul 2019: There is the date on each one. And the last one was taken 2 days ago. I took my garment off to go out for like 2 hours but so far Im loving the results. I'm like really short ( 5'2) so I asked Dr.K to shape me but I dont want a big butt and he delivered whoooo. Im scheduled for my 4 weeks post op next week , so far like 80% recover except some tenderness on my back and I cant sit on my butt and I have to sleep on my back for another 4 weeks here are some pictures

Dr K is an artist! I am 2 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I received 450ccs silicone gel implants with a crescent lift. When I went to my consultation with Dr.K, I gave him pictures of exactly what I wanted and he delivered 100% . My results by far exceeded my expectations. Not only did Dr K, produce amazing results, but his bedside manner is exceptional. He treated me like a person and really listened to my concerns. Not once did I ever feel rushed on my initial consultation and preop appt. Alejandra and Blanca (Dr K’s office managers/ pt care coordinators), were amazing and as sweet as can beThey are both so kind and patient . I had so many questions and they always took the time to listen and follow up with me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr K and his staff . Words cannot express how happy I am with my results. This is by far the BEST Plastic Surgeon there is, hands down 5 stars!! I found Dr. K via a search from Google. I typed in "Best Plastic Surgeon in Orange County" and he popped up. I am sooo happy I found him and I went with him! Dont get me wrong I've gone to other consults but something inside me decided to go with him. He was very kind, before and afters were awesome and explained everything. I absolutely felt very comfortable with Dr K!! He changed my life and I truly can't even explain or put into words how amazing my results are. I plan on going back to him for more procedures. If you are doubting, dont!! He is the best there is!! His staff is also amazing and the surgery center as well. That was another reason I chose him, his staff was very attentive, shout out to Alejandra (hey its Liz-I have a super long name) I AM SOO PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS, I COULD MARRY THIS SURGEON!!

Hello .... first of all I decided to not blur my face because I am not ashamed of my decision to improve my imperfections caused by four perfect children ?? ! I look amazing in clothes and have learned how to contour my own body by wearing the right garments. Time to take it to the next level and get back to my “Before pregnancy “body I plan to be very vocal and share all of my results. Enjoy my ride ladies . Updated on 14 Apr 2019: I had my third consultation yesterday and decided I would go with DURING THE CONSULT DR and staff was amazing and very very informative. The girls from the office has been texting and emailing me non stop answering even the dumbest question I may have. I’ve made my choice Updated on 15 Apr 2019: While waiting on a date I was notified that one of Dr. Kalatarian’s other patients rescheduled and the 24th of THIS month became available ... yep you heard right less than TEN DAYS !!!! Let the count down began :)

I always go to Dr. K. I went to him for my BA 4 years ago, and was super satisfied. I just recently got my TT and I am post-op 4wks., also was performed by Dr. K. I couldn’t be more happier. I was worried of how the incision would turn out but it is as low as how I wanted and incision healing is beautifully. My husband is really impressed at how thin the incision is up to this day! He’s my go to surgeon! Also, the staff is always super friendly!

I had previously had a BA from a different doctor however I didn’t get the size I wanted originally and was told I had to wait. A few years later I found Dr. Kalantarian. I went in for my consultation And told him what I was looking for. He was very understanding and helpful with all of my questions. I have had my surgery and am so happy with my results! I’m about a month in and my recovery has been going very well. The staff and Dr. K have been great with my follow up visits and any questions or concerns! I look and feel great and am so excited for what’s to come with my BA. Thank you so much Dr. Kalantarian!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get any kind of plastic surgery, he does amazing work!

Dr. Kalantarian is very friendly and straight forward. I felt very comfortable with him as my surgeon. I had an extended tummy tuck and anchor breast lift with implants. I am beyond pleased with my results. He and his office staff have been very helpful through the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Dr.K.

