I went in for excel v laser, and Dr Lloyd took the time to explain that procedure and also answer questions I had about a few other things. I loved her front office staff and I loved her nurse Linda. Dr Lloyd is very warm and approachable- she doesn't just follow up with a phone call after procedures, she has you back in to her office to see you, if it is convenient for you . I am thoroughly impressed and will be back! I have been looking for a new dermatologist and I've found her!
Dr. Lloyd is a true gem. She is an extremely competent, professional and caring dermatologist. I have been to her many times for my aging skin problems. She is always patient, never in a rush and ready to solve any concerns you may have. Her and her staff have a kind and considerate attitude towards their patients. I highly recommend her for any skin advice you need. You will not be disappointed!
Hi! Laser is definitely the best treatment choice. You want to be certain to go to a well trained board certified dermatologist that is well versed in laser technology. I perform this treatment in my office often, it takes about 10 min, and the vein is gone after on treatment. I use a long pulsed Nd:YAG laser.
Fraxel is an excellent choice for both men and women who are looking to refresh their skin and build some collagen. There are many different types of fraxel out there and even more if you consider all fractionated lasers. The fraxel dual is my favorite, it has minimal downtime, can improve mottled pigmentation and builds collagen which decreases fine lines and wrinkles giving you a refreshed look. It is an excellent choice for increasing the health of your skin.
Hi! Every patient wants something a little different with their Botox. Treatments should be personalized to each patient but often times they are not. It is important to bring photos to you appointment and discuss with the physician your desired results. Also, doing your research on your doctor is important. The physician must be board certified and have a medical license. Additionally, I recommend seeing a Dermatologist as Dermatology is the specialty that focuses on the skin, anti-aging and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Your results are definitely possible!
Hi! Eyebrow shaping is one of my favorite uses of Botox! You most certainly can stop a raising eyebrow (even when you don't know you're doing it) and can shape the eyebrows to frame the face. Most definitely go visit a board certified Dermatologist for evaluation. Please remember not everyone has the skill and artistic ability to frame your face and thus be sure to look up the qualifications of your doctor.
The physician you choose should be able to work with you to achieve the desired result. I'd recommend seeing a board certified Dermatologist as the skin and aging are their main focus. You could also consider Botox in the upper lip. It does an excellent job at preventing the upper lip from rolling under when smiling and makes more of the pink part of the lip show without needing any filler injections.
