5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery

I'm a New Woman! - Placerville, CA

For most of my adult life, I have been told "you look tired", "you look mad", "do you feel ok?" Since having my upper eyelid surgery, I have not heard any of those comments---not even once!!! Best decision I have ever made and best surgeon I could have asked for. He is conservative and does not make patients look like they are "done". They just look refreshed. When it's time for my facelift,...

Don't risk getting anything cosmetic done by Dr. Rice. I got a rhinoplasty done by him for both medical and cosmetic reasons. He didn't fix the cosmetic part properly and left me with a cresent shaped nose. He said he would fix it if I wait for a year.... once my year was up he said I would have to pay for him to fix it... - I was unfair in my previous post. I was admittedly a difficult...

Highly Recomend

Dr. Rice and Tammy provide excellent professional care with my procedure. They know exactly what they are doing. The results are terrific. I wouldn't hesitate one moment to use Dr. Rice for any cosmetic procedure as he is a perfectionist. I never felt he was rushed. I felt I was his only patient. Highly recommend.

I Trust Dr. Rice Opinion and Judgement

The day I walked into Dr. Rice's office it was hard to believe I finally had the courage to even discuss the possibility of a facelift and more. But I knew I needed something more than a face cream to ever perform magic and make me look and feel better. I'm so thankful now I went in the office that day and had my first consultation with Dr. Rice, as it was so much easier than I had envisioned. He as well as his staff immediately put me in a relaxed frame of mind and I know they are there to help me through the procedures and help to get me to the big day of surgery smoothly and comfortably. They are always available at any time before surgery and during recovery with a phone call. They are all so thoughtful and enjoy serving their patients.

Satisfaction - Placerville, CA

I had contemplated getting this procedure for a few years but I had my doubts and insecurities. When I finally made my decision to go through with the surgery I started looking up the local businesses. I stepped into Dr. Reginald D. Rice Jr.’s office and I was immediately impressed. I had no idea what to expect from this experience and I had my concerns, but after discussing my decision with the staff I not only felt secure in my decision but comforted that they were the ones to take care of me. I was going to be safe in their hands. As I went through the process all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. They were just a phone call away. I really felt that they went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. This is a group that cares about their patients. Even after my procedure they are continuing to follow up with me. This gives me great satisfaction and security in my choice. I still have the same quality of service now that I did when I first started. They take the time to check up with me and make sure I am satisfied with my results. Because of the great care I received from Dr. Rice, Tami, and the entire staff at Marshal Medical Center, I not only walked out with a new confidence level but some great new friends. I would highly recommend this fine group of professionals to anyone. Thank you to Dr. Rice, Tami, and the entire staff.