So I am now 11 weeks (almost 3 months) post op from my breast augmentation plus lift. After 2 kids I was deflated. Before kids I would enjoy dressing up and going out. After kids I wasn’t feeling great about how I looked. My breasts really affected how I felt about myself. So after much thought I decided to take that leap and call for a consultation with Dr. K. His reviews were great on every site I could find. His location was close by so that follow up visits wouldn’t be hard. I made the phone call and Jazmin was very nice and friendly over the phone. Easily made an appointment. The office location has plenty of parking and is easily located on the first floor. On the day of the appointment I arrived with some photos saved on my phone in case they were needed for reference. Jazmin welcomed me with a warm hello (I was extremely nervous but excited). The wait was short and I was brought to a room to wait for Dr. K. I was given a tablet to look over the doctor’s previous clients as well. My At&t reception was bad but there is free WiFi available. The consultation went great. Dr. K was easy to talk to and answered every question I had written down in advance. His opinion was exactly what I was going for. When deciding between saline or silicone, he gave honest opinions on how both would work for me. At no point did I feel pressure to “upgrade” to higher price implants. He had knowledge of a health condition I have and how I would need to treat it after surgery. I was very confident in my consultation with Dr. K that I decided to go ahead and book surgery. I met with Darlina to go over dates and price. The date I was hoping for was available and price was very reasonable and what I would expect to pay. Darlina went over the couple of financing options that were available (before consultation, I did the pre-approval process for both financing options to make the final process smoother). I left that day excited and relieved to have made the big decision. Leading up to surgery I had multiple visits before to get that final decision on size and final paperwork plus get the prescriptions I needed for after surgery. I felt well prepared going in to surgery. The staff was amazing and explained every step. They were great going over everything with my husband since he was going to be the one taking care of me. They helped explain the different medicines and when to take them. How often I needed to get up. Surgery it self took a couple hours. Dr. K met with me before I was asleep and again I felt relieved. He didn’t seems to be rushing and we went over the decisions again. After surgery, I had very minimal pain and the staff checked on me to make sure I was okay. I met with Dr. K the following day and healing was going well. He went over the healing process with my husband and I a few times so that we knew what we needed to do. I had multiple check ups to continue monitoring the healing and if I had any questions or concerns I could always make appointments before the next one. When it comes to the appointments I never waited more than 5 minutes of my scheduled time. Every time I had a question either Darlina or Jazmin were able to answer and if they had no answer, they would ask Dr. K right away. I always had the advice or answer when needed. Now after almost 3 months I am so happy with how I look. The level of care given by Dr. K and his staff was beyond amazing. I am very thankful for taking such great care of me. Updated on 7 Sep 2018: Before surgery I was a deflated 34B. 2 kids. No breastfeeding. Just got measured and I am now 34DDD. I had saline under muscle mod+ profile. Extremely happy with the choice. I’m 5’9” about 145 lbs. They feel so natural and soft.

Extremely Happy!! Dr. K is definitely awesome with his work, I had a BA with Dr. K & his work far exceeded my expectations, I LOOK GREAT, I look GOOD :) & it’s only been no more than a month since my surgery. Dr. K was so patient, so kind & listened to all my questions as well as all my concerns & he deffinetly adressed each one of them accordingly. I wanted a more natural look but not too small & he totally achieved it. The whole staff at his office holds the highest standards of customer service to be honest, they are very polite & courteous and they also listened to all my needs & concerns as well as Dr. K did, i will most definitely recommend Dr. K with friends & family in a heart beat, he & his staff totally made my experience pleasant & memorable, thank u Dr. K! :)

I'm a 32 year old mother of 1. I could never "fill out" the smallest cup size of a bra. I just always thought I was small chested but it was more than that. I realized that when I tried to breast feed my daughter but never produced enough milk. Dr K confirmed what I thought- all my life I had been living with tubular breasts. Basically my breasts never developed. Dr K was wonderful!! I was referred to him by a friend so I'm happy to make this online review so others will know of his goodness too. I had almost went to another physician in Beverly Hills with several months waiting time. My friend showed me her breast augmentation results and I was so impressed- I called Dr K's office that day. I had a consultation within a week. and within 3 weeks I had my breast augmentation surgery that worked out with my work schedule. The 2 times I saw Dr K before my surgery, he was very professional and explained everything well. I felt comfortable to joke with him. He was genuinely caring and easy to talk to. I remember he asked me "What bra size do you wear?" and I said "I don't have a bra size" and he said "Well what did you wear today?" Haha- He is great! All his staff were kind and compassionate. Before I couldn't fill out an AA cup. Now I am a 34C at Victoria Secrets and I couldn't be more happy with my results. My results look and even feel natural. I am 5'4 and 130 pounds and went with 375cc saline implants that he filled to 400cc. I also had a donut lift procedure. I haven't had any problems with my recovery. Dr K placed the implants through the aerola. My nipples havent changed size, and I now have fuller, rounder, more natural looking breasts! Thank you Dr K!!
